I love the selection in home goods but I dont like how the manager treats every return like its suspicious. I make impulsive purchases sometimes or I purchase something and bring it home to see if it looks good in my home, and sometimes it doesnt work out. Its like painting, mirror, or decor but I always get the third degree from them like Im trying to cheat them out of something. The manager actually told the cashier to inspect every single price tag to make sure it was legit. I have never been so insulted. Right in front of my face like I wasnt standing there.The people who work there are always willing to help but the manager is a complete A-hole.

Plenty of quality products that can go well with your home. All relatively cheap and they are excellent quality. Ive found plenty of things that worked with my house which helped make it feel more welcoming. And even in this store, it feels welcoming and the workers are friendly

Love this store has everything I need for a decent price

A man who identified himself as the manager approached me upon entry asking where my mask was. As someone who is severely medically disabled, I told him I’m medically exempt per the state mandate. He said congratulations with a big smile. I said excuse me? And he said sarcastically, congratulations on being medically exempt with my disabilities. He then followed me around the store. Uncalled for and unprofessional. Being disabled is not something to be congratulated on and I will be reporting him to Corporate.

You can find a lot of stuff for your home to accesible prices and good quality.

I havent been for several years, so I was surprised by the prices being higher. But, in this economy, discounts cant all pay.I did get excellent service and love the Lingonberry crepes! The waitress was friendly and genuine.

This is my first time to visit this store. Their prices are reasonable. The store is so clean and organized and the staff are friendly

Its a decent HG store but could be better. Staff seems a little robotic, like theyre just nice because they have to be nice to customers, but they are rarely able or wanting to help. If you ask questions, they dont seem to know much. The home goods selection is okay but seems like doing the extra drive to other HGs is better. Cashiers are not too friendly either, customer service needs some improvement. When wrapping paper on items that could break, they dont ensure some items that need double wrap or double bag. Staff rarely smiles and sometimes the greeters look like they are not having it. Makes you feel like they almost hate you for entering their store.

Good prices and helpful staff

Lots of great things for the home with most less than ordering on line or from other stores. I bought a glass glazing ball for my garden for $14. I bought one last year from Wayfair, same size, for $45!

I like the way their merchandise is refreshed on at least a weekly basis so if you visit often you can always find something new. They lose one point for having broken and chipped stuff. Ive bought some pieces that were flawed, but I didnt notice till I got home. Its really annoying. Should I keep it? Take it back? How much will it bother me? Buyer beware. None of their stuff is perfection. The only reason I shop there often is because I like to hunt for Rae Dunn pottery.

LOVE THIS STORE!!! They definitely practice social distancing. They have a person at the door counting the people that go in. You have to make a line and wait your turn. (which I know some people mind) I dont. Because I understand social distancing is for our safety. Then inside the store is clean and always organized. The employees could be more customer service oriented but they are not rude.

Store is packed from towels to tables. Lots of household everything. Lots of serving trays, wood platters and cutting boards. Cookware, great to browse as you never know what you will find.

Don’t ever question them the price tag. Found $0 food items, went and asked if was real. Waste your time and change tag to $2. That turn me away from shopping there again.

Really bad experience today. The employees were so rude just because i askedThem about and item they have in the back and not in the floor. It’s rude to be talking about people when they are just leaving the store. I did hear the manager saying it was her. I’m not asking for anything free. I loved home Goods but not some of the employees and the lady that i think it was the manager. The guy that helped me yesterday knows me and he’s always so kind to me.i want to say thank you to him. The rest of them have to know how to respect people and be polite.

They offered clear and carefully planned routes for customers, to ensure their health and safety. But the store itself was lacking in the variety and quantity of merchandise that is normally present. Still, it does offer great finds and good customer service.

Its HOMEGOODS, how can it be bad?!? Usually well stocked in all departments and the store has been clean and well organized each time Ive visited. Ample Disabled Parking and there is always at least one space open - even on the weekends!!! WELL DONE! ♿

Look Im trying to be very objective here because due to the covid 19 everything has changed and has sent all of us in a tailspin.However, the entire situation with the traffic flow arrows on the floor is utter chaos in your store.Im sure you took this idea from the grocery stores and it works just fine because their aisles are wide enough for two carts to successfully get by. Also, take into consideration when in a grocery store youre simply grabbing something off a shelf and moving on.Youre not typically lingering there for any length of time.That however is not the case in your store.People are lingering and meandering mindlessly and painfully unaware, looking slowly down each of your aisles.Which are not wide enough for two carts thus, creating a horrific chaotic traffic jam throughout the store.I was ready to walk out and leave my stuff there because I was so frustrated trying to maneuver through the store.I was so excited to go in and just get my shopping fix that I have been yearning for for months and I decided Im not going back until those arrows are off the floor.As for everything else, the gals at the checkout were very friendly and fast ..all wearing masks and being very covidt 19 aware... Thank you, we appreciate that!I honestly believe that if you simply take the arrows out of the aisles and let people maneuver their own way through the store it will have better traffic flow and much less chaos.Trust me people are very aware of the social distancing, its been plummeted into our heads for the last 3 months.We got it, we dont need romper room directions for adults, we can handle it on our own and successfully keep adequate distance apart from one another.Just a suggestion It was a good thought and theory but in reality its a shitshow guys.

FINALLY We have a Home Goods in the Antelope Valley! It is a treasure hunt every time you go to this store and you can find some real gems at incredible prices. I bought a painting that I found on Amazon for $55 for $23 here. If you are trying to spruce up your home this is the perfect thing to do.

Home Goods is great, just watch out, the place is crammed full of stuff and very disorganized. Im positive it is not entirely wheelchair accessible, which is a huge bummer in retail. Sweet deals on some pretty cool stuff though!
