Jay and Mike were absolutely wonderful to work with! He and Mike did a great job installing my new floors and Jay kept in constant communication before and during the project. Very professional and high attention to detail. I highly recommend them! I love my new floors!

Jay and Mike are absolute professionals. I was specifically looking for a company that I could buy the materials from and have them installed for a reasonable price. When we had a water leak scare just prior to my install date, Jay was very accommodating and willing to postpone installation if necessary. Fortunately, everything worked out. The floors were put in on schedule and look amazing!

If the rating system went to ten, I would give these folks a ten. Over the years we have had many experiences with various floor companies, this one was the best. We made contact with Mike on Friday afternoon, Memorial day weekend. The store was closed. We called and he actually reopened at 5:00 to talk with us. We were on a tight schedule. We ordered carpeting for two rooms and vinyl flooring.Mike took the time on Friday night to confirm our measurements.Installation was just as good as the customer service. Mike and Jerry installed the vinyl. Jack and Jim installed the carpet. Fantastic quality.. They showed up at the exact time as they were scheduled. No waiting, no headaches. I recently bought a 2-bedroom condominium which needed new floors in both bedrooms. At the strong recommendation of a close friend, I visited Palm Harbor Flooring’s showroom. I met with Mike, the owner and flooring installer. I found him to be very knowledgeable about a broad variety of products. After discussing them, I chose a laminate floor for the guest bedroom and carpeting for the master bedroom. I found the pricing for both rooms to be very competitive.As we discussed my needs, he listened carefully and asked several questions. I found Mike to be very personable, likeable, professional, and very knowledgeable about his craft. In this respect, he offered several practical suggestions about the care and ongoing maintenance of both floors.He did an excellent job in the installation of both floors. He was efficient, very neat, and he removed the old carpeting and pads.
