An unassuming storefront with nothing but the most dedicated store clerk and surprisingly deftly selected eyeglass wear. The young lady (whose name escapes me) was eager to accomodate my needs. This store clerk was so earnest to help that she mailed my glasses to me, and even worked overtime calling my vision insurance to see how much of a discount they could provide for my spouse! Although the storefront may look a little dingy and smell like dogs, this place is a gem and the people who work here are equally as sterling.

I can only say the best words about Kim, who helped me out today by fixing my glasses! Likely the best optometrist in town!

I wandered in off the street for help with my wrong-fitting prescription glasses. Kim, the manager, was amazing! She transformed my glasses into something comfortable that I could see out of.I’m going back for the chic, private label, Oh La La cat-eye glasses. Don’t miss the Prada, and other designer frames.

This was the 5th store we visited and they had an amazing selection and I ended up buying my new glasses here. I was waited on by the doctors Jeff and Raul (their sales associate was out sick unfortunately) and we had a ton of fun. They were so sweet and very helpful. They also design many of the frames themselves. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for a vision exam and glasses. Thanks Ooh La La for a great experience.

While traveling to Palm Springs I accidentally bent my eyeglass frames and was desperately in need of an expert adjustment to make them wearable again. Kim, the super helpful manager at the shop, got me back in action in 2 minutes, and my glasses weren’t just fixed but were actually more comfortable than pre-accident! All I can say is that with friendly, capable service like what I experienced, if I were a local I would be delighted to get my next pair of glasses here. (And they have a fantastic selection of frame styles from what I was able to see.) Thank you, Kim, for saving the day!

I had an emergency contact lense situation on the 3rd of July which was a holiday. I called about 6 optometrists in the area and no one could help me, until I called Ooh La La!The woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was SO incredibly helpful and friendly, I am so grateful for her top-tier service.Thanks again!

I was at work today and somehow lost one of the little rubber things on myeyeglasses, the medal piece was sharp and painful. I walked in and I was extremely grateful for the great service and kindness of the employee behind the counter. She fixed my glasses and sent me on my way, pain free and cleaned my glasses on top of fixing my glasses. I was able to go back to work . Thank you for the amazing customer service.
