For service dept, can’t speak for sales. 8am oil change, prescheduled too . Took the truck back, 2 hours later after seeing no one around my truck doing anything for a while. They tell me just needs def topped off. And I’m still here. Just found out they don’t have an oil filter. So they sent a guy 20 mins down the road, one way. Still waiting.Update, 3 1/2 hours and getting to leave. But it was on parts department for not having filters. And customer service for not letting me know for 2 hours in.Update,Came back for one more try. Made sure they had the filter but 2 hours is still way to long to wait on oil change. Especially when they pulled it straight back and started within 10 minutes of arriving.

I spoke to Maria one of the sales man at the dealer..i told her what i wanted and she told she would get a dealer trade that she had found but she needed to run credit to make sure we were good...i told her our credit was excellent and that i dont like to run unless its for sure so that our credit doesnt take hits for running it but she said she needed to be sure before doing the dealer trade... she ran our credit to later tell me that no dealer would trade and that the only one was a used one with 1400 miles on it..Idefinitely would not reccomend to anyone.. this dealer is shady! I am very upset she ran our credit for nothing! please stay away from Rally Gmc

The staff, and particularly the service manager, went above and beyond to address my necessary repairs and questions in a timely manner. I waited at the dealership less than 3 hours before my air conditioning fan was replaced and I was back on the road. While you wait, the receptionist periodically circulates in the waiting area to offer something to drink or a snack. Excellent personal service and reasonable prices.

I wish I could give zero stars. My family is new to the area and this place has blown my mind. This place does NOT know anything about customer service! The lady who answers the phone had the audacity to tell my husband he has 6 minutes to come get our car that was being worked on, when he was on his way. Really?! you people can’t work a little after? I believe the woman’s name on the phone was Terri. Our car shouldn’t of even been in the shop it’s a 2018 Terrain and has been nothing but trouble! Not to mention they left my husband stranded and wouldn’t give him a rental to get home! And we’re 30 minutes away. My husband had to take a city bus! I guess these people don’t believe in customer service or working over time! Worst place I have ever been involved with. We bring our car home. And guess what the engine light is ON!!!! Taking our business elsewhere!!

It has improved since my last experience 2 cars ago. Still a bit pressured, but in a helpful way. It all happened so fast, until 3 hrs of final forms and closing stuff. Still, thats the nature of car dealerships. This dealership is a nice local dealership, and so far, the managers and sales people have all been friendly, polite and helpful. It really is a Buick GMC place and Cadillacs just happen to be there. I prefer to shop for my luxury vehicle in a nice posh environment, sipping a complimentary Keurig at least, possibly warm cookies like Lexus, who have a multi-coffee drink machine as well. Just a different socioeconomic geography.

I got a flat on my way home on a Friday night and my car was towed to Rallys Auto Group for service. I had purchased a tire insurance for situations just like this, but when they contacted my insurance for payment, they claimed they hadnt yet received the paperwork for it. I proceeded to pay for the tire thinking I could file a claim later based on the circumstances. Long story short, insurance denied the claim stating that Rally never contacted them in the first place. I was at a loss, but their manager, Johnny, took care of the matter personally, keeping me updated and got me my refund. He did not have to go above and beyond like he did, after all it was just one tire and as far as he knew, they would never even see me again. This is by far the best costumer service Ive had with a dealership. I am very impressed and thankful for everything they did, 5+ stars!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The salesman José is very pushy argues everything that you say about the vehicle when I said that I would come back with my husband after I talked to him about the vehicle and prices he kept pushing for me to come today. He asked over and over for me to come today. Then when I talked to the manager he said that it isn’t always the salesperson it’s that your a bad customer!!! I’ve never been treated so badly in my life I would much rather drive far then ever buy from here!!!!!

STELLAR Service Department at Rally GMC! Apologies for the late post on this, but I definitely wanted to give credit where credit is due. I own a 2017 Chevy Silverado (5.3L) with a 2.9L Whipple Supercharger kit on it. As a result, most dealerships are scared to touch the vehicle (AV Chevy being the most notable example). I was having problems with my HVAC system as well as a steering wire/sensor that was throwing an error code. AV Chevy automatically blamed it on the supercharger and declined work on the vehicle. I went to Rally GMC on 10/22/18 at the recommendation of a friend. Tania Martinez (service advisor) promptly took the truck and promised to have a solid look at it. She called me a day later stating that the HVAC and steering problem would be covered under warranty and indeed had nothing to do with the SC. Kudos to her and Sean Williams (ASE GMC Tech) who patiently explained the problem and showed me the problem out in the service bay where my truck was being worked on. Rally GM Service has a new lifetime customer!

Really bad service!!!... wanted to turn in my car bcuz it has been giving me problems...My credit score isnt so good and bcuz of this I felt that Mitch didnt want to help me out..he wanted to give me the car he wanted, he was down grading me and he told me thats what my credit reflected on that type of car....I left home he told me he was going to turn my applications to the banks the next morning and give me a call...well it has been 3 days and I still havent heard from him...SMH!!!...

Friend my claim is about the deler, Francisco was in the process of my car is 2015 chevy volt I entered for module reset and inspection, they gave it to me at the time of driving it the check light turns on; so I go back to the car and they tell me that I have to pay $ 159.00 to check the problem. Francisco tells me that I have to pay $ 3,700.00 for the repair. I prefer to take it to another workshop and they tell me that the problem is a fuse and they charge me $ 119.00 as they can account for the difference in prices and the bad diagnosis of the deler. my message is dont trust this deler.
