THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM O I WILL. I WENT ONLINE ORDERED THE PRODUCT NOVEMBER 7TH. PAID, AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE SHIPPED IN 5 TO 6 DAYS, WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME SINCE MY FRIENDS WILL BE TRAVELLING A WEEK AFTER. WHEN I TRY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONLINE, THE SYSTEM WAS “UNAVAILABLE”, SO I SENT AN EMAIL TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESPONSE. WAITED NEXT DAY WENT ONLINE AGAIN AND WAS STILL “UNAVAILABLE” SENT ANOTHER EMAIL NO RESPONSE. BY THAT TIME I CALLED (THIS IS A TUESDAY) SPOKE TO SOMEONE THAT TOLD ME THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT UNTIL DECEMBER. I TOLD THEM IF I HAVE KNOWN I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDER ANYTHING, I WANTED MY ORDERED CANCELLED AND MY MONEY REFUNDED. THE LADY SAID OK I WILL BE CANCELLING THE ORDER AND SENDING YOU AN EMAIL. EMAIL NEVER ARRIVED. CALLED BACK AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON TO MAKE SURE THEY CANCELLED, ANOTHER PERSON ANSWERED AND TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM WAS BEEN USED BU SOMEBODY ELSE, TO WAIT FOR THE EMAIL. WHICH I DID. TODAY WEDNESDAY I CALLED SOMEONE IN PAKISTAN ANSWERED AND ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER, I WAS FURIOUS, OF COURSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK. HE TOLD ME BECAUSE I WAS CANCELLING IT TODAY (WEDNESDAY) THE EMAIL WITH THE CANCELLATION WILL TAKE 5 TO 6 BUSINESS DAYS AS WELL AS MY MONEY. THEIR POLICY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS… I TOLD HIM DOES THEIR POLICY ALSO SAYS TO SELL PRODUCTS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK ME AND TAKE THE MONEY AND MISLEAD PEOPLE?. I WILL HAVE TO KEEP ON WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK.

Was not a Happy Mother’s Day for my Mother! She’s 89 years old living in assisted living and simply wanted to have a beautiful cake delivered to her daughters family gathering for Mother’s Day. After calling Customer Service Thursday, Friday and Saturday to find out it would be delivered on Monday, she was told her only options were refund or replace. She asked for her money back. The cake arrived today a mushy mess. Again, calling she was told refund or replace. They gave her her money back. Terrible customer service. She should receive a gift card or credit for this. Shame on you Harry & David’s! Never again!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! The arrangements are beautiful but are overpriced and you pay $20 in basic shipping alone. Customer service is horrible to say the least. I was told I could not speak to a manager and there was nothing they could do to guarantee my order would be placed, mind you they called me three times to tell me there was a problem with my order.

First time placing an order with Harry & David as I heard good things about the quality etc. of their products and have tried them in the past...and so I ordered 2 separate items to be shipped to the same address and obviously on the same date, however items were not delivered together and when I called to find out customer service was not helpful... other than to say that its normal for items to be shipped separately. I wished I had known that before ordering as it seems ridiculous to me to place an order for a gift for someone and they not be delivered at the same time..going to the same place. In addition, I would also assume it would be together because only ONE FedEx tracking number was provided in the email confirmation on my order. Needless to say next time I will be ordering and spending my money elsewhere, the cherry on this cake was lousy customer service.

Such a disappointment !! I remembered Harry and David truffles and pears were to die for -- so I ordered some pears, nuts, truffles and a pumpkin treat box for out of town wedding guests. My order with shipping on a specific date was over $180.00 dollars. There was a surcharge per item not per order -- REALLY???? I had to join the premire club in order to only have a $5.00 per item shipping surcharge. I asked that the order arrive the day before just in case of a mishap with shipping and when I opened up the order the nuts were tiny and broken, (Target and Costco have bigger and a better selection of nuts) the pears were green and ROCK hard not the premire pears of the past. I did call and was offered a replacement but the replacement would arrive more than one week later -- the customer service department did credit me for the pears and nuts, but what I really wanted was a nice arrival gift for out of town wedding guests. Like I said early, More than a disspointment.

First order bad fruit. Second even more rotten fruit and smelled bad when opened it. Never ordering again

They sent a basket half the size of the one I ordered for my cousins in California, who I was visiting. Maybe they didnt think Id see the basket since I live in Florida. Called to complain and they then sent the correct items. They also offered to send me a tray of pears free of charge. Im still waiting. Its been a month. Now I worry that other baskets Ive sent though Harry and David were also much smaller than the ones I selected.People, ask recipients to send a photo (which is embarrassing) or choose a different company.

WASTED time trying to place orders for Mothers day on this site. They advertise a special shipping rate for Mothers day on the site on almost every product but it only applies to a small handful of items. Scam! Went to Sharis Berries and got what I needed, all legit

Spent over $400 on xmas baskets - now get 10 emails a day - customer service is non existent - never again

Very poor communication and understanding I paid for overnight delivery now they told me they want to wait a week for delivery Mother’s, Day weekend, Quick to charge overnight and delivery fees however fail to deliver on time
