Great store great service. They have core team members that have worked here for many years, I can only assume they are the reason for their exceptional service. I use many Home Depots to purchase items for my business, this is my favorite one.

I want to say how easy and efficient the process is to order online from Home Depot then pick it up in about an hour. One needs only to park in the designated area, use the HD button included in email saying you item is ready and voila, a smiling employee brings it out to your car in about 5 minutes. What a time-saver!

Online order. DeWalt 20” drum fan. I wasn’t gonna mess around with another rinky-dink fan for the summer. This one is built strong. Large handle and wheels to easily move around. Three speeds. Set on #1. Cool color. Great price. Assembly required.

I went into this Home Depot location because I needed air conditioner cleaner spray.Their app online inventory says they had 38 in stock. So I drove 25 miles to this location to pick it up.Got in the store and I could not find it. It was not where the app it said it would be in the storeSo I asked someone....Long story short I ended up having to ask 5 different employees where I could find it.No one either knew what it was or could can seem to find it.Half of them told me it was sold out. When I checked their inventory on the online app the previous evening it said they had 27 in stock. When I got to the store their app now said it had 38. So they had gotten more of in since last night....But yet they tell me its sold out.Finally I ended up asking one of the forklift drivers who knew exactly where it was.So after 6 employees and 30 minutes later I finally was able to pay for my productHome Depots slogan is home doers get more done....So you home doers out there be prepared to spend a long time and have lots of patience in this store location to be able to find what you need to get more done LOL

Nice Home Depot. The aisles are a little crowded though and the parking is decent size and near other stores, so if you do not want to shop with someone who is in here, you could go to stores nearby and meetup in the parking lot. Great place to run in and out of so that is nice. I went here looking for plastic containers for putting away clothes and found some. This particular store is not a huge one, and so is nice to get in and out of pretty quick. I was surprised at the beautiful selection of flowers outside, especially for the holiday time. I recommend this store if you want to go in quick and get on with your day.

Great location, following good social distancing rules but still letting you shop in peace, and beautifully stocked. Very spacious. As big as the ones I usually go to in LA.I found some great plants I took home with me: Miranda Lambert fragrant rose bush $20, a couple indoor plants, some colorful tomato cages, 42 at ~ $7,

We shop at Home Depo because they have everything we need for any type of project But never ever trust the delivery service they have a 14 hours window so you can’t even go to the store or bathroom just Sit and wait for 14 long hours they used a third party unreliable company that never shows my recommendation bring your own TRUCK barrow your friends truck or even rent one ….Second Check the prices Because most of the time you end up paying diferente price ..I purchased a flashlight for $19 after check out they charge me 29 so I have to go back to the cashier to get my money back think about this ?how many people never check the receipts goes home with out Checking receipts!!!!

Veterans discount without having to give out private information to a third party entity. Show your Red ID Card, discount is given. Unlike Lowes who forces you to give information to a third party entity to get discount.

I received extremely great service here. When I was looking for a certain thing, everyone that I asked about its location politely guided me there — even if it was across the facility. At the self-checkout register, I had an issue with the machine (I accidentally scanned an object twice) and a nearby cashier quickly solved my issue within a minute. Definitely great service, 6 stars out of 5 if possible.

Nice staff, even though I heard a few gossiping about other staff members. My advice: Mind your own business and worry about what you need to do, not about others. They arent paying your bills or supporting you! Customers like myself dont want to hear that mess when shopping!

I was in the gardening dept today and met the nicest young man (Deondre) working there. Deondre was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I found exactly what I needed and he even helped me load everything in my truck. It seems to be more rare than ever to encounter a millennial and find them respectful and professional yet so kind all at the same time. Deondre is a great addition to home depots staff and I hope he gets the recognition he so deserves. Its obvious his parents raised him right!

I have always had a great experience in store or online. However, I would not recommend buying appliances here. There is always a problem and no one answers their phones or are never available. They sold me a laundry set that was discontinued and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I had to call the manufacturer myself along with the delivery company. I would walk into the store looking for help because I was always on hold for hours and still no one could help and the one person who is always at the store; the only person that could help was never available. I am so distraught and overwhelmed with the situation. All they were good for was receiving my money because they didn’t even get my order right at the beginning. I had to deal with everything else on my own.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HOME DEPOT. ALWAYS VERY KIND EMPLOYEES. I JUST GOT APPROVED, FOR A HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD. NOW I CAN SPEND MORE MONEY @ THE HOME DEPOTIF I COULD GIVE HOME DEPOT A MILLION STARS, I WOULD.

First person I asked for help sent me to the wrong area, but the second person was very helpful. Item wasnt in stock, but the second gentleman sent us to customer service desk. We ended up ordering it for delivery.

Sometimes its hard to find help in the aisles if you need info or guidance. other than that the layout of the store is great, with a variety of products to select from. the power tool section is particularly good, great brands for all kinds of customers, from amateur hobbyists to DIYers to professional contractors.

Clean store needs more room in pro area different varieties of desert plants just make sure they can handle the frost if you live high desert.

As usual, they w r re out of what I wanted, and was hat was advertised. So I had to settle for something else..

Bought 20 boxes of drywall mud asked for help they all kept passing the bucks to one another 30min later asked for store manager then all of a sudden help came from Everywhere why does it have to escalate to that point people get too comfortable and unfortunately forget if it wasn’t for the Customer none of us would have jobs

Good luck finding what your need here or someone helpful. Honestly, do yourself a favor, and drive the extra distance to the Palm Desert location instead of this one. They know how to run a store there.

Placed my order on line fort curbside pickup. Arrived and within 5 mind Mike and his assistant were loading up my car. Great service!. Had been over to Lowes a couple hours earlier attempting to purchase similar items. Asked two different cashiers for assistance waited 15 mins and no one showed up to assist. Went home and ordered through Home Depot!!

Best Home Depot experience I could have imagined. Bob went above and beyond to help me. I called hoping to track down a best-selling vacuum that was on sale and is currently very difficult to find in stock. I called 2 times, the first time I guess the call got disconnected or someone hung up, and when I called the second time Bob answered again and said, Hang on, Ill walk back there myself and see if I can track one down. Bob returned to the line and informed me that there was one in stock and he kept it up front for me to come pick up. Such a nice guy and I just hope his store knows how great he is. Thank you Bob!

Have rarely had better customer service. During a house renovation product, we shopped repeated at Home Depot both online and at the Palm Springs store. We are consistently impressed by the quality and service. Of course there is a range of quality in an inventory so large, but you can trust the quality of what you actually buy, so weve found.

The older lady that gets the paint will go to great lengths to avoid the counter to help you, really dumb i have to track her down and ask for help.Dont have this problem with anyone els and i buy 1000s of dollars in paint each month.

Palm Springs Home Depot has been my go to Hardware store since 2012.The place is always clean and easy to find what your looking for.

They are consistent with good staff, inventory, prices.And, it smells so good!

Yes Home Depot has got to be the easiest, reliable, consistent Hardware, Lumber,Plumbing and More Place to get whatever it is you need for your home or business. I remember When they first started and had customer sevice by hiring the right amount of personell to take care of all your customers needs, blowing away Standard Brands, Contractors Warehouse and a few othersl Hardware stores. However just a few years after, for whatever reason, I would walk into the store looking for help, at times Isle through isle searching for what I needed or someone to guide me to the right aisle without success. it seemed like the only people working were 2 cashiers one person in returns and one in customer service... BUT! Soon after, something changed. Someone from the main office figured out some sort of a loss, investigated why and were it was coming from then addressed it accordingly Now I go into any Home Depot and get more attention than needed by the persinell that not only guides you, but takes you ti the aisle and shelf to what product, piece or part you were looking for. Not to mention the quick check-out stands make it faster to get out and repair ie fix your diy. Thank you home Depot for being there and for bringing back the most important things that any business needs, CUSTOMER SERVICE!.

As always a convenient place to shop if you are accustomed to self service. Todays Home Depot as well as many of todays retail stores are now mostly self serve, so if you do not need any assistance in your shopping youll most likely have a pleasant experience. If however you need personal assistance or pro tips youll probably be disappointed. Home Depot is no longer a reliable place for professional advice or personal client care and attention like it was in the 90s, when it was renowned for excellent customer service.

I decided to wait outside the entrance instead of walking the depot looking for my co worker. During that time one of your pro loaders politely offered me some cold water. Very much appreciated. Good looking out on his part. Didnt catch his name but hes a damn good man for that.

They did not happen to have what my brother-in-law wanted me to get because it is an item purchased online. That will not be a problem. The person in the flooring department was very helpful.

The place is well maintained the aisles are kept stocked and pretty well kept in order and organized

They have a lot of stuff for improving your home but didnt find what I was looking for. Helpful staff tried to help but unsuccessful. But they still stock almost everything you would need for your project.

Home depot is the #1 spot ill go to get things.. For house repair and tools. Associates are always friendly and ready to help.

Hate this place take to long to pick up an order but some customers insist on ordering tile from here great place to waste time thou and stay cool great place for supers, managers, or project managers !!

The website says items in stock but at the store there arent any on the shelf or in iverstock. Getting help from a worker consisted of him looking at the overstock. Never bothering to look at other stores or provide any information.

Lots of bare/sparsely stocked shelves, but since were in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic, thats probably why. Hopefully, things will improve but who knows when. One employee i asked for help told me they were out of an item, but later as I looked, there it was in stock. A different employee I asked for help found the item I was looking for and was very nice and helpful. So Id say its a typical Home Depot. Depending on what youre looking for, you may find a great selection or maybe not. You might encounter a helpful, knowledgeable employee or not. Typical of most big box stores Id say.

Great selection of ceiling fans. We spent 2 hours going in circles, arguing about each one of our choices. BTW, I won the battle and got my way. Try throwing yourself on the floor and crying. It really works!!!

I always enjoy a trip to this store. Loads of tools, supplies, plumbing, electrical, lumber, lighting, roofing, and gardening too! Usually good sales. Also inexpensive clearance items if you dont mind! Take a drive and enjoy your visit! Yikes did I mention they deliver or you can also rent a truck here too!!!

The selection today was adequate, but wish they had more desert tolerant selections.

I would give the store a higher rating but I can never get any help when Im in the store looking for something. Ill either get an employee going the opposite direction in a hurry or get another one who will stand and point in the direction of the object Im looking for or just avoid me altogether.Its usually another customer that helps me here if I need some expertise with screws or wood or something else. This is something the employees here appear to lack. Home Depot needs to stop that bare bones hiring and get enough people in there to assist customers instead of having people wander around the store looking for help. Its pretty exhausting and rather than look for help, its much easier to walk right out the door.

Drive up pick up was excellent the man outside was extremely helpful and super nice. Standing out in the heat doing his job, I just want to say thank you again sir for your top of the line customer service and working with the public with all this crazy stuff going on! I walk in the door with apparently 6 minutes left until closing obviously I know theyre about to close, so Im in a rush and of course the first team member whose boss me decides not to help me but to spin airtime explain to me that the store is about to close and I if I want to check to see if shes telling the truth or not to go online and look. Like really?? FAIL

I have found that if I ever need good ideas in how to better decorate and organize my home, just taking a trip to Home Depot helps out a lot. Just going to the shelves section helps me to brainstorm and stuff isnt to pricey and its all great quality. (They also have more stuff than other hardware stores and slightly cheaper too.)

I went in to find a patio door handle. Mine broke and i though i was smart and ordered one online through amazon. Well.....it didnt fit. So i took the original door handle in with me for search of the right one. A gentleman named Corey was right there and ready to help! He was super friendly and right away said hello and offered to help me! Its been awhile since ive had someone so friendly be ready to assist. I really appreciated it and enjoyed his friendly conversation!Thank you!I will definitely be back for future projects!!!

I went to the Home Depot Garden Center today to chose some new tropical plants for my patio. I chose a small plumeria, a philodendron Xanadu, and a fatsia japonica. I also picked out some pretty ceramic pots and potting soil. The garden center is well stocked and the plants are healthy. Employees were wearing masks and were helpful.
