Ordered for my sister in laws birthday. I called the day of to see what time range the delivery would go out. I was told between 11:30am to 1pm. But it wasnt received until almost 5pm. My sister in law stayed home all day waiting for it. Beyond disappointed. Never again. And it actually looks smaller than what was purchased
I placed an order yesterday (Thursday),, first customer in store so I can surprise my wife.It’s Friday at 4:50 pm and I am actually still waiting for my wife’s present.I just called to get my refund and a lady just said that I need to wait for the owner to refund my money.Please do not waste your time dealing with this company (Palmdale store)
I wished I would have known that the service was this poor before I decided to purchase my Son & daughters Anniversary Gift. Wow what terrible service. Was suppose to arrived on 5/11 .. But did received 5/12. day after their Anniversary anstill didnt get their entire order until closing time. I called and spoke to several employees. They are uncaring and cant even fib good. Really poor service. Not recommended if your wanting for a special occasion. Was suppose to get free gift because ordering lots from my church. But they can keep it. Was not worth my time.

Submitted an order 3 days in advance for delivery for my mother’s birthday. Called my mom after 5:45 cause it was odd that she had not called me to show me her gift, turns out the order was never delivered. I called the location multiple times and could not through to anyone. All I can do was leave a message. I did not receive a call to let me know the order was undeliverable nor did my mother to let her know they were there to deliver and item. I purposely put her number on the order for the same reason cause I did not want any issues. Will not be ordering from this location again.
I walked in on Thursday February 25th and picked out an arrangement to be delivered on the 26th. i asked if the delivery could get there by 2:00 pm i was assured that would be no problem. 2 oclock came and went no delivery. i called the store was told sorry we can deliver it tomorrow. i explained that the delivery address was my wifes work and they dont work weekends. i was told that they could deliver that afternoon/evening to my home. After expressing how important it was to have it delivered that day i was assured it would arrive by 6 pm. well 6pm came and went no delivery at 7pm i received an email that said attempted delivery was unsuccessful. Saturday morning my wife received a phone call from the delivery driver saying that they would be at my house in 10 minutes. absolute worst experience. when the arrangement did arrive the fruit had brown spots.
They truly have lazy employees that does not meet up to proper customer service requirements and dont care about the business of making money. You dont turn away from money, nor not caring out the policy of their stores. When the last call in time is 2pm on sunday for pickup and being responsible for his actions I hope the owner of the Palmdale store is aware of her employees pushing the business away in these times. Employees do not reach the standards to work in the field of customer service. I hope you are
Edible Arrangements customer service for this particular store and the edible arrangement customer care is non existent. I placed an order days before Mothers Day to be delivered on Mothers Day. On Mothers Day, edible arrangements did not deliver at all. The next day I called edible arrangements, no one answered. When you do get through, you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Also, calling their customer care does not work because when you try to talk to a customer representative, they just automatically hang up. I tried to leave a detailed message in the edible arrangements contact us page and it does not work. I feel like edible arrangements just took my money because it is so impossible to contact them.
Would have been happy to give 5 stars but the arrangement was delivered with melted chocolate, and deflated balloons. So sad, it was a birthday gift and nothing but bad fist impressions of the company
The guy that delivered my strawberries went outta his way to request someone else bring me other flowers cuz they werent up to his standards he went way above and beyond I want to say thanku so much to him I got the flowers later and they were beautiful. Didnt get his name but he was a very nice young man thanku again sir.
I never leave reviews, but today i am, edible arrangements has let me down for the last time, i gave them too many chances and their service specially in this Palmdale branch is the worst, every single time they fail to deliver they either dont deliver on the date i need it, or they deliver to the wrong address, and the fruit looks and tastes like is been out for a while.... disgusting, it takes me 20+ calls to get them to answer the phone, and when they finally answer, they hanged up on me, and then i called again on a different line and she got all nervous and couldnt even give me an excuse because i was asking for my money back and i told her if she hanged up the phone i was going to go in person to solve this, do not buy from this store their customer service is the worst.... i have more than one experience with them but never again.
Was wonderful that they were able to take and deliver last minute order before Christmas. However, was disappointed in arrangement. Was not what I ordered. Was supposed to have two snowmen and Christmas wreath. Did not look like Christmas. Looks like a chick to me.
When the edibles got to my house they were thrown around in the box it came in . Clearly they were dropped my bf spend 135 on them for mother days and everything was smashed an moved out of their rightful place the person who delivered them was nice but had on dingy looking clothes an looked like she just rolled outta bed matching alone with my scoffed up delivery that was tossed around looked like it was seconds from being thrown away . I would never image that from these companies they have commercials and everything they should be ashamed of them self fir not taking pride in their business that people are spreading 100s of dollars on .
The owners are the sweetest people Ive ever met! Not to mention their edible arrangements are so fresh and delicious! Would recommend to ANYONE
I ordered a lovely arrangement for my boyfriend, and it was amazing. I ordered it on February 17th, but it was a Valentine’s Day gift. They took that into consideration and some of the apples that were meant to look like donuts were decorated differently but better than what I saw on the website. They used reds, purples, and pinks, and it made it look more like a Valentine’s Day gift than something you would bring to a children’s birthday party. I would recommend ordering from there and they don’t have only arrangements. The donut apples are really great!!! I also ordered to pick up and they made it easy to grab and go, it came with a box to go underneath so it’s not tipping over in the car.
Well it was delivered to my recipient but not all the items were in the order the delivery person told her that she could request a refund or request a new order since she didnt receive all the items I have been trying to contact them through phone calls they have a recording on the phone and that sends you to a voicemail but it says the voicemail is full so I called the call center of Edible Arrangements and their recording refers you to the store that delivered your item. Online the website does let you fill out a complaint form and said theyll pass it along to the store... so far no response its funny because when I ordered and purchased my package which was $146 there was no problem for them to take my money and pull it out of my bank that very second I will never use this service again very poor customer service Im thinking that the people who go into the store and buy it themselves have better luck but dont order from these people on their website youll never talk to a customer service agent
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! They take forever to deliver! By the time they delivered my birthday order for my husband I’m the celebration was over! No one wants to receive their order late in the evening! Ridiculous! Especially when we live right down the street in the same city! Why would you go all the way to Rosemond first! Never again will I do business with them!!!!!!!
My husband Order an Arrangement for my Birthday it was horrible the chocolate was melted the package it came in was steaming and the fruit looked awful.the balloons were deflated. This is disgusting!!! Sham on you!! We will never order from This place again. Trust the reviews !!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Omg absolutely the worst! I put in an order as soon as they opened giving them 10 hours to do an order for my anniversary, called no answer, day 2 and my order still is not here. I read all the negative comments and I got scared but I also read positive ones so I gave it a shot and never again. I went to the store the guy there was rude he didn’t even acknowledge me at first all he said was to call the store and I did! I called like 10x straight and goes straight to voicemail which you can’t even leave!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! If you say you’ll deliver something the same day you should!
I read lot of negative reviews after I placed my online order and was really worried but the delivery was on time. The customer service I received over the phone was awesome. Big thanks to all the staff and to the delivery driver.
Paid for a Birthday Arrangement delivery. Waited all day Saturday. No delivery was made. Called the store. Pre recorded answering machine kept picking up.
I ordered a package from this company around 9am for a pickup at 4pm on Valentine’s day. I figured that’s enough time for the to make my order. I get there a little past 4pm and they couldn’t even find my name on their orders list. They gave me a sorry excuse that it would take 30 more minutes because the strawberries aren’t ready instead of just admitting that they completely forgot about my order. I’m extremely disappointed as this was my first and last time using this service.Update: 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received my refund. I can’t believe I’m still dealing with this mess.
I placed an order for delivery for my mother for Mothers Day. I live across the country so I wanted to do something nice for her. Unfortunately, they never delievered it to my mom and Ive been calling everyday. Ive been sent to voicemail too many time! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I placed an order on Sunday 05-10-2020, which was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday 05-12-2020. Tuesday came and went and I didn’t receive anything. I understand the delays due to COVID-19 but it’s unacceptable for them to not notice their customers. Some of us have to work and can’t be home all day waiting for them to deliver whenever they want. I made a complaint and someone contacted me Wednesday 05-13-2020 assuring me that my order would be delivered on Friday 05-15-2020 and that it was a guarantee. Friday came and no sign of my delivery. Today I saw that my order was out for delivery so I rushed back from work so I wouldn’t miss my delivery. Nothing, I received a call from the delivery person saying that she could deliver after 9 or tomorrow in the morning. I told her today was fine even if it was after their delivery time because I’m done waiting for this order. Shortly after she called telling me she ran out of gas. Seriously? You can’t put gas and COMPLETE the delivery? Or come up with a better excuse? The customer service is horrible here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They take out the money from your bank within seconds but for delivery or to contact them, they take days. I spent over $100 here just for them to pull some bs like this. Hopefully they go out of business soon. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do since they tend to take people’s money and not complete their orders. Not to mention that their employees are poorly trained. Fix your problems or lose customers. I highly doubt anyone will support you after this. I am not the only one with this issue. Many people didn’t get their orders delivered yet edible seems awfully quiet.Update 05-17-2020: After the delivery person gave me a trashy excuse as to why she couldn’t deliver my order, she assured me my order would be delivered today in the morning (05-17-2020). Well it’s currently 9:24 PM and I have not receive any messages from this company about my delivery. At this point I am done with their bs and issuing a fraud complaint. This is ridiculous. HORRIBLE customer service.
Dont allow someone else to spoil your experience. Edible arrangements was at first hard to reach on the phone but once I got through the staff there was extremely helpful. My order was ready to go in less than two hours of placing it online. Furthermore, they allowed me to setup a specific time as to when the arrangement would be delivered. Understanding and professionalism is hard to come by nowadays, but it could be found here at Palmdales Edible Arrangements. I will definitely be placing another order very soon.
I don’t give any star, the fruits weren’t fresh and I received the wrong balloon, my husband call them to change the balloon but we never received the correct one.
Similar to a previous review, I would leave negative stars if possible. For Valentine’s Day, my fiancé ordered me an arrangement to be delivered and was assured that it would be delivered by the end of the day. Around 5:00 she called again and was assured that it was out for delivery. 3 hours later she called again, and was assured that it was out for delivery and would be here by the end of the day. Nope. She then called again at 10:00pm and was AGAIN told that it was still out for delivery. It was never delivered. I completely understand that Valentine’s Day is an extremely busy time for companies like this, but state that when the customer calls. Don’t tell them it’s out for deliver and never deliver it. This morning I called during business hours and couldn’t get anyone, my fiancé called and was hung up on. I have worked with Edible Arrangements for years all over the country and have never experienced a worse location. This was our first time with this location, and will be the last.
So DISGUSTED!! My order was not complete they didnt dip my strawberries and forgot to bring my Belgium chocolate and on top of that my fruit smells and looks like it rotting!
The person I worked with was very helpful. She went out of her way to fit in a delivery for me at the end of the day. I would definitely use them again.

Never buying from this location again, i placed my order May 4 to have it delivered on Mothers Day (May 10th). I payed extra to have it delivered on that exact date and they never even delivered the gift to my mom, theyre open but no one is picking up the phone so I can ask why it was never delivered.

If there was a way to give negative reviews i would give this store a -4 star Review.As a former employee and customer,This store has horrible management along with incredibly bad service. during my time working there management did not train their employees correctly. Not including that deliveries are not on-time / not even delivered, melted arrangements, incomplete orders and so on.I would suggest you go to the local grocery market and buy your own fruit and make it yourself.Hope this will help people save money and not use this store.thanks.
