I strongly recommend checking this little shop before you purchase your dress elsewhere to see if they can beat the price. Kristen custom ordered my dress and I saved $600 compared to the shop where I originally found it. I live over 3 hours away and chose to drive to My Little Bridal Boutique for the high quality customer service and value. Kristen was also incredibly accommodating and helpful in figuring out the right size to ensure the low back line fell in the right place. Very satisfied with the whole experience!

My Little Bridal Boutique was the last place I went to look for my wedding dress after having been to 5-6 other dress shops. They have exceptional customer service and are flexible when scheduling a fitting. Definitely recommend buying your dress with My Little Bridal Boutique.

Good customer service, but does not have a huge selection. If you are not pressed for time, they are able to order dresses into the store for you. Relatively reasonable and accommodating if you want something specific.

I went in thinking i am not gonna find a dress here, and let me tell you what..... Brittney my girl changed my mind. I said yes to the dress. I had my bridesmaids with me my matron of honor and we had so much fun at our appointment. She did such a great job, she told me this is why i come in everyday for these special moments as we are all in tears with my wedding dress on. :)

More than loved my experience at My Little Bridal Boutique in Palm Springs, CA !When i went their i did not have any style in mind, it was my first time shopping for a wedding dress, i was completely clueless on what i wanted. When i got their i was instantly greeted, and was showed what styles and brands of dresses they had in store. I was surprised by their amount of dresses, their were sooo many gorgeous ones to choose from! They picked out 5 styles that they thought would look good on my body type, and gave me advice on colors for my bridesmaids dresses, and tuxedoes! (which they also have!)It was a fun and easy experience, which was surprising being that wedding dress shopping seemed so scary. After only one hour I said yes to the dress, and was thoughtfully given flowers from the shop next door as a gift for my mother, aunt, my friend, and myself. They were the sweetest most respectful people i have ever met, and will definitely return to get my bridesmaids dresses, and tuxedos done by them!HIGHLY recommend every bride to shop here, it will be the easiest task to check off your too-do list!

My mother-in-law made the appointment, I have NO IDEA how because it is IMPOSSIBLE to have someone answer the phone as I have experienced. In December, I came in with my future mother-in-law and purchased my dress. I loved it so much. We also ordered a jacket in a couple extra sizes for alterations to be done. I was told it would be expected 4-17-19. Understanding that it is a special order, I was okay with that. On 4-1-19 I was called and told it had arrived at the store and asked when I would like to come in and pick it up. I informed them that it was suppose to have been shipped to my house as I live out of state. I we had already discussed at the time of purchase. I was told it would be shipped that day(4-1-19) and I would be given a tracking #. The ONLY time I have been able to get ahold of ANYONE is because I have her cell phone number from her sending me pics in December. So I texted Kristen on 4-3-19 and asked for the tracking number, she replied that it was her day off and that she would let me know the next day. I texted Kristen on 4-4-19(3 days after I was told it would be shipped) she sent me a picture of the receipt with the tracking number and a typed message that she just dropped it off to be shipped and that is what happens when you ask someone else to do it on your day off.Why did it need to be done on her day off? Why was it not done on 4/1/19 like she said it would have been?Honestly this would not have upset me so much if I hadnt been told it was going to be shipped on 4/1/19 and made arrangements to shop for accessories with my dress and jacket both on 4/6/19 I live only a few hours from palm springs so I knew that the package would have arrived by 4/6/19 if it was shipped on 4/1/19 like I was told it was. This completely inconvenienced me and my family as we were going shopping on 4/6/19 TOGETHER. Every part of planning my wedding has been great and smooth, no issues AT ALL until now, I am so frustrated. I am one of those people who pick and choose where to give my business based on customer service and the fact that this company just got X amount of money from me being one of their customers COMPLETELY sickens me because of the service that I have received.
