A varied schedule of classes in different methods of beading is available. Don’t give you money to these people. I was told if I wanted to shop there I had to put my tote in a safe in the back so they know I wouldn’t steal. It’s “their policy”. Uh hell no I’m not giving you my money. Someone needs to buy this store from this crabby lady and update it.

Traveling around the country, I have to say that this is one of the best bead store I have been to. Always amazing. Thanks to all of you that work at the store.

Crystal Creations is by far my favorite place to be!..(Sorta!) I have never been in a bead store where all sizes and shapes of any kind of a bead is on hand. Whatever project I am working on is available there. Glenda, Pat or Danielle are all very, friendly and are willing to help me through any decisions I am trying to make as far as design or color. It is just a spectacular experience every time Im here...(and that is a lot!)

I had 2 bracelets that needed to be re-strung and since this store is not convenient to my home or work i called during the week and asked very specific questions as to them doing repairs. the person who answered said yes. no appointment. anyone can help you. i made a special trip on saturday and after being ignored for the first few minutes one lady asked if i was talking a class i explained i needed repair work. she said she was too busy to help me. the second employee said she didn’t do repairs. the third employee said i can help you. took me to the counter. when i asked about price she pulls out a binder. i thought she was looking for prices but no she forgot to clock in and needed to do that before she could help me. she had arrived 2 hours earlier. the customer service is horrendous. the person who answered the phone should have been honest. waste of my time. horrible customer service.

Crystal Creations is my go to bead shop. The staff is very helpful and attentive. If I can’t find something, which is actually rare, I ask for the owner and she is more than willing to place an order for my request.I also find the quality of merchandise to be top notch.If anyone is interested in learning to bead or further their beading knowledge, please check out Crystal Creations.

This local bead shop is fabulous! Such a great selection of quality beads, stones, findings, etc. They have so many kits, for the beginner to the most advanced beader. The classes offered are also varied from simple to more complex. The classes that are FREE with the purchase of supplies are quick and fun to make. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient, and most helpful with bead and color selection. The owner and staff are constantly coming up with new designs. In addition, internationally known bead artists hold workshops here so you can learn from the best! I feel so fortunate that this store is nearby.

Amazing Bead store and fantastic classes. If you are a seasoned beader or a brand new beader, this store will overwhelm and excite you. Bring your credit card because there are so many choices you will want many things. The display of already made samples is by far the largest selection of any beading store I have visited in the past few years (been to about 20!) and all are beautiful.SHELPFUL staff is always available to assist and their calendar includes some exceptional free classes, guest teachers, new projects as well as easy and standard learning for beginners.Bring a friend so you can share your excitement! I am in love with beading because of this unique store, also available on line. Unfortunately, on line doesnt capture the in store experience and grandeur. Worth a trip here from near or far!!!

Kind staff and great collection.

I have been shopping at Crystal Creations for 20 years (Yes 20) since they were in their old shop! It was my daughters birthday (then 16 now soon to be 36) she liked hematite but I couldnt find it in any stores. I knew nothing about beads or making jewelry and a co-worker told me about Crystal Creations!! The woman in the store was wonderfully patient answering ALL of my questions & helping me choose everything I would need to make a Beautiful set for my daughters birthday (along with the best instructions) & my daughter loved it & still has it today! I do occasionally purchase things elsewhere, but I HAVE to visit my Crystal Creations (ZEN-PLACE) as often as I can!! (At least every 6-8 weeks)!! Theres nothing like Digging for Treasuresin big bowls of beads and wandering around the shop taking in all the beautiful colors, feeling all the different textures & enjoying the relaxing music. The staff is ALWAYS VERY Pleasant & Helpful (even when its very busy) they take the time to make you feel at home, welcome like Family!! I probably have several Billion Beads (yes really) but does any Beader really ever have enough beads?? The vast amount & variety of inventory that Crystal Creations carries has always amazed me, as well as the fact that they always keep up to date with the new styles & fashions!!Crystal Creations Has Always Been & Will always be My Go To Bead Store!!

This is an amazing bead store. Great selection of classes and kits for the beginner through advanced beader. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. Huge selection of seed beads and crystals, you can usually find whatever you need to complete your project at Crystal Creations.

I was in the store and encountered a rude employee as she dismissed me at the counter. I walked away and was inquiring about a price for earrings that were in the showcase. She finally took time to get the information I requested. There is a general feeling of laziness on the part of cashiers as I never feel welcomed in the store and basically am ignored. The customer service is nonexistent in this place. I had previously scheduled a class for March 2nd (today) and decided I can spend my money elsewhere in the future. Not a friendly bead store and in the not too distant future heading down to a bead store in Lighthouse Point where I will be welcomed for sure.

This is an excellent bead store with a great assortment of beads. I started my beading journey by taking amazing classes at Crystal Creations. Very professional and courteous staff!

I went to the Leather Chic class yesterday and it was great! Had so much fun the instructor Lisa was excellent and all the people taking the class were sweet and friendly. What ever I needed for my class someone was right there to help me. I am going to the Russian Spiral class on Monday cant wait.Thanks again girls!!!!Barbara Wells.

I now have gone into Crystal Creations 4 times. This is a small place. Every time I have been in, the employees just ignore you until you are ready to leave. I will not be back in this shop again. No hello no welcome. I was noticeably looking at the crystals behind a counter, no one walked over to ask if I needed any assistance until I walk to my daughter and asked her if she wanted anything she said no thank, the one of the lady asked if I needed any help and by that time I was done and I said Yes, but that is ok we are leaving. I am thinking if they do not know you they do not want you there. My daughter is 16. Not sure if that is another reason.

I got great recommendations about this place and, when I went in to find a very specific item, they were rude and not the least bit interested in helping me find it. They had ONLY ONE other client in the store and still chose to be rude. Ill go ANYWHERE else to find the item.

I visted this today for the first and last time. While the store has a large variety of things, the customer service was very poor. The two women working were more concerned with trying play matchmakers with the male customer that came in after me than offering any assistance. Then they rudely accused my sister (that suffers from a respiratory problem) of being sick and said “don’t get us sick”. The polite thing to do is ask if someone’s alright and not make assumptions. I came to this store in hopes of having a local go-to place to aid me in my jewelry making. I was looking forward to shopping there however from now on I will stick to other online retailers.

I went in as a novice, the first time I went in I was a little overwhelming but there was a very nice lady who convinced me to take a class. So I signed up to find out I couldnt and didnt know when I could so I called and the manager gave me store credit. So when I went in this time a different woman spoke to me and I asked a few a questions but she blew me off barely paying attention to my queries. I finally picked up something so that I could just use my credit. But I go out of my way to go there but NEVER again the service I received from this woman was unacceptable very whatever attitude. I will mention that the last lady u spoke to was more caring and showed true customer service wish I had talked to her. But like I told her Hobby Lobby is closer and no need for me to come back.

I have been shopping at and taking classes for at least 20 years and I learn something new with each class I take. They have a huge assortment of beads, kits, new designs, and up on the latest bead trend. The staff is very professional and are most helpful with my bead selection and color.

I drive over an hour each way to shop at and take classes at Crystal Creations. This store is well worth the drive. I started coming here new to bead weaving and bead embroidery. They have great beginners classes. They also offer great intermediate and advanced classes. Among my favorites are the classes given by nationally known teachers. They offer classes with teachers from all over the world. They have the largest variety of seed beads, Swarovski beads and pearls, freshwater pearls, Czech beads and gemstone beads and cabachons that I have seen in a bead store. The variety of their products rivals any bead show. Their staff all are all experienced beaders who are helpful with ideas and suggestions. With so many bead stores in south Florida closing down I am glad that my favorite remains open.

I found this place thru a Facebook post and opted to try a special they were running on three begining classes. Danielle was the instructor for these classes. She was patient and knowledgable. I went in with mixed skill levels and came out with some new skills and more confidence in my old skills.

Great selection of the latest beads used in Beadwork and Bead and Button. Display of kits, new coponents,beads and designs and many patterns offered free with purchase of supplies. I have been coming since 2007 for classes and supplies and received help in ordering the items needed for other projects.

I have been shopping and taking lessons from Crystal Creations since 2007. I have never had anyone be rude to me. I like to lock my purse up for security reasons, and so I can shop with two hands and hold the basket to place my beads in and have hands free to write prices on bags I fill from the crystals that are sold loose.I have been in bead stores across the country. I have been beading addicted since 2008. I have had my works in juried art shows. I can honestly say, this is one of the most comprehensive bead stores you will ever enter as far as inventory. The teachers that visit from all over to provide us with lessons are masters and in speaking with them, they have agreed, This is the best store Ive ever been in.If you need help, they are right there. They answer your questions. They are wonderful when it comes to suggesting pallet colors. I can go on and on.Be sure to visit Beads Gone While and attend the Crystal Creations Bead Institute. Even if it is your first time, they will have as much patience with you as if it was your 100th time. I give them 10 out of 10 across the board.

I went back and gave this place another shot . I shouldnt have. Selection is not good, lots of junk, WAY OVER priced, the employees are still horrible at what they are there to do. I dont recommend this bead store to serious artists. Ill drive out of town before Ill ever step foot in this place again.

Picked up supplies for my girlfriend. Even though she called to tell them what she wanted they gave me the wrong thing. Luckily I caught the mistake. Owner is arrogant.

Horrible, I can not beleive how poorly my children and I were treated at Crystal Creation. They were rude and bossy, make you lock up your purse to shop there. Did they thing I would be stealing $5 beads with my two thousand dollar purse. Iris Moon in Boca is so much nicer, CHEAPER and you dont have to bail out your handbag.

They had a huge selection of jewelry making supplies.

Horrible Service!!! I was stalked by sales person while trying to find some Bali silver to match the pearls that I brought with me. Ill get what I want at fire mountain gems and will NEVER shop at crystal creations again.

Horrible service my friend and I were followed around like a couple of criminals, one of the ladys literally followed us around the whole store hanging right over my shoulder it made me uncomfortable to even shop, probably because we were the only ones under 30 in there
