While this location is smaller and has less in stock, their website has always been accurate on what is available. So even if it isnt on the shelf they have it in back, and there is usually an extra employee on staff here to help people. Awesome customer service!

Super customer service and great prices. We always check on them, especially for tools you only need once for a project. They used to have coupons, but Im not sure if they still do. Either way, prices are extremely fair.

Always friendly staff and never out of stock on advertised items. Theres a storm coming in today and when I walked in the store all those must haves were stocked right up front. Spent more than what was planned, but they remembered things I didnt!

The item I was seeking was sold out at the factory. Still the best prices in town! Great bargans that will shock you with some hard to find tools as well.You cant walk away without taking advantage of the bargans and we all need tools! Great place, but was told by the Pinellas Park location that the shelving we were looking for was available at this location. Made the drive up to this store only to find out no inventory of these shelves were available. At this point, returned home to order online and then found on the website these are not available to order online!! I need someone to contact me to find out how we can track these down and available at another location in the Clearwater, FL area.

They carry products that are cheaper than Home Depot or Loews. However I wouldnt buy any tools as the dont appear that they last very long.

If you enjoy getting a bargain, buy anything you can at Harbor Frieght. They have the BEST prices for anything tool related. I get their ads in the mail and have saved so much compared to what I wouldve paid at most competitors. They usually have a very helpful staff as well.

As someone who is not very mechanically inclined this place has the most helpful staff of any hardware type store around. I just tell them what Im trying to do and they point me in the right direction the first time, every time. I suggested to a friend to check them out for a generator. He bought a better one than he planned for less money then he expected. I refer a lot of people here and they all come back with great reviews. Highly recommended!

I have never been a big fan or harbor freight . I have heard that they are making some higher quality tools in addition to the cheap disposable ones.I have purchased.quite a few items.from harbor freight and have been pretty happy with their hand tools and other non power tools.The only reason I am giving only 3 stars is the checkout process. I know they make most of their money on service contracts, but there can be a line of 5 to 6 people trying to checkout and I am tired of watching and waiting for the cashier almost beg the customer to buy a warranty or join the inside track or their next sale. They must be putting imense pressure non on the cashiers to sell that stuff over taking care of the customers.

A lot of good stuff cheap, not as cheap as it was when it opened, but still a good alternative to other stores. Lot of stuff crammed into a small space, hard to find things, but all you got to do is ask somebody will be glad to show you where its at.

Great place for the homeowner to get very reasonably priced power tools, hand tools, shop items, etc. I must have spent thousands of dollars there. Not commercial grade stuff but good enough for occasional use. Good customer service policies. Im a satisfied customer.

Quick easy tool shopping. They are on the cheaper side with lots of China made products. For the novice handy person you really dont need expensive tools for a once or twice use.

I always receive great customer service at the Palm Harbor location. I have easily returned a couple items I found to not work properly with no questions asked. I have been in the middle of a few projects where I needed a specific tool or a specialty tool and I decided to purchase from Harbor Freight instead of another store and saved HUGE!

Great place for DYI type tools, havent bought anything here that hasnt worked right. Tools will last for years under normal use, not sure though if theyd hold up under daily work use. Ive had mixed results, but they lasted long enough to get the job done. They also carry a few hard to find items as well. Store is well stocked, clean, and staff is always friendly.

Not thrilled with the first saw that I bought, but they took back that saw sold me another one helped me out to the car with it overall very satisfied

Their tool selection is enormous their prices are very reasonable if not downright cheap. Their tools seemed to be a reasonable quality I am sure you can find better quality tools but I believe you will pay a lot higher price. I was very satisfied with their tool selection but their cashiers need to learn more about the items in their store. Overall good experience

I cannot say enough good about Harbor Freight. Maybe its just the Palm Harbor store but every time I go, Im welcomed as I walk in, always asked if Im finding everything I need, and if something is out of stock, someone is always will to check in back for me to see if there are more left.

My husband planned a special treat for me and told me he was going to harbor freight so I could go too...a big adventure out after all of this...love harbor freight!!!!
