The coffee bean is one of the places Ive never been to. I have ways been to Starbucks hut was pleasantly surprised by the quality that coffee bean had. Their drinks were the perfect blend of sweet and coffee. I would highly recommend anyone to come here to try their coffee and to get something different besides Starbucks. They are reliable and quick to serve. They are open during covid and masks are required to enter (this is the rule for when this review was written). Highly recommend anyone to come here.

Drinks were good. Staff in lobby not professional. One of the workers squeezed between myself and my daughter, which was paying at the time, so he could clean the card reader. I am happy they keep things clean, but at least say excuse me.Then whie I picked up my drinks another worker decided to squeeze between me and the wall, again no excuse me. Funny thing she ran into the wall.What happened to manners and good Customer Service?! Refresher Training might be good.

Perfect drink for this summer time.. but I recommend the midnight mocha cookies and cream.. so yummy

A wayyy better alternative to starbucks. first off nO LINE, as well as a more personal experience. i suggest if you like matcha to get their matcha blend w almond milk and an extra scoop of vanilla powder.

Loved the Winter Dream Tea Latte! Just the right blend of honey & cinnamon w/ clove. Everybody else got the Cookies n Cream, coffee based.

We love coffee bean. This one in particular is nice, spacious with outdoor seating too. The low rating is because we were charged for having a croissant heated. Of the several Coffee Beans we visit in LA, Beverly Hills, SF Valley and others, none charge for heating up food bought with coffee. I sure hope this is not the policy of Coffee Bean and one time anamoly.

So far this place has 100% speed of service # 1 on customers service keep it up the excellent attitude congratulations

I thought itd be fun to try out a new (to me) coffee store but the whip cream lacks any real flavor.I also got a tea it has a strong flavor so thats great. It leaves a strong fizzy flavor in my tongue which I enjoyed.I got a mocha latte and all I can say about that is that its just there. It doesnt make you want to grab another sip. Its really not great I drank half of it and put the other half where it belongs.The service was bland and nothing remarkable either it was okay.Honestly 2 stars is a lot Id compare this to McDonalds quality coffee every water down and wont wake you up.

Jose Aquila is the best barista. He is so sweet with me and my family always. He is the only one who make my coffee right at this Coffee Bean.

Super slow service! Waited in line with 2 people ahead of me for over 15 min. 2 girls besides cashier working and couldnt help the cashier by moving things along? Thats bad customer service.They also stopped carrying my favorite drink, the Black Forest. No need to come back here based on both of those crucial reasons.

I am not a coffee or tea drinker, but the hot vanilla is what keeps me coming back every time the weather turns cold.Hot vanilla is what is sounds like, a warm vanilla flavored beverage that is sweet and creamy.Beyond the hot vanilla, the staff here are friendly and accurate in completing orders. The facilities are cozy, well kept and clean.

Ive been here several times before, but have NEVER experience such a RUDE cashier. We were originally going to Starbucks but decided to come here instead. We needed help getting the equivalency of the drinks we were supposed to order and the cashier gave us the worst attitude. Absolutely no patience. I left feeling like we should have gone to Starbucks instead. Sadly, Ill probably visit Starbucks 10 times to wash away this negative experience before revisiting a Coffee Bean

Good coffee shop, I have always experienced superb customer service and I prefer their basic lattes over the big name competition. They use powders in their flavored drinks which seems a bit odd, but honestly I dont notice a difference in flavor. If they make a drink wrong they will not only fix the mistake but give you a five dollar gift card.

As i was walking in, a customer told me she forgot her mask as my fiancé was running back to the car to get our masks. i walk in and a rude hispanic lady screamed you need a mask to come in, get out now. i could hear the nervousness in her voice like she was waiting to yell at me as i was talking to the other customer whom didn’t have a mask, was served and walked out with her coffee. This customer verbally expressed to my fiancé and I she forgot her mask too. I explained that my fiancé was grabbing our masks from the car, but i felt like she discriminated against us because we are different ethnicity? I don’t understand why she served the other customer without a mask but the moment I step into the store she screamed at me to get out? Put it this way, i decided to go to starbucks even though i prefer coffee bean and I will not return to this location while i’m visiting in California. You just lost my business and I will tell everyone about my experience. Discrimination is NOT okay.

Coffee Bean is the only place I buy coffee. I even buy their powder so I can make my own at home. This is a great location with a great staff base. The store manager is awesome and he takes great pride in his store. Highly recommend

I went to Coffee bean for the first time over the weekend. The girls were very cheerful and provided the best service. I did not know what to order, they really took the time to suggest different options. I was not rushed, as I am use to being at Starbucks.The drink turned out to be perfection!Only negative- I should have ordered a large 😆

Beautiful grounds for a cafe! This is a great place to meet with friends or to get some work done. There are seating options both inside and outside. Drinks are only $3 and parking is plentiful.

Nice place to have good coffee. They serve coffee in actual ceramic cups versus the plastic cups that you get from Starbucks. The only thing is that doesnt have enough space for people to sit inside. Store only can seat 10 people perhaps. You can also sit outside. It is a little cramped. The furniture is little out dated inside.

Drinks were wonderful. Both cold brews. Came by after 4:30pm. Parking a bit difficult. Other neighboring stores all share the same plaza. Store was clean and inviting. Just an issue with the Bogo at the store. Barista fixed the issue, (which is great) but didnt give satisfactory answer. (Just curious, I thanked the Barista). Other than that, very happy.

This was probably the best “froufrou” coffee I’ve had in a while. If there was one closer to Lancaster I would 100% switch from Starbucks. I recommend that new cookies and cream dark chocolate coffee!

Favorite chain coffee place. Good drinks that are not overly sweet and are made with care. Have had a few run-ins with if-y service, but for the most part a really enjoyable place to go for a caffeine fix.

Will never go here again! I have been a loyal customer for years! Today I go in and these 2 punks tell me they cant serve me cause Im wearing a shield not a mask that they want. I told them Ive worn this in here plenty of times they told me get out they will not serve me. I havw a medical condition that doesnt allow me to wear a mask so I wear a shield. This is discrimination against someone with a medical condition. The mobile ordering was disabled so I couldnt even place me order like I always do on it. It is illegal to discriminate against someones medical conditions. This place has always has the worst customer service i will never go back and will be on the phone with corporate asap!

Coffee was nice but we like to sit outside and they only have two umbrellas and one was broken . It would be nice if they could purchase more .

Ive gone to Coffee bean off and on ever since I moved here 8 years ago. When I first started going the barista were pleasant and there was one in particular who always had something nice to say and was very accomodating and thorough at her job.Over the years Ive noticed a decline in the quality of customer services and I havent seen the nice barista mentioned above for a while. There are a few baristas; one in particular, who always has a scowl on her face and acts like shes doing the customer a great favor. She is very resentful if a customer needs a special order like I always do as I cannot have sugar or dairy due to health conditions.Ive stayed away for months before due to this rudeness. Today, for the first time in a while I decided to give them a try again. I was in a good mood when I first went there but left feeling really rotten. There was a newer barrista who was okay at first even though I was the more friendly one in manner. She acted snide when I couldnt recall the name of something. The other rude barista was her usual cantakerous self.Needless to say I will be avoiding going back there once again for a while hoping that the place straightens out its act. Their tea is fine but my order has been wrong several times. I usually dont say anything because I hate for anything to be wasted. I had to one time because I was given a sweetened tea when I asked for a plain hot Earl Grey. The nice barrister was working there at the time and she was very sweet and apologetic, even asking me if it was okay when they remade it.Otherwise, they are all apparenlty too busy socializing among themselves to care about good customer service. Im surprised they dont get more bad reviews than they do but I see several that complain of basically the same thing I am. I get the impression that no one is overseeing the place for quality of customer service and production.

Very clean and busy in the mornings.. any given morning there is a quick rush and followed by a mad rush to the door... hit and miss when you will have to wait for your drink..

I cannot recall the Baristas name but he made you feel like a regular. Smiled at you, joked around with you, and provided his honest opinion regarding the drinks on the menu. It wasnt too crowded around 11 am and theres plenty of seating inside and out.

Delicious coffee. The ice blended black forest is my favorite. Friendly baristas. Store is always clean.
