The Pedego Electric Bikes are about the most fun thing to do in Palm Springs. Its a great way to get around and see the area. The bikes are very easy to use and as an engineer I consider them to be very well designed and intuitive. You can run them manually like a regular bike or with as much power assist as you want. We rode about 30 miles around town and it was so easy and so much fun. The guys at the shop in Palm Springs are very friendly and helpful. This is a must do if you are in Palm Springs.

We spent the day on a Pedego just a few days ago in La Quinta and loved it so much that we did it again in Palm Springs with another couple. We all loved it, and they are going to do it again in La Quinta in a few days!The bikes are simply brilliant. The electric assist works so well and is so intuitive! If you want your bike ride to be a work out, just dial down or turn off the assist. If you dont want to work hard, dial up the assist and you can enjoy the feeling of riding a bike without knocking yourself out. Its so great to feel the wind in your face and enjoy the exhilaration of weaving around without having to huff and puff and suffer.Everyone wonders how do you operate them? Will it be hard to learn? It takes about 20 seconds to get it, and after that its so intuitive you wont even think about it.Noheh is a great guy. Hes very helpful and super nice.We are already looking forward to returning to the Palm Springs and La Quinta areas to rent the bikes again!

Great people take positive paths...they did and Im appreciative! posted a bad review earlier today in error. Ive removed it and I should have. These are times when the info you get from our friends at Google isnt always super accurate there are misunderstandings. The circumstances of that review were not the fault of the owners of the Palm Springs Pedego location. When I talked to them, they could not have been more understanding and cooperative. They absolutely understood my frustration with a situation that was not their fault.

Friendly, helpful service. I really enjoyed exploring Palm springs on an electric bike. It got me all the way up to the tram with little effort! A great way to see all the neighborhoods.

Pedago Palm Springs is great! All I needed was a tire repair & they had me in same day & I got the bike back an hour later. I barely recognized it b/c Steve had cleaned it up so nicely. Definitely support these folks.

Rented an electric bike here and, man, was it fun! I rode around town for 3 hours so nice and easy. Had a big smile on my face the whole time.

We recently rented bikes from Pedego on our trip to Palm Springs. The folks there were professional., helpful and a pleasure to work with . The bikes are excellent products and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I didn’t buy my bike from Pedego but I wish I had. Twice I have taken my electric foldable to them, with problems I wouldn’t have had if I had purchased from them. Both times they fixed it immediately and without any hassle or condescension. This most recent time, Steve fixed it right then and there with no charge at all. Unbelievable. The guys I purchased my bike from outfitted it with cheap tubes and tires so it was getting flat tires every time I took it out. Pedego retrofitted both my wife’s and my bike with special tubes and a liner to stop that from happening. It has been 3 months now with no problems at all. These guys are great.Don

Great fun! Steve was very helpful, showing us how to use the bikes (easy), and adding water bottle holders and a front bike bag. We had a blast riding around old Las Palmas.

Hired bikes today from here this morning - what a brilliant experience! Noheh was helpful and friendly and we were on our way in no time to visit the Midcentury architecture. Excellent value, and a great way to experience Palm Springs.

The store in Palm Springs treated us great. The man explained how the bikes worked and all the ins and outs of electric bikes.Went to the LaQuinta store and picked up two bikes. We have enjoyed them so much. It is getting us out of the house and helping us improve our health.The people at LaQuinta store were great also. Our racked-ebikes drove through snow, slush and salt for 3 days on our way from Canada to Palm Springs, CA. Steve & his team had our bike tuned up and looking brand new the same day we dropped them off. Great job.
