I create monsters,, puppets,, masks and creatures for plays and films. I got everything I needed to make the Donkey head for Midsummer Nights dream. The staff was very helpful. They were also able to direct me to everything I needed. They were organized and knowledgeable. Im thankful.

This JOANNS was a great experience. Liz waited on me in the fabric department. She was courteous and professional. The line wasnt bad at all. The sale on anti-pill fleece was wonderful!!! The selection here is bigger than where I go in Palmdale, Ca. Checkout was good also. I had a few questions about my receipt and the cashier was gracious. I dont want to misspell her name. It was something like Geniece. I was there 1-30-2021@12:53pm. Thank you all for good customer service. That means a lot to me.

I needed some trim, and looked through all of them but I couldnt find something that would do well for me so I asked someone for help, and it happened to be Randi,. I am so glad that she was able to help me. She gave me ideas I hadnt considered. Check out at the counter was a breeze and I was grateful because I was buying multiple items. I was visiting from Wisconsin when I stopped by this location on Saturday November 14th to look for some tubing that I needed to cover my mothers oxygen cannula. After initially speaking to a young lady who tried to help me look for the tubing, she then directed me to your employee Sock. Wow! What an exceptional employee you have there. He went above and beyond of what my expectations were in helping me search high and low for something that may be of help for my elderly mother. Although I didnt find what I was looking for, it definitely was NOT for lack of help! Sock! You rock! And you will be an asset wherever you go. As soon as I got to my mothers house I had to tell her about my encounter with you and what a small world it is that Id meet someone whose mother is also from Highland Park!!! That totally blew my mind! Thank you for making my shopping experience one of the highlights of my California visit. Stay golden!

Drove an hour to come here today. It’s raining and 40 degrees out and the security guard told us we would have to wait in line when literally the parking lot is near empty . Left because we don’t have time for stupidity. Every other business in that area is letting people in including the Walmart.

They are good about having the basics, more specific items are sometimes harder to come by

Sandy in the sewing machine and other machine area is amazing. She is super knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all my questions and made me understand and aware of all that is out there not just Joann. I had no idea what I was getting into and she opened the door to all the possibilities. After arriving 10 minutes before closing, the store closed early. The employee did not acknowledge customers wanted to enter prior to the posted closure time. Very unprofessional and shame on all the employees.

I love this store! The employees are ALWAYS nice. This place is always stocked up with craft goodies and you can tell they are on it daily repleshining/moving stock. Ive been in store plenty of times and Ive also ordered online. The online order was fulfilled surprisingly quick and ready to go at the check out counter when I arrived. Ive purchased lots of fabric, crates, holiday decor, and random stuff. They were always friendly about taking coupons and reminding me of offers/coupons (which saved me some money). Some employees seemed too busy to approach, but anytime I did, they were nice.

I was actually disappointed in the acrylic paint selection. The paint sets and brush sets were very few.

JOANN Fabrics has been a huge life saver! They have good sales going on and what they dont have on some sales they seem to match with great coupons. For the most part, theyll have what youre looking for but if they dont, I find its super easy to try ordering it and they make it easy to do so. All in all, this Joann is large and worth visiting from framing to sewing to arts n crafts. 5/5 🖤

I went to the store to buy a spool of sewing thread, WOW you have some selection! If you know what thread from a specific company you will be far better off because it will be quick and easy. If you are looking for any thread for a project come informed on what you will need because the choices are very numerous and varied. The staff if very helpful and informed to help you decide.

This place I a danger zone for me. I could go through there and easily spend my savings in there.The staff is super helpful and will show you everything you need and more. They seem to really enjoy working there and helping people.The prices are comparable to other craft stores and they almost always have coupons to get discounts. Ill definitely be going here again and again.

I have made several purchases in the past couple of weeks, called for simple inquiries and their curbside service is VERY poor. I typically do not have an issue when going in the store and making my purchases but as of late, the employees that are still working have such poor customer service and are very rude to those who call in. Their service is likely to be in high demand, and I get that; however - I am waiting days for an order that said would take typically 4 hours to process. When I called to speak to an associate, she was rude, blunt, short and unwilling to help. When I requested a refund, she had no idea how to assist me. I understand times are tough for people today, but I do not feel that this is how you should still conduct yourself. Try to have better mannerism and compassion whether if you do or dont want to be at work servicing the community. Truly disappointed with all 4 associates I talked to over the last two weeks, unacceptable.

I went to there to buy canvases for my son to paint on and the selection was huge, the prices were better then Michaels and today they had them on sale 60%off. The staff is helpful without being pushy. The also offer a wide variety of classes for sewing, quilting, and knitting.

Joanns was completely on their game for this visit. I was helped, guided as to what colors worked together, served quickly at the cutting counter and all employees were pleasant and helpful. And it is very close to Christmas so I am impressed. Then, the polite young man at the cash register assisted me with downloading the Joanns app and was able to help me find the best discounts. Perfect experience!

Joanns has all your sewing needs, craft items, cards, Happy Planner items, yarn, and frameing for pictures. You always find something that you cant do without. Joanns has everything you need for decorating for every occasion. I always find the perfect things when Im just browsing.

Drove to Palmdale to get this fabric. They had curbside pick up. I called ahead to let them know I was coming and they had it ready. Great Customer service.

I was so excited to finally go to a craft store after being quarantined. I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness, especially the floor. Prices and sales were the usual seal but the availability of products was low.

I often make trips to various Joann fabric stores to help complete projects I am working on. This was not my first trip to this location and I had thought maybe other times were an off beat day but now I can honestly say this store is terrible. Their customer service is horrendous (the girls cutting the fabric are disrespectful and very sloppy with cutting). They even openly mocked the poor quilter behind me who had 10 bolts to cut about it being a chore. The woman was embarrassed unnecessarily!! How dare they! The store is also so filthy and they do NOT store their fabric properly. We found several bolts of character Jersey that was discolored from improper storage (long streaks of terrible discoloration). I have NEVER had any of these issues with the other Joann stores I frequently visit. They get 2 stars only due to them having a decent selection of fabric and notions but to deal with their lack in quality on product care and customer care is just not worth it. Needless to say, I wont be returning to this location to fulfill my project needs.

Went to go get a frame for a picture we had blown up and Julie was such a gift and such a great help. Its so cool to be able to see what it would actually look like framed and matted. I highly recommend if you go there make sure you ask for Julie because she is so helpful and has such a great attitude.

Good store. Just a little messy but that is understandable considering the size. Got a cute door stopper and fabric. Store manager was very nice when I wanted to use a discount.

Everything is always well organized and the staff is very friendly. If the item isnt available in store, it can be ordered online for extra convenience. Because it is a general craft store, the selection of some things may not be as extensive as others, but still sufficient to accomplish most projects.

Its a really great place especially if youre a crafty person. Ill give them five stars once they call me back for a job interview 😂😂😂🤔 but theyre a really great place

Great selection. Well lit. Easy to find stuff. Ample parking. Handicapped accessible and parking. Very helpful staff. Most are artists or crafters so they have some great ideas. Coupons almost daily. If you are a teacher, you get an additional discount. Lots of fabric, pai t, beads, clay, yarn, and so many great ideas, classes, projects and inspirations, a crafter will feel at home.

This location is a little messy and the carts are dirty and wobble. Thats where he negatives end. This store offers plenty of really cool fabrics. If i knew anything about sewing or knitting, i would come here and get all my supplies. Their seasonal items are really cool and prices fairly. Look out for their coupons for even better pricing.

This store is big! It has lots of stuff for you to lose yourself in. Theres a whole isle packed with clearance items, and Im sure if I had the energy to look I would have found something awesome. The reason this gets 4 stars and not 5 is because I saw quite a few staff members, but none of them said hello or asked how I was doing. The young man at the checkout was very nice, though. The floor staff could use a little brushup on their customer service skills, though!

What a great experience. Very helpful staff that knew their inventory. Prices were off set by sales and coupons on their app. The staff used the coupons on the app to save me an additional $70.00. While the shopping made my wife thrilled to find what she needed for home projects, the savings made us both happy!!

This Jo-Annes has the most amazing fabric selection. Sharpies are locked up, as are many of the high-value items, but the staff is friendly and attentive so it doesnt complicate things one bit. They have a wonderful sewing machine area, with all the supplies you could hope for.

Strange outfit. It looks like a Big Lots except with a different name. I would like to say something positive but just cant do it somehow.

It is kinda pricey at Joann’s, but they have coupons online and on your smartphones. They have a row of discounted merchandise and there are some good finds if you have the chance to look. The cashier was kinda not really rude but paying more attention to her friends or other employees than really talking with us. I kinda don’t like that. But that is becoming universal I think.

5 star easy for this place! Not only do they carry everything possible for the creative crafter, just about everything you are looking for is always on sale, or about to be! Enjoy!

Great place to get fabrics, art supplies, and craft supplies. Pricing is good especially with discount coupons that come in the mail or online. People are friendly and very helpful. The only problem I have had relates to the very long lines for the cutting table and the oroblem of customers remembering to pull a number from the dispenser to be called in order.

Everything was 30% off for President day.

I went to Joann to get some fabrics to make Halloween costumes. And I found some fabric that I like.. Store is great.

I am a beginner sewer, and I brought a pattern with me to show to the salesperson. I was hoping to have someone who worked there help me to get all of the fabric and sewing items that the package said I needed. The saleslady did try to help, but she just led me to certain aisles, and pointed out other aisles that I could go to. I needed more one-on-one guidance. I became flustered and only ended up getting three items from the pattern. Next time I will go to a smaller fabric store or buy online.

I went inside to get some accessories for a mission project and I was surprised at just how messy the store was and not only calling into question the cleanliness but they literally did not have anything for mission projects. There was a small staff for such a big store and it looked like a ghost town.I found myself walking around and around looking for someone to help me and only found one girl to help me, at this point we left the store and went to hobby lobby right next to it and they had what we needed.I dont know if I could recommend this store, I also dont like the prices. It wasnt for me.

Joanns is on the pricey side unless you have a coupon which can be found online through their website, email, snail mail or their app. You can also sign up for texting where the company will text you coupons.This store is usually clean except the clearance aisle where the products are disorganized but if you are patient you can find some great deals.This store leans more towards the crafts than fine arts. Joanns carries a lot of fabric and offers classes where you can practice sewing on their machines (I have yet to participate in these classes). They also have a few aisles catering to childrens crafts.I do like this store but have found that if I want holiday or seasonal items I need to get in 6 weeks BEFORE the holiday as today (1/26/2019) I went in for Valentines Day crafts and their supplies were slim pickings. The cashier stated that they sold out of stuff quickly. I was able to purchase two Valentines Day wood frames for 50% off (their sale) plus I used their 20% off total purchase coupon.

Love this shop could spend hours just walking around looking at the different hobbies and often chatting with another shopper. Just wish it was in Lancaster instead of Palmdale. Its the only store if you want a large selection of fabric and supplies for sewing.
