Amazon and next door neighbor Priceless.To the owner of the Store.I was a walk in Saturday afternoon, I called your Coustermer Service Rep, I didnt know I needed an appointment she said come on in about 20 minutes.Rep, Short hair, Glases sold a Coustermer a bee ear ring.On your coffee table 2 books one small, one large photo albums.You had a 45% stock sale in your brown cabinet.The rep stated 20 dollars, I said each ear she said yes 40 dollars. I know where I shop.

My sister and I went to adornment for cartilage ear piercings. Savannah performed the service. She suggested the placement and we are both incredibly satisfied. Savannah is a gem. She is very skilled. The studio is super clean. The jewelry selection is awesome. We had a little trouble finding the place. It is on the second floor of the building . I highly recommend it!

My husband and I have gone to get various piercings a few times. Each time has been a great experience. They maintain the waiting room and the piercing room well cleaned. They sterilize anything and everything that will go into your body. Most importantly they are very nice and professional!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at adornment! I got a septum piercing which was my first ever piercing! Jose (and the rest of the staff) made me feel so comfortable and calm. They are super professional and clean. Not to mention how friendly and cool all of the staff was with other people who were also there, other than me. when i walked into the room where I got pierced I said out loud “I feel like I’m at a doctors office”. Jose really knows what he’s doing and made sure that he explained to me all the steps he was taking and why he was doing them. Truly, such a good environment. I couldnt be more thankful and I will definitely be back for more piercings and I would recommend adornment to anyone in the area. Well I’ve had my ears pierced several times, but never in a fashionable place. Adornment piercing surpassed any expectations I had for a quick stick complimentary. Making a reservation I was told of the necessity to make an appointment. Knowing full well I was going to step it up a bit and get cartilage studs. I left with a set a original stones in two sizes.With the pandemic raging on with idiots taking personal risks with our children’s lives, it was totally refreshing to see all the current guidelines being followed. Everything was completely explained to me and finally got to the point of perusing earrings. My appointment was at 130 and my checking was unremarkable. Excited to see the possibilities and match them with “my look”. The piercest guided me down from the ultimate pair. Sharing my budget and the look I found a set that not only matches but will become versatile. The place is very clean, professional, quiet, and comfortable! however the receptionist I believe his name is Brian? is very rude and talks condescending to you! when you go there for a appt the door is locked and he walks up to the door and rudely asks why your there? Very weird and odd guy he acts like he owns the place! and its a no brainer as to why your obviously there since you do have to have a appt!!! my suggestion is to get rid of him and hire someone new! I wouldve gave 5 stars but he ruined it.

Im sure this wont make much of a difference, but I feel my horror story should be shared! My artist was Andy Tassone, whom, upon my first visit with him, seemed to have a portfolio that fit my style. I commissioned his work for a hand tattoo, we agreed on a price and design, which was estimated to take 8 hours. Within the 3rd hour, my hand had been chewed up, which he admitted was his technique. I understand it had been 15 years since Id had ink, so?, Im sure things have changed. He recommended a totally new, and (foreign) hygiene regime which I followed, and a few hours after being home my tattoo began to split and ultimately get infected. I kept Andy informed with photos and text messages with all the problems I was seeing. He immediately placed the blame on me, very defensive texts, and comparing me to other clients, but still (reluctantly) assured me that once it was healed, he could fix it, NO PROBLEM! I lost several weeks of work, but finally, it was healed enough to go back in it. We scheduled an appointment, and I was 20 minutes from the shop when I get a call stating hedleft his Tattoo EQUIPMENT AT HOME.(??) But, since I was almost there, come by and let him look at it and hed be able to work later that afternoon. Never called that afternoon, and when I called him, Andy said hes having a hard time because hes Car-less. So, we set it up for the following day. When we finally sat down, he wasnt prepared! My tattoo had lost so much ink, I thought he wouldve needed to re -stencil, or at least use a reference photo, I reiterated how important this design was to me, and without confining his artistic views, there were things that needed to be EXACT! Well?.. non of this mattered to him, and now Im stuck with the worst tattoo and experience ever, I tried to be understanding, but when it comes down to it, he CANNOT FIX THIS! When I showed Andy the agreed upon artwork, and how unsatisfied I am with this whole situation, now Im extremely rude I offered the only solution to help minimize this experience, A REFUND!?..AND MAYBE THERES SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE, THAT COULD FIX IT?..BUUUUT?. NO?.. NOT AN OPTION, SO HERE I AM STUCK WITH A HORRIBLE TATTOO! Attached are photos of what it should have been, and what it actually looks like!Im glad to say I might, maybe, be promised more work to fix this situation,.. if thats so,.. Ill take this review down and totally update! I was impressed by the swift action that this business took after hearing whats been going on with this particular artists work and ethic at the establishment. I am happy to say, Andy Tassone does NOT work at Adornment in Palm Springs any longer. I only hope word can travel fast before another tattoo shop gives him a chance to permanently scar anyone else. My tattoo artist was very detailed in his work & put a lot of effort into making sure my tattoo was done perfectly. Got tatted by Rick it’s been 3 years and I still recommend this place to everybody who wants to get tatted. This is the only place in the Valley that looks like its actually clean and and safe.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. A friend and I decided to get small tattoos (3 x 3) and it was pretty last minute. We were lucky there was a cancellation. Brian was very organized and helpful. I first visited adornment when my mom got her tattoo on her foot. I didnt have much interaction with the tattoo artist who did her tattoo (but she does love her tattoo) but I was waiting in the lobby (pre covid) and Jose had a family come all the way from Oregon for him to pierce their nose. Now considering actually going through with getting a genital piercing two shops came up with the best reviews on my Google search which I wasnt surprised adornment was one of them. Jose is very welcoming, honest and helps you feel comfortable. It was quick and very close to painless, just a different experience really but Jose helped make it a better experience especially by walking you through the steps.

This is a place where I’d feel comfortable bringing my mother in...Actually my mother came into the establishment with myself and my 25 year old daughter and her 2 son’s...Everything is very tasteful and NOT Grungy looking like most Tattoo Salons are...They have absolutely beautiful jewelry...A bit pricey, but I’d rather pay a little more money for such a upper class experience, they are extremely friendly and professional...I recommend this place to everyone...!!!

We have been here for multiple piercings and tattoos and will be back! Jose makes you feel so comfortable, Sav did a great job and Will is an amazing artist how can you go wrong?! From my septum to my kids eyebrow and ears to my husbands tattoos they take care of us all. If you are on the fence they are very knowledgeable and informative, so make an appointment and do it!

Adornment tattoo was a awesome experience! From the second I walked in they greeted me with a totally complete positive attitude. The owner even asked if I wanted coffee or water which would probably never happen at your normal tattoo shop. I got tattooed by Eric and the dude does solid work. He was very easy to talk to and just made me feel so comfortable. I’m heavily tattooed and been in lots of tattoo shops and never felt that comfortable. Definitely will be going back and looking forward to my next tattoo with Eric.

Not from Palm Springs but decided on getting some ink. After searching around a few shops I called Adornment and spoke with Dillon Smith. Went in for scheduled time, the shop was super clean, more modern minimalist styled. All the artists tattoo in private booths and you can tell cleanliness is of top priority. My daughter went there for ONE piercing in her ear, they charged $100 for ONE piercing!!! We have been to other places that were no where near that price! Omg. Such a joke, no wonder why they have a billboard up for advertising...they must not have many customers. Her friends asked her where she got pierced and my daughters face said it all when they answer for her and say Adornment? They then laugh and say You got finessed, huh? Meaning no one thats younger that lives there will get their piercings from them because of how overpriced they are. Not sure how this place even stays open with those kinds of prices. Def not worth it. Maybe for a tattoo but a piercing!? Get out of here. Will never ever go there again nor will I tell people to go there.

Ive been here for tattoos on the spot, planned out tattoos, and run ins after work for emergency earings and every time they are welcoming and helpful and fun and hilarious and just all around amazing. Very passionate, friendly, and experienced artists work here! Ive come to Adornment in search of a new piercer. My old piercer, PSPCo., gave me some aftercare bad advice that resulted in multiple rejections and lots of pain. I found Jose at Adornment. Ive never met an artist with more passion for his expertise! He redid the previously-rejected piercings and the healing time was less than half of the first time!! I always leave this place happy with new body art and eagerly point my friends here whenever theyre thinking about new piercings or jewelry! Since I was here during the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone here geared up with lots of PPE and remains very consistent with sanitation and social distancing! 😄

Great shop! So clean and everyone is absolutely hands down amazing! There are separate rooms so youre not just sitting out in the open, which is a huge plus for me. There are several different artists, all of which are insanely good, so you can get almost any style of tattoo done here. The piercer is very sweet and informative without being pushy. Personally, I think theyre the best shop in the Coachella Valley.

This place is amazing. I personally have gotten pierced by Jose while back and he is so detailed and informative. Had a great experience at Adornment! My friends and I were in Palm Springs for a girls getaway and four of us decided to get tattoos and piercings. I wasnt 100% on my nose piercing because I was super nervous, but Jose was awesome at explaining how quick and easy it is. They also had some gorgeous jewelry! So after seeing my friend get hers done, I hopped right up on the table and got mine, too! Glad he talked me into filling out the paperwork and getting prepped just in case :) Roy was the one who pierced us and he did an awesome job! Also knew names of what places we could go back home so that we could get the shorter post if we wanted to switch it out in a few weeks. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere in Palm Springs. I felt like they took the time to make us feel comfortable and happy with what we wanted.

If youre looking for a high-quality shop that emphasizes the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, quality, and class, this is your best bet. The tattoo artists are all super talented and great, the piercer is an APP member and only uses the highest quality materials, which is very important!Other shops use subpar jewelry like stainless or surgical steel, or even plastic. These materials are not appropriate, but are often sold to people who dont know better. The best materials you can wear are implant grade titanium and solid gold, which are both sold here. In fact, their starter jewelry (which is included in the price of piercing) is implant grade titanium. Its great!Dont risk going to a crappy shop just because theyre cheaper or your friend has a friend who works there. If youre going to modify your body, you only want the best, and this shop is the best in the valley. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

AMAZING studio. Adornment is unlike any other shop i have been in. Each room is private and kept organized and clean. The artists are absolutely amazing also and make you feel super comfortable from the moment you walk in. The piercing artists are extremely knowledgeable and make sure you are aware of everything from the jewelry material to aftercare. And the jewelry selection is unbelievable. There is something for everyone. I recommend only this studio, and once you visit, you will agree and never go anywhere else.

This place is so clean! I sent my parents here to get some old piercing fixed. They were astounded! They had never been to such well taken care of, clean and organized shop. Jose and his staff were so great with all their questions and took the time to talk about the whole process. Great Customer Service. My ten year old niece had her ears pierced for the first time. Trinity quickly installed the jewelry and talked my niece through the entire piercing process, she said the procedure was nearly painless. Afterward Trinity explained the aftercare procedure to help ensure that the piercing would heal correctly and not close up.

I got a conch piercing, Trinity was knowledgeable and she does a good job making things more relaxed, getting a piercing can make you kinda nervous sometimes so thats always good. The jewelry is the best quality out there and the prices really arent bad for what you are getting.

Got my first larger tattoo here. The artist designed it and I got it a few days later. Five and a half hours with a couple breaks in there, and the result was amazing. I would highly recommend this spot! Check out the photo, and this is three years later.

I just had my first tattoo with Eric. He was absolutely amazing!So caring and considerate with my apprehension. He explained the process and patiently answered my miriad of questions. I felt immediately at ease talking to him and entrusting him to do my tattoo. I had a clay footprint of my recently deceased dog and Eric replicated it to perfection into a tattoo. I love love love my tattoo and Erics work was exceptional! The studio is lovely and very clean.

These guys are awesome! I got my nipples pierced in LA and not only did they do a poor job, but they didnt bother to explain the process and whats best for me. Im allergic to a lot of different types of metals, and so both my nipples did not heal properly and one piercing completely failed.Jose (who I would highly recommend) explained the different types of metals and what was best for my body. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. It would be worth driving from LA to Palm Springs for piercing because the guys are that good.

My wife and I came to Palm Springs for our 28th wedding anniversary and decided to celebrate with semi matching tattoos, being an artist myself I wanted to sketch up the design and have the tattoo artist(Neri Ramirez) refine it for inking and he did an amazing job. Roy took care if my nipple piercing. I had my nipple pierced before but it closed but I also wasnt happy with how it was done by that guy at a different shop years ago. Roy pointed out that it was crooked and too close to the edge of my nipple. He made sure to corrent that and he was clear about what he wanted to do and gave me reason. He and the gurl at the desk were great. They had a sense of humor as I can be silly and I know I was being dramatic with my friends 🤪 I highly recommend ADORNMENT & Roy as it was clean, welcoming, stocked, and great service overall. Did it hurt? Uh, yeah! But they were considerate and gave me all the time I needed. The place and jewelry was sterile. From Evan with out of this world whimsical, Temo with realism, and if bio mechanical is your thing, James is your man.They also have three more artist with their own amazing specialty. He gives 110% in to the shop and every piercing he does and it shows by just talking to him or even one of his full time artist.They also have another full time gifted piercer who moved all the from Baltimore to work at this shop, his name is John. By doing this they always have a piercer on staff. Personally I have been with the shop since they have first opened. I have gotten all my work done there and do not plan on going anywhere else.

Excellent first tattoo experience! After reading online reviews and getting feedback from friends, I chose to get my first tattoo done at Adornment. I emailed the shop with an initial inquiry and had an immediate response from my artist, Neri. He answered my questions, we came to an agreement on a design, and I made my appointment. The shop was very clean and I felt comfortable through the entire process. Even though I got a small, minimalist tattoo, Neri took his time with it to get the details right. Thank you, I love it!! I would absolutely come back again.

Open lay out, clean, diffrent displays of piercing. Good music, friendly staff. Freddy was my tattoo artist. Freddy was very professional and friendly gave his input on the tattoo. He has a great hand. It didnt hurt. I recommend you get Freddy.

Very nice clean organized studio, with a good selection of jewelry. Getting a piercing here is clean, sanitary, and a good experience overall. The staff here are cool, very nice people, and are professional. The main body piercer is well educated on body jewelry and piercing placement, and cares much about things being sanitary.

Accidentally pulled out my nose piercing (that I got when I was out of the desert) and I went in to see if I’d have to wait and let it heal or if it could be put back in and they hooked me up. I definitely have my permanent piercing place now!!!

Was pretty disappointed twice so far. An artist of their showed enthusiasm for my work on IG. I messaged tge artist I was coming into their store on Friday (open till 8). I got there around three in the afternoon but the artist hadJUST left. Today I told the artist I was going to be in at 12:45. At 12:46 I entered the store and I felt like stand offish staff didn’t really want to talk to me. (Because I’m older with a gray beard?) I asked for the artist &!they said he was with a customer. I said I would wait because he knew I was coming. At 2:15 he still hadn’t come out and none of the staff had ever even made an attempt to check on me in the lobby. Kind of a clicky group that hung out in the office. I was excited to work with this artist so I waited. Not so excited anymore. Pretty disappointed actually. I think this is more of a Suburban store for young girls like the place in the mall that stapled their ears back.It may be age discrimination and I do have a beard, Im an artist. I wanted this guy to create full sleeves of my own work because he seemed to appreciate it.I know people can be uncomfortable with age but never heard of being uncomfortable with $$$. Sleeves are a sizable $$$.

Got a tattoo with Richard! Awesome work for a fair price. Super clean location, and not overly painful, especially for a first timer like me. Explained everything, answered all my questions. Awesome experience! Would definitely recommend.

I went here to get my ear cartilage pierced ($60 for one helix piercing). I have got my ear pierced in that spot twice before at other tattoo shops. Both times I ended up with a bump on my ear (not resulting from any trauma by hurting my ear) and the other time my ear was literally trying to push the jewelry out of my ear. Bad experiences. But, being the young, crazy adult I am, I wanted to try one more time at this ear piercing thing. I was recommended by multiple people to come to Adornment and have Jose pierce me.I went in, and I was shocked. The tattoo shop looked like no other tattoo shop I have ever seen before. It was amazingly clean, well organized, and spacious. No loud screamo music was blaring through speakers, no dark smoky rooms, and no scary guys holding tattoo guns. I picked out the jewelry I wanted and he made sure to sanitize it like there was no tomorrow. The metal is some high quality stuff, too. Jose sat me down, walked me through all the steps of how he is making sure there is no cross contamination with the jewelry, and how the piercing process will work. Then he stuck me. It hurt, but nothing compared to my other piercings. After a few days I could sleep on that side of my head, after a few weeks I could wash/style my long hair without worrying about hurting my ear, and around two months after I got the piercing it was pretty much completely painless. I was very well taken care of by this shop, and will most defiantly go there again for more piercings/tattoos.

Aside from being one of the cleanest and well organized shops, the staff has unprecedented talent at what they can do. Each artist, from tattooer to piercer, has a skill set unlike youd find elsewhere. Go in and talk with them if youre serious about any body modifications.
