The worst place to buy a boat from I wish I could return this boat.Before I picked this boat it had everything on the boat when I picked it up after my sale it everything was taken off the grill the cover the live well cover my seats were changed out to cheaper seats they are a joke. I pointed out everything and they said they would take care of it they gave me a rusted grill and the rest of my parts 4 months later are still not in.they finally ordered my cover told me to come pick it up then said they have to install the buttons they lined 4 different people to come install it and never showed up finally weeks later I brought my boat in and gave them the list of everything. That they need to fix and only did half of what they said they did when they called to come pick up the boat this place is horrible I would never ever send anyone here I tried to give them many chances to make it right as I own a company too and know about bad reviews but they really dont deserve 5 Star.

I just purchased a new pontoon and they worked diligently to get me the best price including painting bottom and installing power pole and delivery!! They are super to work with. I bought my first boat from this place and it is a beautiful boat. Tommy was my sales rep. and he spent his own time to come out on the boat with me to show me the ropes. I learned a ton from him! I recently took it in for a few minor warranty repairs and Scott took amazing care of me and resolved all of the issues. I cant wait to get the boat back in the water. I will be using this company again when it comes time to trade it in for a larger boat.

Dont go on a Saturday. They arent really prepared for boat sales on a Saturday despite the fact I bought a boat here. Rob was excellent,he did what he could as far as he was able. The finance manager came in on her morning off which was cool. Id just say if they were going to be open for sales on a Saturday they should probably have the staff to do the deal without as much effort as it took but over all we got the deal done and I drive away with a good deal.

Please do your research before considering purchasing anything from this company. I recently purchased a 2019 Key Largo boat from their Palm Harbor location. It came with many issues. When I notified the company of the issues they told me that the mechanic was too busy to look at the boat. When they took the boat in for warranty work, it took a month before getting the boat back. Some issues were corrected but it still has issues. I have emailed the general manager of the company and others. No one has responded to my emails. They close early all the time. This company has very POOR customer service.

Nice boat terrible customer service. Have yet to get boat in water. Can’t get boat registered because they haven’t paid sales tax I’m coming up on 2 months after taking delivery and no help. They never returnA phone call received boatWith no manuals. I guess once you receive your boat they are doneWith you. Sad company

I would never buy a boat from this place again.I have had my boat 4 months they have had it 2 out of the 4 months. They was supposed to fix the issues on the boat and it just sat at there facility. I called to talk to a supervisor and got the complete runaround. The manger would not return any of my calls. Finally after numerous calls I got to talk to him and he said he would call back and just passed the buck to the service manager. (Tony) this guy tells you what you want to hear and then never follows through. They came to Florida and picked up my boat because I bought it in South Carolina. I thought this was a positive step. They asked me to write list of issues. I called them a month later and they still had not addressed any issues. Finally after about 6 weeks of having my boat they said all issues was corrected on my list. They sent the boat back and 3 out of 15 issues was addressed. I called the same day I got the boat back and talked to tony again. He said he thought they fixed all. To say the least, this has been the worst buying experience of my life. If you buy from them, you are throwing your money away. Customer service on scale 1 to 10 They get. A 1. I have so many other broken promises, I can’t list them all. Every time I call it’s the same thing “ I check in to it “. Terrible dealer.I replaced a bait well pump myself on 2 Nd day I had it. That’s 4 months ago (78$). I still have not received reimbursements.I never seen boat in person I was asking my sales guy Bobby about features. He said it had a live well in floor I asked him to double check. He did and said yes it does. I got boat and no pump just the compartment for live well. This was one of the issues they was supposed to fix. Tony lied as he said it was added and done. I got my boat back and no livewell pump. Tony says he is going to ship me the kit. That’s been 3 weeks ago. It is lie after lie. Don’t buy here

We bought a pontoon boat from this place our salesman was Rob. I have to say he was very helpful and explained every detail. He even told us where to go boating and even get a good meal and very knowledgeable about boating. We also worked with Jeff very friendly and very helpful. Also Ann Marie helped with financing. All these pepole thank you all very much and highly recommend other people to buy your boat here they all kept there word to me.

Great people we bought our first boat

Purchased a 2019 pontoon boat and trailer to take to the keys on vacation. The boat had water in the gas tank and the engine quit leaving us stranded. The dealer won’t reimburse us and told me he didn’t charge us for the tank of gas, tough luck. We paid them just under $23,000.00 for the boat and trailer. I paid $1,143.40 to a authorized marine center in Key West to repair the boat. The quality of the boat itself is very cheap parts and workmanship is really poor. The management Jeff in Palm Harbor rude, and could care less.
