I had the most wonderful experience with this business. They were very kind and professional. My windows look fabulous and have since day 1. I was so impressed with Benjamin and Amanda that I have recommended them to multiple friends and family members who also had great work done. Tryed to use a local business instead of the big stores. The place was a mess and the kid was rude. Never again!

After seeing what has been said about this company on Facebook as well as these reviews I am here to give my honest feedback. Im a little ashamed that I did not post my review earlier but I guess its better late then never. Ben came to my home, actually my last 2 houses, to install new screens and blinds. The process was easy, communication was excellent, and most of all they were so friendly. I did read each review and am laughing at the one from MM itss clear that she is the one who started the drama on Facebook and ended up looking like a fool. Once my noesy butt read the all the positive comments supporting Blinds and Designs I am proud to say that I have done business with them and will continue when the need arises. The way they have handled the negative accusations with nothing but kindness and grace really goes to show they do value their reputation.

Love supporting local small businesses. They were quick to respond to my needs and I can now enjoy my living room without any flies buzzing around.

A job well done. Satisfied and will use them again for future work.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Please don’t use this company. I will never call Ben for more work ever. They came with samples of screen doors and we selected one. Came back weeks later to install the door and it wasn’t the same quality, wasn’t the same build. Would not stay on track and blew away with the slightest of winds. When I pointed out that the sample door was of much better quality than the door he installed, he told me they only sold one kind of door. That it was my fault, my mistake. Unfortunately, I will now have to file a complaint with the state contractors license board and I will have to file a lawsuit. It’s unfortunate to have given Ben so many opportunities to correct this mistake and he refuses.6/9/2020 in response to your response. Ben, All due respect, the “sample” screen door you showed us, was stronger with a side wall frame width of one and three-quarter inches 1.75” versus the cheap, low quality garbage door you installed is 1.25” side wall frame. I KNOW because I “did” return to your shop. I did measure the sample screen door you brought to my house originally, in front of your dad. So you’re trying to say that a 1.25” frame is the same as a 1.75” frame, that’s absurd and outright lying!!! Truly disgusting how many messages I’ve had to leave to get a single, unhelpful response. I will be filing a complaint with the State Contractors License Board today. I suggest everyone who has had similarly disappointing service, to file a report against this fraudulent company! See ya in court Ben!Ps: Yeah, my family did treat you with a lot love and respect. Good for you to recognize how kind we were to you and your wife. We did pick you, even though your bid was much higher than the other estimates. We were hoping the high bid would translate into exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this was not the case! 🤥

I am so in love with my new blinds. They have so many options and Ben was so helpful and patient while I made up my mind on what I wanted. This is the 2nd time I have done business with them and will continue to support this local small business. I will add photos as soon as I remember!

They are not a professional and responsible company, Ben an Ban jr charge my husband 2500$ for a blinds and installation and they didnt install the product as we had agreed on, they dont answer calls and when they answer they talk to me unrespectfu really mad. They stole our money.

I paid a little over $500 for the pet screen for 8 windows. Not even a month later the dog was able to break the screen. The material was not strong at all. I finally went back, I was told someone will come out to the house and fix the issue the next day and of course...NO ONE CAME BACK ON THE DATE HE STATED, NOR DID THEY CALL. DEFINITELY A WASTE OF MY MONEY.

Ben Sr does not take pride in his work. The negative reviews are spot on. Save your hard earned money. Worst business I have ever dealt with. They will destroy your blinds.

I had a problem with my blinds, and they were extremely helpful. They had replacement parts in stock that they sold to me for very cheap. I brought in a set of blinds with me, and they spent the time showing me how to replace the part so that I was able to fix the other ones by myself. Very friendly and honest business.

Do not go here got a job done by them paid over 300 for blinds And back windows I first looked so beautiful but didn’t even last hanging 4 days. I am very disappointed so please people to not come here save yourself some money and call someone else.

I made an appointment and they never showed up so I made another appointment and they never showed up to that one either now I’ve been trying to call them all morning and they don’t even answer the phone

I called this place for a estimate on solar shades. The guy never showed up the first time so I made a follow up call. He apologized and saidhe would come the next day. No show again lol. Dont waste your timeon this place.
