We took my wifes trunk to get it restored. Randall and his wife are very welcoming. We went over our vision and he explained to us what is feasible. We will get it back in about 12 to 16 weeks. There are several other projects in front of ours. I will update once we get it back. 3/24/19. The trunk is finished and it looks absolutely amazing. The way they brought it back to life is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. They have a really cool trunk/bar that is awesome, if you are looking for something unique check it out. So glad we found this place.

I literally cried tears of joy when I received my fully restored MCM travel trunk. This very special trunk once belonged to my favorite R&B music artist who is now singing with the angels, Luther Vandross. Of even greater importance, it was bought for me from the estate by my father several years ago and my beloved father has since passed. This trunk is special to me well beyond any monetary value and the care and attention to detail in the restoration of this trunk by Randall and his wife are beyond compare. I recently inherited an antique steamer trunk that had been in the family more than 150 years. It had not had any work done to it, and although it was in pretty good condition, it definitely needed some work. I found Randall Barberas website and called him. Antique Trunk Restoration & Design restored an old trunk we have had in our attic for years. We were about to throw it out but we decided wed take a chance on getting it restored. It ended up more like a work of art than a trunk restoration. Normally you cant make a silk purse out a sows ear, but in this case it happened!
