They did an amazing job sizing my wedding ring! It fits perfectly, was cleaned beautifully, and they had it finished within 45 minutes. I am very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend them to friends and family!!

Not happy with how they resized my ring. They sized my finger and I told the lady to do a different size because the one she was doing is to tight, I struggled to take it off but she said it was better to get tighter size than a lose one. I ended up getting the size the lady recommended, but when I got it back it wont go past my knuckle.I want back so they would re-size my ring and they did, the 2 guys there where much more cooperative and understanding than the young lady. Thank you very much, I am now satisfied.

I took my ring to have it sized I was told it would cost $25.00 but the time I left it end up costing me $400.00 worth of gold taken from my ring. I felt so violated. I thought I was going to a respectable, professional, and trustworthy company. I never imagined they would steal from there clients. Please don’t take your jewelry there unless you have them weigh it and take pictures pictures prior to them doing any work for you.

Never again they have horrible service they never call when your jewelry is ready for pick up and they tell you a time to come then make you wait another hour

They first told me my engagement ring was fake, then they tested it again, told me it was real diamonds. THEN charged me 100 dollars for one size up. Unprofessional, had to go to a different location to pick up my ring, and now you can see where its been resized, its tarnished. NEVER AGAIN. Go to the flea market where they have better customer service than these people.
