They put in new tile flooring v in my kitchen and laundry room, reframed a doorway entrance and upgraded an outdoor ceiling in the lanai. Affordable Contracting recently installed architectural stone to the exterior walls of the Tampa Road guard house owned by the East Lake Woodlands Community Association. Additionally, they also installed new sheet rock, porcelain tile and granite counter tops to the sites interior. I had bathroom tiles replaced after a sub floor leak and I have nothing but accolades for Affordable Contracting, Inc. located at Tarpon Woods Blvd., in Palm Harbor, Fl.Bill Nobles was on time for the initial assessment of the work to be done.Kyle was on time to begin work a few days later. Kyle did a great job and I couldnt have been happier with the work that was done. They are professionals who are prompt, quotes are very fair, and they work very clean. Falsely reported unlicensed contractor on site. Once investigated, the county confirmed we had permit and our chosen contractor was licensed. This caused delays by the county and lengthened our process by over a month. He needs to mind his own business and do a better job selling his services. Extremely unprofessional, at best.
