I had a very disappointing experience buying a $4,000 dollars sofa that looks nothing like the one they had in the store. The quality is absolute trash, I cannot even lay on the sofa because one side sinks and the other is so hard and uneven that you can’t sit straight. The pillows don’t fit the way it should..... It may be good to shop for simple decorations but please save your money and don’t buy any furniture!

What a terrible shopping and customer service experience!!! Bought something online but then the store says sorry, we dont actually have that anymore. And, they told me they would cancel my order and I would not be charged. Hahaha. I was not only charged, but I could not get my money back without waiting two weeks to get a piece of plastic in the mail. What on earth is this company doing? This is the digital age and I would think they would bend over backwards to satisfy a customer and just figure this out!! Well, once I use my gift card, so long West Elm. There are other merchants out there who know what customer service is. Stay away from this store! And, one lost customer because of my post will cost them more than several times my small order.

Shabby customer service they don’t even care of you being there and asking for help. Much better experience buying products on line rather than visiting this store.

All of the imported items and of good quality could be bought here at a very affordable price. This is a really nice furniture shop.

I bought a walnut platform bed for 1800.00 and the head board was damaged so they told me I would have to buy a new head board for 900.00.Mind you the headboard is just a garbage partical board with a thin walnut veneer. So done with west elm

Worst location covering the view of the beautiful Palm Springs mountains and who designed the building its the ugliest thing on the strip i cant believe city officials would allow this it in no way says Palm Springs

Great location, right in the heart of downtown. Topher was super helpful and friendly, however some of the other staff need to learn from him as they werent on the same level of customer service

I walked in to this store ready to buy a table I’ve been looking at for weeks- I was ignored by 5 staff members who were arranging a new fixture in store. I had to approach a staff member who was on the computer and seemed as though I was bothering him. Disappointed by my experience.

Quality.built and superb design and excellent competitive prices. Only one complaint, and not exclusive to West Elm:Our attempt to discover the exact kind of fabric on upholstered headboards, and a few other pieces, proved unfruitful so there were no adequate How to Clean instructions. The stores ambiance is lovely and the employees were beyond helpful. I love this store.

Love this store! The staff here is beyond helpful, they made my clients move in super easy by organizing in stock vs delivered items all to come to the store and then be delived all at once when we were finally ready to receive items. Otherwise the whole process would have been a disaster. Thank you Joey and the west elm team you guys are A++

The customer service leaves MUCH to be desired. I have been in here 3 times and never greeted by anyone, each time I walked out empty handed. I have to chase them down and ask question after question, it’s like pulling teeth to get information. I want so badly to love this store because I love there product, but I just can’t.

What a lovely store to have in our town I was very happy to visit it this morning. They have friendly helpful sales peeps and the shop is filled with beautiful merchandise for the home. Organic sheets and linens. I left with some small pots and a nice set of flatware.

John was excellent to work with! We look forward to enjoying our West Elm furniture. 😃

Its a good furniture store. Staff is helpful the day I was there.

I made 2 trips to the store, earlier in the day I was interested in a stool/table, it was the last one and was told they would sell it. Later I returned to buy it and was told we dont sell floor items which was confusing because the SALE was 20% off floor items! The sales persons would not sale the item due to it had flaws and was a floor sample (?) I was willing to purchase item with all its flaws at full price! But the salespersons refused to sell me the item....With a snob like attitude as if I was at a high ticketed imported Italian retail store*rolls eyes.... Give me a break, West Elm..... ick!
