Absolutely horrible experience at this Rite Aid. We scheduled a vaccination appointment for our son for 7:28pm. We arrived at 7:15pm and had to wait until 9:30pm to get vaccinated. They are horrible inefficient and thoroughly lacking in customer service and pleasantries. Then they had the nerve to remind us to come back in three weeks for his second shot. Yeah right. That place would never see us again. Hopefully, by then our local Rite Aid will have the Pfizer vaccine. Nice store, well stocked, extremely horrible staff. Stay away. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Pharmacy personnel are very rude if they dont like dealing with ppl dont work as a customer services.

Wouldve loved to say,hey wow go to thriftys, childhood memories,so awesome...but they dont educate their staff on peanut etc allergies OR label it and my daughter with a peanut allergy just got a flavor specifically explained to have NO nuts whatsoever, and it is loaded with nuts!(chocolate brownie) very negligent and dangerous

If i could put zero i would this place is a complete waste of time. Staff inconciderate to the way the western union system works instead of communicating to a line of people they r broke and have no money to give out instead they wait till u call wait in line and 20 minutes just for them to say they have no money for it. Simply put un professional un trained and not helpful. Waste of energy.

Terrible service from an employee who said her name was Julie... I bought ice cream for my children and did not expect to be treated with such disrespect. I understand employees are not always gonna smile but I do expect them to treat me with respect. She was very rude and unprofessional, management should be aware of how employees like these drive customers away. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I am a new customer to Rite Aid. My old pharmacy did not follow my physicians order, but tried to give me the wrong medicine and I refused. I came to Rite Aid, this pharmacist and the crews are awesome, he/she worked with my sons physician and the insurance company and I finally got the right medicine. Awesome customer service and I like that!!!.

Customer service was terrible at pharmacy pick up, rude young lady.

I grew up going here I love their Thrifty Ice cream and the service is low but they never fail to give out the best deals

The people at this rite aid is really nice, and its a wonderful place. People at the meds counter go as fast as they can, the cashiers, go as fast as they can, wonderful customer service. cxx

BAD BAD BAD service! I will never go back to this location ever again! I waited in line twice 2 employees saw me standing there and nothing... I didnt get help until I said forget this Im leaving then a lady said hello mam. After she saw me both times standing waiting for someone to help me pay for my items.

I shop there everyday. The ladies at the front counter always say hello and some ask about my family. Every once in a while they have a new person and thats were I have to complain. More training needs to be had before they just throw them in front of people.

Worst pharmacy in Palmdale a lot of discrimination and stereo typical employees. The uneducated Staff should be evaluated on their communication skills with patients because they speak to you In an unpolite manner like if they are the only pharmacy around.

Western union was down, the staff let me do the whole thing on my cellphone, helped me out alot. Good folks
