Horrible service and experience. They are just rude and if you are a first time gun owner, Im sure youll leave feeling like a dummy. I came to the store to purchase my first two AR lowers. I came in with a few questions but already had my mind set on making a purchase. I walked in and was greeted by The man at the counter, he sked if I needed help. I told him I was interested in a AR15. He continued to show me his personal AR15 that was displayed at the store. Another customer walked in and he moved over to help him out. After about standing around for 45 mins, and watching them help everyone except me. They finally asked if I needed help. They figured I was standing around long enough that someone should help. I then asked to purchase 2 lower receivers and then started the process nearly 55 mins after I walked in. I tired to get someones attention multiple times, but it seemed that they did not seem interested in my questions or money. As a 1st experience, this will go down as the worst.My experience did not go well on my pick up date either. The bad vibe and rude attitude continued, and I felt as if I was being judge from the time I walked in. At least they helped out quicker this time around. As far as myself, I will be staying clear from this firearm store.Note: as a first time gun owners, we expect a little more time then seasoned owners. If you are not willing to help, please do not own a gun store.

AMAZING Staff! Cannot stress that enough. I went in to sell one of my old handguns, and was immediately informed that it was not on the CA approved list and the shop couldnt buy it. However, rather than it just ending there, the staff offered to post it to his page FOR FREE and try and help me get a buyer via a Private Party Transfer that he would facilitate. Got me a legit buyer in less than 12 hours and closed the deal the next day. Also talked to me and my wife at length, even staying open an hour after closing, to help inform us about what the best revolver options would be for her to use, and never ONCE tried to sell us on anything. Just offered advice and tons of useful information. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, HIGHLY TRUSTED, HIGHLY REFERRED. Can not find a better shop, and I have been to tons.

Customer service goes a long way. Compared to just about every where else in the AV the customer service here cant be beat. The employees are knowledgeable and more than willing to help you with everything from information to purchases. The prices are fair, but fairness is key. Sure you could find something cheaper somewhere else, but youll pay for it. They also arent bleeding you dry either. Fair.They dont have that greasy used car salesmen vibe many other places out that way give off and will actually steer you away from spending money on nonsense. Which would seem counter intuitive until you realize that honest and fair service trumps a quick sale in the long run.I purchased my first AR here instead of building it, not because of a sales pitch or cost savings, but because I trust the work, the people and their suppliers.Definitely stop by this shop if you are in the area or dont mind a drive.

Very helpful GUN STORE compared to other gun stores in the A.V. and their prices are very fair. WORST gun shop Ive EVER been to! Sold me a broken gun for twice the MSRP. Tried to return it and they accused me of taking it apart and breaking it, then told me I would have to pay to send it back to the manufacturer. found out after two weeks of waiting that they had lost the gun in the back and that it never got sent out. The gun is still a $1200 paperweight taking up space in my safe. I will NEVER give this place my business again and I suggest you dont either.
