Very unprofessional and rude service from owners. I could not comfortably see myself spending a cent.

While on vacation I ran out of Nioxin and happy they had it on the shelf.Also sales people were helpful which is a good thing.

Cool place to shop but not professional when it comes to their so call rewards program. The points don’t ever roll over so you can never get to a actual discount. I called to ask the owner and he just gave the phone to the cashier didn’t even answer my question. The cashier could not answer my question either just told me to keep my receipts. What’s the point of giving your phone number to get the points for the reward program if it don’t keep track and I should just keep my receipt. I don’t plan on shopping there anymore I literally drive from Mojave to shop there. They don’t appreciate their value customers at all and I been going there for six years

Give him a five because they have everything I need. But I was not comfortable with the girl standing there but when I look up she was watching the camera. I guess a lot of people go in there stealing so she have to watch the camera while people shop in their instead of asking me may I help you because everyone dont steal

I am not going to that beauty supply anymore the atmosphere isnt the same anymore since the coronavirus appeared into the world. The employees do not tell you where to stand when you are ready to pay and leave. When the owner is not there a whole lot of customers are inside of the beauty supply because the employees allow that to happen. We are going through a pandemic (coronavirus) people can get sick. I pray no one gets sick either. The employees are different there not the same as the other ones that are not there anymore. The cashier was mean to me. I reminded her about the rewards. She doesnt want you to give your phone number. She wants you to pay and leave😀

The owner is so nice great customer service and always willing to help they have great product also could use a wider selection but over all better then Genesis beauty supply would shop here again

This supply store has so many different products and at very reasonable prices! I went in for hair dye and left with several new make up products to try for less than $25! The two employees who were working were both sweet and helpful!

The workers there are amazing. They are extremely helpful and very nice. But when I was in there trying to make a pretty decent purchase the owner kept calling the ladies and interrupting our interaction. I have been trying for a very long time to get a human wig, And I finally found the one I wanted. And the owner calls the front desk and tells the worker that I have to take off the wig. So I obliged... And at least two other times after that, there were more calls to the front desk... interrupting to the point where I could not ask any questions or get any more information. Its a shame

There are great products here and I enjoyed my visit here wishing I could buy so many of them. The only problem was the very high prices on a lot of the items. There were a few things that were good prices but not many. Of you are looking for a place with prices you can afford its not here. If you have money to spend that way they do have some great things. Sorry just way over priced for me, I would be there everyday if prices were affordable and comparable to other beauty stores.

Currently standing outside the place with their customers and there is no one here to open the store. The hours clearly state 10AM to 4PM and its currently 10:30AM. Theres no sign explaining why the place is closed and today isnt a holiday so no explanation for why this should happen.

They need to post on their doors their hours of operations. They closed at 5pm and are not open on Sundays. Their workers were rude too.

Love my 1st experience starting with the smiles, product knowledge and customer service from 2 lovely african american ladies. When going to most beauty salons they sell our needed products but know nothing about it. After leaving Sallys with prices up to double the price I paid here I can buy extra and double up on my faves*_^I will definitely be neck and spread the word!
