So my phone was cracked and needed a new lcd screen and it’s been 5 days now and I found a crack on my screen which I never dropped it. The home button is messed up they really didn’t fix it and now I’m stuck with a cracked screen again. Never going back to this place again!

The manager/owner has the absolute worst possible customer service there is .First off you have to be buzzed in to enter the store. On top of that prices for their fake products are way off the charts, I mite as well go pay for the real thing at the real store. They have absolutely no structure with the employees and the store looks like a horders storage unit, you cant find anything. Ive been to this store 3 times and only one time I was treated like a human with intentions on buying. The second and last time I visited I met the manager and every time he was unacceptably rude . As I was browsing the manager litterally told me I have to have an employee a company me to look at the clothes, and he didnt say it in a professional manner, more like he is accusing me of stealing before looking at the products . I have never in my life as a customer felt so belittled ever . DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE!

Please do not go here horrible customer service overpriced cheap parts on iPhones or anything else you bring there I bring my iPhone there and they gave me a fake battery and charge me 70 bucks I bring my phone somewhere else a month later because it was not working and the guy gave me a new battery for 30 bucks please do not go to this place and give them any of your money
