Maria the manager was amazing! As a mom of three I feared to take my kids in w me to the store but needed to get a new phone and accessories. But she made it so pleasant! She was patient and kind to my kids while we were getting my phone situated she even put on a movie they wanted. She gave me wonderful suggestions for products to get and I left very happy. Usually my phone store experiences have been long and stressful so this was the best experience I’ve had thus far. Thanks again

Called number on web site and got a person in Texas. Told me to cone in and look at the wonderful phone selection. I started to laugh thinking I was the joke... She was serious...even after explaining that I was in Florida. WOW.JUST WOW!!

Great experience today at Boot Ranch AT&T. Maria is the new store manager at this location and she is awesome - very knowledgeable, patient and informative. Walked out with a new iphone and will be back for my wifes new iphone. Thank you again Maria!!

Maria at the boot Ranch AT&T store fixed a billing issue in two minutes which two hours of on the phone customer support people and customer resolution would not do. She’s an excellent listener she gets results she should be a manager

I’ve been a AT&T customer for 17 years and this is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Back in July we purchased new phones under the buy one get one free program and had to purchase Direct Tv for 2 years. Direct Tv is worthless not worth the change but oh well I’m stuck with it for now. But that never happened on the bill. We have been charged for all 3 phones and no buy one get one free. Spoke with Adam multiple times about this and told us that it would be taken care of. Nope still going on. Now for the last 2 months been dealing with John and still the same thing. Nothing done! Spoke with John twice and was told he would take care of it and call me back and no phone calls. Not sure what to do now been trying corporate to get bill straighten out but have been on hold for forever and still have yet to speak to anyone. Has far as I see it the store is completely worthless might as well go to the mall or another location. Or just try a different carrier altogether.

I usually go to the Countryside Store but found this store and Ive been back three times now because the customer service is exceptional. The manager Adam is patient and throughly helpful.

The manager at this store was too lazy to get up out of the back room to help the girl upfront with a problem with my phone. Instead he told her to “try again” and then made the excuse of “we have been having problems with our system” wasted an hour of my time. Go to another store where the manager isn’t so lazy.

Started 3 months ago and now Ive gone back to my last carrier. I was not happy with them, until AT&T showed me how truly bad a carrier can be. One line with 1 GB data ended up costing me $400 over 3 months. They told me it would be $43/month, but the sales manager fibbed. I questioned it after the first bill and he cited a bunch of one-time fees and said it would be a lot less next month, but only the $30 activation fee was not repeated. Then they gave me the wrong day of the month they renew my bill after the second high bill and another visit to the store where I determined to dump them, so by trying to maximize that month I went over a day and had to pay for a third month, but I dropped them the next day obviously. Turns out the taxes are more than the bill and both the taxes or the service charges are individually higher than my other carrier was for over 20 GB of data. Finally, once I went over the 1 GB they throttled me so much that my phone was effectively a brick with Google taking 4 minutes just to open the title page. They do not deserve your business.

DO NOT GO HERE!! CORRUPT! I went in to this store to upgrade to a new iPhone with the next program no contracts, and asked about a business plan since I own a salon. Tarsis Martelli is the manager and handled my account. She told me the iPad was free and I said completely free right because I dont really need it and I was told it would never cost me anything. I had two phones with them to start and neither had insurance and I also informed her I did not want insurance on the iPad either. After two hours of patiently waiting I thought everything was arranged how I had asked. My first bill comes and there is a phone number I dont recognize. Turns out she put the iPad on a 2 year 6G contract with premium insurance to the tune of $80 a month. I was told the document I signed was for transferring to a business account not for a 2 year contract that I was clear I did not want. Also, she put premium insurance on my other two phones. I went into a different store and explained what happened and they were not surprised at all and informed me that AT & T has been fighting corruption like this and that she did it for her commission. I was told that I am now stuck with the 2 year contract due to her dishonesty and lack of integrity. I called billing and they were able to reduce the iPad down to 10$ a month and share with my other phones but that I am stuck with the contract and paying $240 for this iPad I very clearly stated I did not want a contract on. The agent in billing also confirmed that she deals with cases of corruption like this daily. Please BEWARE and do not go here under any circumstances.
