I’m really frustrated. I have tenants who are moving in and I simply wish to change the phone number so they are alerted instead of me when the alarm is tripped. Every time I call I get moved about and placed on hold. No one will help me. Should I cancel? I used to love them but I don’t recognize this company any more. ADT - if you reach out to me I’d be happy to continue with you. Otherwise I’m going to have to move on.
My contract ended a year ago and I was still being charge every month be careful they will steal your Money if you have your card info with them. If you canceled with them make sure that they send you a physical evidence of the cancellation if not they will rip you off..
ADT is horrible! I’ve had them for 2 years and NOT once have I been able to communicate effectively with a representative to repair my technical issues. I’ve informed them several times about my log in issues and not one representative has cared enough to contact me or bother to look into it. I’ve tried cancelling for 6 months after my contract expired and it’s just the run arounds. Do not get ADT they’re bad in every aspect! Please avoid the hassle and get something else! I’m not the first customer who is done with ADT. They’re horrible!
They installed system charged us for it and it never worked ! to get hold of them its impossible !
Unethical company. Be careful of their sales/installers rep. Do not believe any promises they give you. Get everything in writing.
