I love Michaels. I love crafts. Their prices are pretty good at times. If you have a coupon that works. Most of their coupons are for non sale items. Problem is then mostly everything is on sale even for a little bit. The coupon also doesnt apply to some name brand things... Cricut... etc.But you can find some amazing deals, and some fascinating items.

Great place to shoo for craft supplies. Lots of selection to choose from. Great customer service too.

Very helpful employment. My particular sales person is Rosy. I told her what I needed and she left me right to it, have me time to make my choices and then led me to the next item on my list. She was absolutely wonderful. Very personable and had enough time to do that because it wasnt busy when I went. Ladies make sure you go when its slow or youll be on your own and not able to ask about this type of service. All in all I enjoyed this experience, and I may have just got lucky.

This has always been a great store, but lately the corporate mindset seems to be against beaders. Im talking about people who do bead weaving for a living. Get some decent color selection in your seed beads!

TJ-max was a awesome store to shop at.They have awesome costumer service all though they use to a little more mens clothing.maybe it it was just this deportment store. I would definitely go again

Their was a gentleman was very professional and helpful. But when checking out the lady that help me was nasty and unprofessional. She really shouldnt be a cashier, really dont know if she had a bad day. But she was in the wrong job. Dealing with customer 😢

Nice well layed out store. Customer service is friendly. They have lots of arts and crafts, designs. My wife bought this really cool cricut joy that can make all kinds of stuff. The decorations here are awesome too. I got a Halloween cat pillow Ha!!!

Although i love the store, itself, i almost always encounter a jerk or two in the store. of course i wont stop shopping there, just have to avoid people even more so.

Ordered some items online and they were ready very quickly. Used their curbside pickup, AMAZING. Super nice lady worker brought the items out about 2 minutes after I arrived. Very easy shopping trip. Great products.

Well stocked and staff were helpful and professional, but getting through the checkout was time consuming and tedious. The line meandered through a maze of POS products most of which didnt relate to crafting. Hmmm.

Michaels is known for their plethera of arts and craft supplies, but let it be known that at all times they provide an ample supply of goods at a sale price. Half the fun of this merchant is finding the craft at half the price!

Very crowded due to it being Christmas time. Was very pleased with the sanitation at checkout. This is one of the first places Ive seen that actually sanitize the pin pad and countertop after every customer checks out.

Clean, helpful staff, postings a tiny bit wonky, but servicable... found what I was after..

Very COVID-19 conscious. There is someone to greet you at the door counting numbers of customers entering the store. There is sanitizer as you enter and shields up at the registers.

They were out of the holiday building we wanted, but the employees were able to direct us to exactly where they would be. Since they didnt have the one we wanted they directed us to there other store so we could get the one we wanted.

Very polite workers. Let my girlfriends daughter use the restroom. We were the last people in the store and my step daughter really has to go. After we finished purchasing past closing time they still did us the favor of opening the restroom

Michaels is a big craft store, that has more than most of the other ones. The prices are kinda high. But usually, you can find what youre looking for. Its Very Well stocked. Wether your looking for yarn or fake flowers, you can find it here. The seasonal stuff is usually quite unique and one of a kind. Just try to leave this store without buying something. I dare you. Whenever I need something for arts and craft, I always come to Michaels for that. It has everything you need and the staff is always helpful. While I do not come here often, everytime that I do they have exactly the oddly specific thing I need. Michaels is great and I would highly recommend it.

Every single visit to this store is awesome due to the greatest customer service here. It does not matter who is working. Ive had to many employees help me to keep track. Yet they all are equally as friendly & helpful & happy. This behavior is passed down through a chain of command so thanks to the district managers and store managers as well.

I love coming here to pick up my craft supplies. the kids really enjoy it aswell. they have a little bit of everything for different crafting interest. and the coupons are very helpful

Really like shopping here, and its always stocked. Came by after 5pm, parking tight. Needs more lighting outside for parking as well. Signup for Michaels membership. Checked my email and I had 50% coupon for item in store. Lots of clearance items as well. I used the coupon to buy wood crate for cds.

I was planning going to Micheal looking for plastic star beads for making Christmas tree. but they dont have any of them. So I decided went to some place else. But still not find it anywhere.

Not very helpful when looking for a product that shows in stock but not on the shelf.

Love Michaels, but lately they havent had the items in stores that I am able to find online. They always say they havent unloaded shipment and when I go back there is not even a spot for the product. I have had to go to the other Michaels in town just to find what I am looking for. I wish they were consistent and had the same products out at the same time.

Its OK, its a Michaels. They were out of some of the stuff I went for. Felting Needles didnt even have one pack of them. DisappointingOn the other hand, they have cute little felting kits, various animals. The llama one looks adorable! They had those in Stock.Store is clean and pleasant, staff is friendly. I love micheals in general but its really sucks that you cant use all your coupons that youve acquired with them. So they end up expiring. Only one 50% off coupon per ticket. For one item, it makes it so sad when you wish to buy several things and still save. And its not like Im excessive with coupons. Its just my last visit I had two coupons and was told I could only use one and I purchased at least 10 items that were roughly $8.99-$26.99. All in all the service is good, associates are helpful and the centers are always clean. Just know you have to do two transactions at different times not in the same visit to use your 50% off coupons.

This store seems to have more to choose from then the Lancaster location. Clean, organized, and easy to find what youre looking for. Checkout was kinda slow but that might have just been a fluke. Will definitely shop here again when Im in the area.
