Started out good when he knew he was going to get money for a big job,as soon as I begin to question the amounts he immediately got an attitude with me and started to argue with me. I immediately cancelled the work and withdrew myvehicle. I dont know what kind of place hes running but in my world customer service is absolutely essential to having a repeat customer. Bottom line I will never go back tothis guy and I do not recommend anybody have services performed by this person.

This place is amazing the owner is polite educate and know a lot about car. So far he already fix my two car and my entire friends coxmes to display.They even offer me a donut with coffee and they have a big tv for the soccer games.

I had my acura sitting for a whole year thinking it was the transmission that went bad. I took it to flores auto since he gave my dad a really good deal and he pin pointed the problem was a sensor only. Everyone else was saying the transmission is bad it will cost 3,000 to fix it that its a luxury car thats why its so much, even tho its a 2002 acura. He changed the sensor and now the car runs great for how old it is. So if you want a good mechanic with fair prices go to flores auto he will take care of you.

Do not come here!!! They tell lies about their prices to just get more money and if they can try and get your car from you they will. They are unprofessional and the owner calls females out there names in spanish when its not going his way to other workers. They get over on people !!!!!!!!!! Do not come here, they got over on me with saying i owe them more money and everything else they told me about my car then what they told me over the phone. They took my car cause they added more money to my bill. DONT COME HERE THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
