It felt like eavesdropping on the stars. There were gold record acknowledgments, fabulous furniture and art and one-of-a-kind custom pieces. Very well run. Some big bargain things too.

Great Consignment Location in Palm Springs. I was in here February, 2021 and purchased a sofa with matching chairs. Tor and Kandi were very helpful and I enjoyed the input from them. Tor never pressured me at all but was very attentive and offered great advice at the same time. A great experience. I love the sofa set and have fond memories of purchasing it there.I want to mention that there are several buildings filled with great pieces at low prices. The inventory constantly changes. I have purchased several times here over the years and have found that every time I go in it looks different which makes me come back!Great Job Tor and Kandi! See you soon ( again :-) )

There are some good finds here but today there were way too many people in tight places for me to stick around. Maybe well try again mid-week. IMO they should somehow be monitoring how many people go in during the pandemic. My rating would be higher if not for that.

Very good place to find just about anything for your home. Something for everyone. Big sprawling buildings you can get lost in looking around. If you leave empty handed, you really didnt look around.

**Updating my review: I received a response from the store/person I encountered, which I found to be genuine and meaningful. Much appreciated and willing to give this place another shot.--Ill spare anyone the prolonged details of my encounter and instead share the cliff notes version. The older woman seated behind the main desk/checkout is an absolute bummer of a person. Rude, unhelpful, and was clearly not interested in my business. After our interaction, I walked away confused as to what would elicit such treatment to a customer who did nothing more than politely ask a question about an item that was not tagged. Yikes. And, I see that Im not alone in my experience (see their Yelp page), so I will try not to take this personally. Well overdue: The owners of this establishment need to read these reviews and take some action/accountability, as there are plenty of consignment shops in the area to do business with.

I love shopping and perusing the different rooms. I always find something unique even if I dont buy it. Ive discovered(,the hard way,) its best to buy it if you live it and not play the wait game hoping to pay less.

This is a small complex of separate buildings that you need to see all of. You never know if the perfect thing is around the corner. We went looking for a couch and almost found the perfect one, but bought a pair of lamps we werent even looking for that fit our house. I plan to visit this place regularly until our house is furnished, as some great deal might only be there for a day or two. Fun to see all the awful things people buy as well.

We are both buyers and consigners at Estate Sale Company. We have enjoyed great service and a great working relationship with Candy and all employees. They get new furniture in daily, so go often, as you never know what you’ll find.I actually saw a new John Deere riding lawn mower the other day.

Love love love this store!We have driven from San Diego to Palm Springs twice in the last month just to visit this shop.They have a wonderful selection of furniture from rustic to modern and everything in between. All the pieces are in terrific condition.If its art that your looking for you are quite likely to find the perfect piece to feed your soul.They occupy 4 or 5 buildings and they also have really nice patio furniture between the buildings.The prices are to die for. We bought solid wood bedroom set consisting of a 4 poster bed, 2 night stands and a high boy for $400! They have helpers to assist you on loading your truck or they can help you arrange to have your purchases shipped to your location.If you live in Palm Springs and have never been there or are planning a trip to Palm Springs make sure that this stop is on your itinerary. I plan on returning here at least a couple times a year.

Crazy selections you never know what is there..

Ive been shopping here for the last 3 years, and cannot say enough great things! First: The items they get in here are specialty items and come out of all types of homes, high end, custom, and your average Joe as well but if your looking for unique items to furnish your home with youve found the place! Second: They get some much inventory that its priced to sell, and their prices blow all the other consignment stores out of the water! (I promise you wont be disappointed) Third: The staff are super friendly, helpful and remember me every time I go in and thats also a part of the enjoyable experience! Huge used retailer of all thins related to the house. If there was any negative, I thought the prices a tad higher than expected.

Love this place! All distributed around 4 buildings, and also outside. Such a variety of furniture and art pieces. Large to small pieces. Youll find it all here, from contemporary, to mid-century modern, and well, also some dates pieces. Plenty of outdoor furniture as well. Prices range from high to fairly low. Items are often discounted the longer they stay in the store. Definitely worth a visit, or likely more than one if you are looking for something specifically, as that treasure youve long been looking for may show up at any time here.

I have been shopping for furniture at the Estate Sale for 10 years plus. Im never disappointed. Great selection at a fair price. Constant turnover. Fun to shop with no sales pressure.

Great place to sell Furniture that you cant use anymore, but has to be in really good shape. Make sure you get a receipt for all the items they take to put on Consignment. Its also good to take pictures of your items in their store. You never know if they might claim they never had the item. Huge amount they take too. 38% of the total amount of money they collect is their fee.

A very large selection of fine and unique furniture and household items at a fraction of the cost of retail. I have sold several larger items there as well on consignment and very pleased with their results

Great place to get some great previously loved furniture, artwork, decorations, or a mink coat (if you do fur). Never know what you will find. They have patio furniture too. Make sure you go through all the buildings.

Always decent bargains. 2000 familiar with it, think about a thrift store with the best stuff ever, the prices are maybe a quarter of what you would pay new.The price moves the longer it stays on the floor, so for local shoppers timing is everything. Lot of one-of-a-kind art pieces in here too.

I have purchased and consigned at this location. I am a happy customer all around. My first experience purchasing there was in 2014. My most recent experience (Oct 2017) is as a consinger.Candy has been in the business long enough to have a good eye for moving inventory. Since items are constantly coming in the door, its a good idea to drop in regularly if you are on the hunt for a particular item (s).

This place has a great selection that is ever-changing--they dont allow the inventory to become stale. There is always a great selection of stylish and quality furniture and of course there is the occasional crip-crap. There is also a great selection of art work. The prices are very reasonable for the quality---the reviewer who said old furniture at new prices is on crack. About 25 % of the staff is aloof, not rude but aloof, but the rest are cheery and fun to speak with. I am looking for a particular piece so I think I will go there today!

Okay place, but I wasnt feeling it I suppose. There are plenty of other resale shops and those stores are always happy when customers enter. I got the impression that they didnt have time for me. We left the store, headed to our favorite shop, and bought what wed been looking for.

You never know what you will find! Stock changes often, and great furnishings can be found at decent prices. Love going on Wednesday to see what just came in.

Horrible service I bought a couch and I loved it and it had 9 pillows and when they delivered it they only came with 7. I went in a few days later and the manager sitting there like it I was lying and was very rude. The poor lady in the back of her was just repeating she sorry because she knows that manager was wrong. I love there items but with the service I will not return.

Think twice before consigning anything with the Estate Sale Co. in Palm Springs. They are just terrible to deal with.1) You have to call them to find out if anything sold, they will not notify you.2) If something does sell you have to go pick up a check (they will not mail it).3) They will only write one check per month.The whole business seems set up to make things as difficult as possible for consigners.But it gets worse: I consigned an antique Chinese box that we used as a small table. It didnt sell and when I sent to retrieve it, the top was bent and one corner was floating a good 6 inches above the side. Steve told me: thats how you brought it in which was an absurd lie. I have before and after photos (uploaded). I said to him: Would you have taken an item thats so badly damaged you couldnt possibly sell it? to which he replied: Go talk to Candy.Candy, (the manager?), couldnt have cared less. The receipt you signed says as is she snarled without even looking up from her desk.First of all I was never asked to sign anything. Secondly, does as is give them the right to do whatever they want to my property? I think not.

Thieves and very rude. Sold all thirteen pieces of furniture except one. Gave me $105 out of the $1700 write up and stole the rest and said they donated it. Dont believe them and check your furniture for the two months and then they could take it all. They are dishonest and have been written up more than one person in Yelp.Encore was honest. Seller beware.There come back was,I wasnt in the store for 6 months. I went into the store for the first 3 months and then the 5th month. They want to give me a slip for a donation to them. Another dishonestscheme. I am not the only one the Estate Sale Co. that received absolutely no cash for perfect conditioned furniture with no phone call about donating the furniture. The only piece left was not in perfect condition.Enter this store at a large risk. They are dishonest, never again stepping on there property to be robbed. You are buying stolen furniture from Estate Sale Co.

Saddened to see that this store is slipping.....no soul anymore, everything is a cash nexus. Both sellers and buyers beware. Loved to deal with Sharon in the day. Daughter seems compulsively unhappy and defensive.Very sad! Simple problem solving with her is fraught with conflict. Oh well lots of other choices in the desert.
