Get ready to get lost there. Customer service is not the greatest to find you if you get lost between the isles looking for expensive things to buy from there.

Ive been shopping there for about 6 years. Today I had the rudest cashier, he didnt greet me, didnt speak to me, didnt help me with the groceries. His only words were only to tell me how much change I was getting. I asked his name, Aldo. Smart and Final you are a great store but hiring boys like Aldo that are rude to your clients is a big NO!

This is a Smart & Final that is very people and yes pet friendly!Hometown atmosphere havent had @ Smart & Final that Ive been in. They have what you need yet in bigger sizes!

The great supermarket! If you are into gourmet foods, organic or anything in between, they have it. The meats are top-notch and such a variety of produce. If you wander through this market around, it will make you think twice about eating out all the time and make use of your grill. Highly recommended!

If you want a clean, friendly place to shop, look no further. This grocery shop is all you need. They have a bit of everything you need. From fresh fruits to vegetables, and fresh fish, theyve got it all for you. I like how wide their aisle was. It was indeed big and spacious. The counter staff was was so friendly as well.

They sell half gallons of pasteurized cream at a reasonable price. They also have the ultra pasteurized at a good price. In addition they sell puff pastry in bulk, frozen. I have used the puff pastry and liked the results

Shopping it is not pleasant since few people neglected to use face mask or they are not using them properly, every time that I bring my concerns to managers or managers assistant, they always inform me that they can not do a thing about it. I am very afraid of my well being, my family well being and also the employees well being because managers and their assistants would not comply with the mask mandate and with the signs outside of the store. I have found the price listed on the shelf is many times lower than the price when it is rung up at the register.Three items I purchased, the price on the shelf was $1.99 when it was rung up the price was $2.39 .40 cents more. The next item was listed on the shelf as a weekly special .99 cents, at the register it was $1.79 .80 cents more. Next item shelf price $2.19 register price $3.29 $1.10 more. Three items $2.30 more at the register then the shelf price. So check the shelf price.

Ruby was so helpful I had tons of pops that I was taking for work and she put them all in a box w separators so they wouldnt break, really nice young lady!!!!

The Entire Staff Is Awesome!! From Jose in Produce Who went out of his way yo help me locate watercress and gave me Alternatives when I needed more then they had on hand.David the Store Manager who assists guests like even when he is heading off the floor to help locate an item.I cant say enough on how amazing and helpful this staff is!!

Odd selection, ridiculously small aisles. No bags or boxes to put your groceries in the weekend before Thanksgiving... WHY?!

I go here periodically for bottled water, dish soap and paper stuff. I normally dont buy meat or frozen items. I have come across many items that were expired and some of the roast beef were turning brown.This evening, I bought 3 bottles of Martinellis Apple Cider. 3 pack for $4.99. I bought 2 packs. There is a limit of 3.I dont drink alcohol. I drink the Apple Cider when Im with friends and theyre celebrating with white wine or champagne. Im always the designated driver. Hope this helps.

Smart & Final is always a very clean and organized store. Most products are sold in bulk and at prices generally higher than Costco but lower than supermarkets. They have an excellent vegetable / produce section and I always enjoy shopping there.

Loove this store.. Its my go too for everything. Good prices, very good produce and their brand First Street is very good. It is very nice and clean and the employees are helpful and the cashiers are so nice and attentive to your needs as too if needed they ask if you need help out with the groceries.

Smart & Final is your basic food store no thrills No Frills. You can usually find what you on here at a decent price. The store brand is a pretty good quality and you dont need to use any loyalty card there

Number 1, I noticed a huge difference with how friendly and helpful the whole staff was....insisting that they walk me to the items that I had asked where to find something! Maybe this attitude was not new for this particular Smart &Final but, it sure was nice and not my experience in my other visits at other Smart & Final....hopefully it is a new policy at all of their stores. Secondly, I am surprised that for the most part, Smart & Final s prices arent any better than the many other choices for Food Markets in the Coachella Valley.

A decent place to shop for certain things. Think bulk. Also, the fresh produce is usually priced right (but watch out for quality). If youre a good shopper and know your prices, you can find deals and fairly priced items....youll also find some things overpriced.

I like smart and final to get things I need to throw for a party.and they have a good deal on the ground beef.

The staff are Smart & Final are great they are true Professional and will keep coning back . The problem is that shopping centers where they are located. On Gene Autry if you have ever been 9n a Highway or street wharf people often travel in excess of 80 miles per hour or do not kn8w how to be safe drivers. This is the reason why you may wan4 to pick a different destination. 3 times in 30 days I have been strick by negligent vehicle operators who fail to take in consideration while leaving any of the area stores they have done what I consider a well earned negligent driver award should be rightfully awarded to most of the people who travel through this area. Our city had the highest number of Nasty Selfish in a hurry and non respectful vehicle operators or motorists in the region. I strongly suggest wearing a helmet even if you walk on sidewalks around Gene Autry because it is likely someone will make a right turn on you while looking left. . Avoid this street as much as possible.

Been shopping here for several years. Not thrilled with the new layout of the store. Isles are way too long. Meat selection is somewhat limited. 5 stars for the produce section. Some of the checkout clerks need a course in customer service.

Large assortment of products, good choice of sizes/containers (family size or commercial), good prices, and most of the associates are friendly and helpful.

Had what we were looking for. But water fountains did not work. Bathrooms arent terrible.

The bulk grocery section of grains, nuts, candy are convient and you only buy what you need. There is also a selection of sugar free candy here. The produce I buy here lasts longer in my refrigerator.

Outdated meats, spoiled markdowns. We buy produce from the 99 Cent Store nearby at far better prices. Smart and Final customer relations ignores suggestions. New mgr now is invisible, poor. Checkers are mostly friendly. Some out to lunch. Marked down meats WAY OUTDATED, same day. Meats in plastic trays covered with plastic wrap INFLATED with bacteria ready to explode. Staters pulls outdated TWO DAYS prior. STATERS never sells meat on expiration date or day before. Prices are not always competitive even with Ralphs. I have NEVER SEEN THE MANAGER. We shop from formerly 90% Smart and Final down to 10% with 99¢ Store and Ralphs for produce.

Not the store for me personally. If you have restraunt or big party it would the perfect store for you.
