Love the atmosphere of the location and the workers. They have wonderful skateboards and quality shoes/ clothes. Ive seen some of their shoes and I love their collaborations. Ive walked in and seen a shoe that was harry potter themed. Workers are friendly and will help out with nay request.

Excellent Customer Service!

Honestly this is not a core skateshop only a select few people here actually skate and know what they are talking about. You could compare this place to a zumiez a more corporate type of store who only wants your money. Bad selection of boards all cheaper mainstream boards. If you want a cheap price point board for 35 dont get it you might as well skate a razortailed board or save up the 65 to get an actual board.

Completely rude and disrespectful staff “Joey” the shop manager cussed when speaking with me plainly and the staff was unprofessional and clearly upset about a question I asked regarding their raffles for the Nike Dunk sneaker releases. I’ve spent thousands of dollars each year for my kids skate gear since when pharmacy was a small skate shop in east Palmdale. Never returning.

If youre trying to buy a shoe not your size they wont sell it to you. whats up with that? because of resellers? what about the people at work getting someone to buy some for them? Absurd

Nice and chill skate shop

The first time I went in was after my teenage son bought a board the day before and the grip tape had already chipped and cracked that morning. The skateboard had never been outside and didnt even have wheels on it.I spoke with a young man about fixing the tape and was advised it happens. Maybe in a few months we can redo the tape. As I was there board still in hand I asked about new wheels. The man advised not to pick something too matchy and handed me the most expensive wheels. I was told they were the best and went well with the board that had just been purchased the day before.My son finally got his new wheels for xmas and tried to out them on. They were too big and rubbing on the bottom of the board. Never once was I told about wheel sizes. Nor was I told about returns. It also does not state anywhere on the receipt that items can not be opened for an exchange or credit. It just states to have original receipt within 30 days.I went in today and was promptly turned denied an exchange due to one wheel being out of the package.I will not be shopping there again.(Did not want to give 1 star but it wont let me post without it)

Employees know what there doing and chill flow

My grandsons introduced me to this particular skateshop, now Ive become a regular. According to my grandson, they will make just about any skateboard custom for you, just be prepared to spend! Sometimes they have great buy 1 get one free sales.

Cool shop I go inside with someone else I really dont shop in there, but the shop is clean, organized and staff is friendly
