Best people & the best store. Good competitive prices.. Its the perfect size and has everything. Its amazing what a great selection. Plus, if they dont have the specific unusual item theyll have it sent to the store right away.. And someone knowledgeable is always there on hand (while not hovering) to help.or.answer questions.. This is the same experience you can expect to have everyday on a consistent basis.. Dont go anywhere else!(Or walk all those miles of aisles with no assistance ever in sight... Or, give your money to those big box stores when its not necessary or investing in our own local community.)I love this place & all the staff! If I could Id give them 50 stars. No question.

A serious hardware store which has everything and at a reasonable price but doesnt require 5 miles of walking to go to buy something. Most of all is the staff- Friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable. They are the BEST! They are easy to find, right there on hand & available if you need assistance.

Smaller than lowes and home depot, but I somehow manage to always have the best luck here. They also have a much better selection than both combined. Best hardware store in the valley, helpful employees. If you want employees who actually know what theyre talking about, this is the place to go.

I love this place have been coming here since 1977 . They are so helpful and the place has a Mom Pop feeling. They deliver the hevey stuff. And the price are better the home Depot or Lowes. I just cant say enough good stuff about them . My son worked for them It was his first job at the age of 15. And he lurned his work ethic from builders supply and now he owns four car washes in Malibu.

During these Covid-19 times, respect for customers health and well-being you would think should be priority. Actions speak louder than words. Employees refusing to wear mask in the contractor area, employees and customers standing blocking front door, no mask, chatting and laughing, having to weave my way through.I was in high hopes that local businesses would have care, concern, and respect for their customers and local community. You will not find that here.Good luck to all whom risk their health and well-being by entering this business.Further more, you are not only exposing your customers, but their families, children, parents, neighbors... the entire dang community.SHAME on you!!!

This is the local place to go for full service experienced people. They have high quality materials, K D lumber, doors and windows. Roger is the guru for doors and windows. He is extremely knowledgeable. Doug will get your order to you on time and built right. Great place with very great service....

The staff are great. Very helpful in finding what youre looking. They have a bit of everything so you should be able to find what youre looking for.

I have gone multiple times to order doors and Roger refuses to do my orders I always have to ask someone else because he wont order me anything or ask someone else.

This used to be THE place to go for all my home improvement and hardware needs. I shopped there because staff was very helpful and I wanted to support small business. When it was Ace hardware was great place to shop. Since they changed to whatever chain they are how, they have hit rock bottom. The staff is all but invisible and cashiers act like customers are an inconvenience. The last straw was today, when I went to return an item that didnt work and they were closed, AT 2:50 PM ON AS SATURDAY AFTERNOON. They are closed Sundays as well. When do you think people do home improvements? Will return item next time I am in the area, provided they are open, then will NEVER go back. Will stick with Lowes and Home Depot in the future. Good luck staying in business!

Sweet local village shop normally customer service is great .Today I met Stephen if he was the person to wait on me the first or another time I never would have gone back .Today I left and spent my 165.98 @ Lowes later called spoke with store manager Doug who was apologetic and pleasant.I will try another time to support my local shop, Just not looking for a employee displaying bad service and bad energy

This place is great if you have a lot of questions about a DIY project. Its a lot easier in and out than the big box stores, and they can special order lumber. Prices are definitely higher though.

The best part of my day is going to get my lumber and have it delivered to my house even though I made adjustments to the order.the staffing was extremely helpful in getting it done right!
