I would 100% recommend this place. A good friend of mine brought me here to look at motorcycle because he had just bought 2 from them so it got my interest into motorcycle funny thing was I dont know how to ride until palm springs motorsports motivated me, showed me, and thought me about bikes. I went in the next week I got approved with 0 down got myself my very first bike 2021 R3 lets not forget the owners they did an amazing job giving me information about the motorcycle community 👏 The workers are very nice and respectful they even ride motorcycles to work now thats shows they have good knowledge about motorcycles. Ive had my R3 for about a week I put 300 miles already from work and long rides with a group of friends I could clearly say this was the best purchase Ive done this year thank you palm springs motorsports for my very first bike!!!

This review is 3 weeks late and for that I apologize, guys! Here goes :)I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Jose my salesman was prompt to greet me after I was browsing and looking through the inventory they had on the floor. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He was quick to suggest his immediate top 2 choices to match my description and we immediately went to the paperwork to begin the finance. He led me over to Gus in the parts department to pick out gear. Gus was equally as friendly and knowledgeable and guided me to pick the gear that was not only the safest, but also in a fashion that I liked :) I was carefully explained all that I needed to know in order to ride carefully and how to wear my gear and given a great deal. I then met with the finance tea to finalize my paperwork and was carefully explained everything I needed to know. I was encouraged to sign up for motorcycle insurance before leaving the dealership to make sure that my bike was going to be 100% protected in all aspects. I was hooked up with a great warranty plan too!I would like to note that I am a first time rider and the entire notion of getting on a bike and being exposed more than ever on the road in extremely jarring. They made me feel so safe and secure, gave me best guidance and recommendations for continued learning schools and course recommendations. This entire transaction was so smooth, so sincere and so honest. I have been having a blast with my 2021 YZF-R3 ABS. I have so much confidence on the road and in this model. I was truly paired with what was best for me. I am so, so happy and have been singing the praises of this dealership all over town. From the bottom of my heart, if you are looking into browsing for a motorcycle or any other type of recreational vehicle, servicing or gear, this is the place to go. I have never had such an incredible experience like I did here. MAJOR shout out and love to Jose and Gus! These are your guys, Palm Springs! They will take care of you to the extents of the world. Glad they had the motorcycle I was looking for. The staff was friendly and Lee (owner) was personable. The buying process took longer than I anticipated; about 3 hours from start to finish. They did help me load the motorcycle and strap it down.

Lol no repair orders? I brought my bike in here three months after I purchased because the plastic clip to the regulator was burned out.. the technician that looked at the bike quoted me $3000 to replace the stator and the regulator as well as the wiring harness mind you I paid 6k for this bike and was only three months old. I went down the street to mikes Motorsports and he replaced the clip in 10 minutes and the bike has been running fine ever since. Grand total out the door was $65 bucks…..

Youre better off driving up the hill to full throttle deals in yucca to get parts. This place never has anything in stock.

The buying process did take a bit, but the service was excellent and they even delivered the motorcycle right to my home

My 2 sons and I had our 3 bikes serviced today - 2 Triumphs and a Yamaha. John (Service Manager) was super helpful and introduced us to the mechanics (Juan and Seth) who were equally friendly.We are new to Palm Springs and it feels great to know that we have a place to take our bikes that is convenient, reliable and reasonable.Very satisfied.

I went in mid-to-late afternoon on a Saturday, closer to closing time than Id have liked. Needed a few things and the staff absolutely knocked it out of the park. Super knowledgeable, kind and very positive attitudes. Left impressed, I would most definitely recommend them to any friends or family members whether for parts, sales or service.

My husband and I purchased our toddler is 1st Yamaha PW and it was a very pleasant experience. The sales associate Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable and the owner was awesome. This dealership is a small business owned and hands down the best customer service we have ever experienced. We cannot thank the owner enough for all of his help with our purchase. The purchase was was quick and easy! Our next purchase will be here for now on.

“Manager” named Johnny is very rude and hangs up on me. All I wanted was a part for my quad. Tells me to call coyne power sports and hangs up. I’m not sure why or why he would act like that with customers. Seems to be having a bad day and takes it out on customers. And he will also inform you that your the one with the problem not him?? Beside that there is a nice guy name John there who is very helpful. And he’s not even the manager. The “manager” has very poor customer service skills. I would NOT recommend you go here. I will literally drive hours away to go somewhere else. I hope the general manager gets to see this and has a talk/meeting with the staff on how to treat customers. Thanks in advance

Nice little dealership. pretty much just Yamahas and very little riding gear. if youre looking for a Yamaha its a great place to go but if you need gear youre not gonna find much.

I have a Harley and I needed a front motorcycle tire a 21” and Harley was going to charge me 350 but here it was 90 and installation was 60 which was a fair price and the staff was friendly and I now have a place to buy tires and minor motorcycle repair (I have a Harley and they deal with Yamahas )

Took an old classic bike here for a service and when I came to pick it up they had kept it indoors for me.Above and beyond gets you 5 stars.The selection was also not bad, and buying another bike was straightforward, though getting the tags took forever (but I dont think it was their fault as it was consignment).

After two phone calls and an email over a weeks time I have yet to be contacted back as promised. 1st call 30 minutes from close, nobody wants to work this close to close, we will call you tomorrow...nope. 2nd call, sorry about that we will call you right back...nope. 3rd contact email, no response...pitiful.

My preferred go-to dealership. I always come here for my tire installations. I regret not buying my MT-10 from them. They dont seem to have a large staff to the extent that there is always someone by the door greeting customers, but if you walk up to and ask anyone a question they will be sure to get you the help you need. Honest and consistent, great overall.

The owner Lee was one of the most pleasant store owners Ive ever met and if you decide to buy a motorcycle there ask for Bernie he was very patient and made the buying process very quick and smooth.

Purchased my last 2 bikes here and done services as well and have always been treated good. The prices are competitive and service is great. I tried another couple places in Banning area and was very displeased. I make the drive right past them to get here for the treatment. Keep it up guys and see you on the next service

These guys can make a mess out of even a simple repair. Ive been going to this shop for the past five years for everything from tires to my 32k maintenance. Its rare that there arent any delays or miss haps. I cant believe I pay them money to continually make everything harder than it should be. If you like headaches then go here!

I bought a scooter. I researched on line because I wanted a dealer in the Palm Springs area who could service my scooter. I knew exactly the scooter I wanted from looking at the website which is excellent. Even with a cash offer, they wouldnt come down in price but they did throw in a free helmet. Trustin was my salesman. He was so sweet to me. I am a 66 year old Grandma and this is my first scooter. He was very respectful and took good care of me. His mom should be really proud of him. She raised a good man. I am looking forward to my scooter being delivered tomorrow. They are putting it on a van and bringing it to Palm Desert! They will even come and get it for repairs if needed. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Do not come here! Customer service is terrible, had a tire fixed yesterday took 3 hours to do! I had a race to attend today and woke up with a flat tire! I would try to avoid going here and go somewhere else that takes you seriously. This place is a joke !

Ive dealt with several dealers in my time. They try to pitch you options you dont need, and raise the price on vehicles ripping you off. Thankfully I met Bernie. He made buying a bike so easy without any hassle, and at a good price. I was in and out within an hour. Its been one week now, and I love my bike. Thanks Bernie!

I have worked with Geoff for about 10 years and have purchased multiple bikes from him and have always been 100% satisfied. When he quotes you an OTD price, that is the price no gimmicks and no games. As a racer, the support after the sale is critical, we often need parts and service on short notice. Geoff has always gone above and beyond including having parts brought to my house in a few emergency situations. On a road trip and nearly at my destination, I limped in here with a flat rear tire on my FJR1300 at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. My timing was perfect, as the technician was unloading the previously-serviced bike from the rack. They sold me the correct size tire and had it mounted, balanced and out of there in less than 40 minutes! I didnt even have to unload all my luggage from the bike. They saved my day -- Thank You!

I recently purchased some motorcycle gear from here. I bought a helmet, a pair of Alpinestars leather gloves and a jacket. Within a week of having these items my over 100$ pair of gloves began to unravel at the stitching on more than one finger on the right glove. I love these gloves and was hoping they could take the faulty pair THEY sold me and simply replace it with a not damaged pair. They told me there was nothing that they could do, that I would have to contact Alpinestars and that if they returned the gloves then they would be stuck with them... looks like I am the one that is stuck with these very expensive no good gloves. They do not stand behind their product no matter the brand. You walk out of the store with it, it’s yours. Good, bad or broke. Save your money and don’t waste your time here. Their selection is slim anyways.

If you like motorcycles, on road and off road and all else dirt, this place is tops. Giant selection is putting it mildly. Everyone Ive talked to has been super friendly and know their stuff. Certainly Five Stars!

Im usually annoyed with sales people when you walk into a dealership because they swarm around you like you are prey. Not the case here. I walked into the store with my husband and was ignored. Not a hi or anything. 2 of the workers were sitting on the chairs watching TV by the register and then their were 3 salesmen talking to one guy about a motorcycle. How are these people still in business??? We left and bought our dirt bike somewhere else.

Geoff is the most straight forward GM in this industry I have had the pleasure to work with. His pricing is competitive with anyone out there and will do his best to put you in the bike of your dream. When he says out the door pricing, he means it. No hidden costs or bait and switches. He rides and tests the products he sells and knows them inside and out. He stocks all the bling and farkles you would want or can get them in store within a week. Give them a once over, you wont be sorry.

What a beautiful selection of Motorsport vehicles! I went in there to purchase a couple of safety flags for my mobility scooter. Very friendly and helpful! They were even kind enough to house some brochures for my mobility scooter company! Unpleasant, and kind of arrogant. I will not visit there again. You would be better off taking the drive up the hill to Banning for better service and better bikes. I ended up getting a touring bike from Coyne Powersports in Banning, and was treated respectfully and promptly.

I drove over 70 miles to look at their used bike inventory and fell in love with one and bought it. The process was very quick and painless and they even delivered my new-to-me motorcycle. I now have thousands of miles on that bike with no issues and no doubt they sold me a great bike. Despite being so far from me, Id go back.

Just purchased a new KTM 390 Duke last week. They helped me get some comfortable gear too. The prices here were great compared to other places I shopped.The employees here are down to earth, friendly, and helpful. They came up with the best options for bikes and had me try out multiple bikes to see which one fit me best. I am very happy with the duke they connected me to.The building is clean, neat, and they had mechanics there with great attitudes that did a inspection on my duke. I highly reccomend these guys/gals they made my first purchase non regrettable and look forward to doing more business with them.

Honesty and integrity in the moto community go a long way in keeping customers coming back. Nothing speaks more of this than the followers you have coming to you all the way from Phoenix now that you operate in California. We are glad you are still close enough to buy a bike from. I drove out to Palm Springs Motorsports from San Diego to purchase a new 2018 Yamaha WR250R and was not disappointed. While all other dealers wanted to play games with pricing and would have been more than happy to charge me full retail price with all the other extra charges, I got a very fair OTD price from Geoff Cardoza over the phone on the bike. I drove out there with a check in hand from my bank, the bike was prep and waiting for me when I got there, Geoff took care of the paperwork for me, and I was a happy man. No games at all! Would happily make the drive again from San Diego to purchase another bike from Palm Springs Motorsports.

I bought a new FJ-09 here a couple of weeks ago and after shopping all around, and I mean ALL around, they matched the best price, which was what I was hoping as I really wanted to support the local dealer. They took great care of me, the personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were the only dealer with a test bike that I could ride, which was a huge plus and pushed me to the FJ-09 over my other choice, the Ninja 1000. They were a pleasure to do business with!That was what I said when I bought the bike last year. Now, I can no longer recommend them at all. Yesterday they refused to service my motorcycle, apparently in retaliation for a less-than-glowing report I had given them on a Yamaha customer service survey. I cant imagine that a dealership would turn away a good client (who wrote reviews like the above) just because he told the truth on a corporate survey of customers. I will never set foot in this dealership again and will drive to Beaumont for any work I need.

Once again Palm springs motorsports lets me down again. Really bad customer service, from service. Really would like to say somthing nice but, cant stand everthing I ask or say about the bike... ahh nope not under warrenty and no going be covered and I dont have a tech. Here when its sat. Oh yeah when no one has even looked at the bike to say if it would be covered in warrenty. If your not there to buy a bike good luck on any decent customer service. I bought a bike there, everybody was your friend then when the deals done...who are you and what do you want. I would drive 100 miles farther to have real professionals at least look and understand a customers concern then start to build a relationship of future service or even myabe purchase of another motorcycle. Two thumbs down.

I bought a Yamaha PRESSURE washer and generator from him/them today, got a heck of a good deal and it was a laid back and very casual experience (no PRESSURE ! ) pun intended. Huge Fan of Palm Springs Motorsports on Indian Canyon close to the I-10. I am so impressed with this place, I recently moved here to the desert and needed my bike repaired and I have to say what awesome service at Palm Springs Motorsports, the techs know what they are talking about, and they go above and beyond to get you back on the road as quick as possible. Mike Miller at the service desk and the techs care about riders. They even made their own gasket to fit my bike because it was going to take forever to get one shipped in to finish my repair.
