STAY AWAY! There are plenty of shops that would be happy to have your business. Why risk Threaded Merch stealing your money and wasting your time like they did me? Some people may have had a good experience, but look at the recent reviews and youll see plenty of others like me. I wish I had before placing my order and losing hundred of dollars. Why take the chance when there are so many good, honest shops you could use instead? Story below with screenshots of my communications to show how patient and understanding I tried to be.Placed an order more than two months ago. They took my payment immediately, but then I didnt hear from them for weeks. Finally after several emails I got a reply asking for more time. I agreed, but again heard nothing for several more weeks. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused to fulfill the order or refund my money, instead suggesting I dispute the now two-month old charge with my credit card company. As someone who runs multiple businesses, I know it would only take them maybe 30 seconds to refund my payment. Instead, they want me to file a claim with my credit card company which will take 30-90 days to resolve and likely end with a recommendation to take them to small claims court as the charge wasnt actually fraudulent, just regular theft and a civil matter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!UPDATE: Finally heard back from the owner. He again refused to offer a refund and was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. He again demanded I challenge the charge with my credit card company. Attached is a picture of his last reply where he blames me for the time delay, despite the fact that I literally gave him two full months to fulfill my order because he said they were having challenges due to COVID. So in trying to be kind and understanding, I have apparently wasted time and potentially lost my opportunity to get my money back even through my credit card. But Im assuming this may be part of their business model. Play off of peoples kindness in giving them more time to fill and order, and pushing it back past the point of dispute, effectively stealing their money without providing the purchased goods. By the way, try to call their phone number. $5 says their voicemail is full from similar complaints to mine.

Everything was really great – my team loves the custom tshirts, which went a long way toward boosting morale. I’ll definitely look forward to working with you again when we have more need for printing!

Emailed to place an order, they were very prompt to respond. Paid for my $1000+ order and was told it would be 2.5-3 weeks. I emailed and called to try to check in on the order and see its status. No matter how many times I called, I never got an answer. I sent multiple emails and finally they told me my order was delayed but it would be ready by a certain date, still didnt hear anything on that date. Called and emailed, nothing. I even drove to the shop to try and pick it up since they said it would be done. It was locked up with a sign saying to call for pick-ups. Same phone number that nobody ever answered. I emailed them saying that I wanted to pick up my order that day or wanted a refund. Within MINUTES they emailed back saying my order was delayed again. They said I could wait another week and a half and it would be ready. I asked for the refund at that point.Honestly, more upset with the lack of communication than the unfulfilled order. I would have been a lot more understanding if they would have communicated the delays and just picked up their phone. I love supporting local businesses but I dont think this is it.

We recently ordered 200 Custom T-Shirts for our workers & they did a Excellent job. The Turnaround was Fast, the Price was very Reasonable, every tshirt was packed neatly in these clear poli-bags, and where organized by size, made it real easy for us to hand them out to our Team. During a time when every Print Shop has dropped the ball due to shortages, Im so glad they came through. The owner is pleasant to deal with. It is a good place to give your business too.

I’m very confused about this business, I had a great experience meeting Raul I placed my order paid and after that no word but he did say he would be reaching out Sept 3rd….after numerous attempts to email and call no response. I finally sent email asking to provide order or refund the money. I referred this business and then they told me there not open. I’m just going give up now and try get my money back. I gave it a 2 star cause he gave me great idea and too bad I can’t use this company Good thing I just did min order I was willing pay a few more thousand for more items but good thing I did not

Best Company Ever!!! I Had T-shirts that I needed printed after another company failed to tell me that their Machines had BROKEN DOWN!!! and couldnt finish the project on time. I saw videos of this company on Instagram, scheduled and appointment with Raul, the whole process was Smooth!!! Cant thank them enough for the coming through on a last minute order!! You Earned my Business! Check them out!!

A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!Now after him saying he couldnt fulfill my order and that he would refund me. (SEE BELOW) He lies to my bank stating I received my order one week after I paid and then proceeded to FORGE my signature. The lowest of the low. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. He hides behind God bless and blessings, but hes nothing but a demon. 10/12/2021 update. Good thing I keep all receipts and emails.Raul had my order for over 30 days and realized my project is too challenging. And because I expressed my disappointment of lack of communication, he allowed his ego to get in the way and lies to and gives my husband a handshake and says my order will be completed today at 330PM. Knowing we have customers and orders to fulfill, we get an email approximately 3 hours before the deadline saying they are not a good fit and will be refunding my order. Hes a fast talker. Even his worker Edgar said that I had to be careful because the people in this industry are just as crooked as used car salesmen,I wonder who he was referring to? BEWARE!!! Hes good at smiling and lying in your face.

Needed to make some t shirts for a recent funeral, called around and got alot of different high quotes. This place has reasonable pricing and a huge selection of garments to choose from. They helped me with our design for our t shirts. The quality is fantastic, and they are vey friendly. Thank you for making it happen.

I keep trying to get in contact with this company and they do not answer calls or emails so idk why they put contact information.Nothing personal just want to work with a company that actually wants to work?

They do exceptional work that I can rely on. Screen printing on their shirts is bright, clear and have proven time after time they to hold up perfectly under tough working conditions with weekly machine washes. The customer service team I have talked with are very pleasant and helpful. Ive tried other screen printers but from my experiences Threaded Merch is the best I have dealt with. If they don’t offer something inhouse they will send you to who ever can do it the best. I don’t know any other company with that much transparency and confidence to do that. I always come back to them, Trust worthy!

Its the people on this team that make Threaded Merch our go-to for new company shirts and hats each year. The design work and customer service is excellent! Not only did they make me another awesome new logo, they made it work for embroidery, vinyl, web and social media as well- called me right away when there was an issue and still processed the order in time! If there was zero stars I would give it. Put in an order a month ago with promises that it would be ready in 3 weeks. Then a delay and another delay with promises of an update. 4 days of calling and emails with no contact since promise day of update and still no word. Drove out to the shop during working hours and the place is locked up. Unprofessional is an understatement.Update. After a credit card dispute has been successful back in August, charges for the same amount are on my credit card. Looks like its time to cancel my credit cards after I put in another dispute. What a nightmare.

Really great design work, personal coaching from the owner, and the quality of the shirts they offer are high quality!! Best value too! They do have a 24 piece minimum, so If you just want one or two shirts, they probably not for you, but it you are starting a clothing line, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! Great service overall. Raul is The Man!! So patient, Great energy, very passionate! Designed and printed up exactly what we were looking for. He also had them done in a very timely manner, which was amazing cause we ordered 1200 units, and they where all folded and polybagged in time for the event. I would highly recommend them, their quality is great and the overall service is amazing.

I just want to give the Threaded Merch guys a big thank you! You guys always come through. I know covid has effected your industry a bit, and you guys still pushed through and helped me get my 300 screen printed company t shirts out. A few days later, but thats ok. You guys always come through, the time before that, I had them rush me like 150 shirts to San Diego for a last minute event. I really appreciate how nice they where packed, folded by these clear packs and each shirt was labeled by size. It makes it so much easier for us instead of how some of the other local printers just throw them in a box all mixed up, I can tell you guys care about the product. I recommend you get the Next Level shirts, we ordered those and everyone loves them. Really soft not tight fitting like the american apparel.The owner is really passionate, alot of energy, I think he guzzles red bulls or coffee, cause he is animated, but really helpful, the guy can talk. LOL If you ever get a chance, schedule an appointment with this guy, he is always super busy, so an appointment is the best way to get him. He will fill you up with knowledge on screen printing, selling your merch and the many types of printing he offers and has a show room full of beautiful samples. He even gave me a list of other vendor that could help me other services he doesnt offer. Most guys would lie and broker it, so I respect the transparency sending me direct. I felt some shirts that he called Hybrid dtg t shirts, not sure if thats the correct term, but the shirts where really soft, and full of colors. I think we might swing those next time! Keep up the great work guys! I will be back again for my third batch!

I absolutely love Threaded Merch! All of our company and fundraiser shirts are made here and the quality of their screen printed t shirts are the best! We resale alot of merch on shopify and Raul is super helpful in directing us in how to get it done for ecommerce. Very friendly and positive. Best company we have dealt with! The girl and the guy who work in the front took really good care of us! Very polite and very friendly! The shirts look great and the neatly folded every shirt and put each one in a clear bag with a sizing sticker! Very professional!

Raul is amazing. If you are looking for a long term client and customer relationship it is Raul who you should go to. He takes care of our needs and ensures that our expectations are met. He is very ethical and cares more about the customer and what he can do to make them happy. We love working with Raul and his team! He works hard to build a relationship to clients and its pretty sure why people keep coming back here apart from the best service this company provides. Every time I walk in he is always taking his time giving free marketing and branding advice to another customer, and I like to listen in. Of course, you reply with more lies. The original order was supposed to be done on 7/23/21. You said you needed more time and my order would be done on Wednesday, Aug. 11th. I and my customers patiently waited. When I attempted to pick up my order on the 11th, the building was locked up during business hours. I waited outside to compose an email (because at this point I had trusted your word) and you pulled up in the back and thats when I asked what was going on and you blah, blah, blah, excuse after excuse. SO I ASKED WHEN WILL THEY BE READY AND YOU SAID FRIDAY, AUGUST 13th. When I was walking away I said they better be dope and thats when you asked for even more time. A refund wasnt discussed until I sent you an email to follow-up with what had taken place and when I brought my husband to your place of business for some clarity. Bottom line, you said you were the best and could do the job. You FAILED MISERABLY. You knew what my project was when I paid you and emailed my logos on 7/6/2021. SO NO EXCUSES. You forced your hybrid DTG upon me when I specifically asked for DTG, you failed at your own process...hmmmm. ..I..

As a 1st time customer and a natural skeptic I was exactly that, skeptic. What was very refreshing and satisfying was that the printing was exactly as I expected it to be, just as I designed it! The quality of the shirt was top notch. The design/short has already received much attention and it was not long before I placed a second order. Time will tell how durable the screening is, but after a sweaty work out and 2 lengthy washings on the heavy duty cycle in the washing machine everything looks good! The shorts shrunk a little bit, but that is to be expected with 100% cotton. I also was very impressed with the depth of selection of brands, styles, art work available and blend of materials offered, these guys are legit! I am working on my 3rd order right now! I was googling up Tagless Labels and Neck Labels then stumbled upon Threaded Merch. These guys helped me design my labels, printed up my shirts, they bagged them and packed them in these clear bags with the size sticker on them. Perfect print job! The tagless labels look so clean and make it a real brand for us!

I wish I could give 10 even 20 stars for this shop. This place is the top of the tops when it comes to design, professionalism, customer service and more! Alot of shops I spoken with are so short, rude and give you hurry up and buy attitude. Threadedmerch is so different. I got a cool chill vibe from them the moment i walked in the door. Like visiting a friend, and they took really good care of me! Great conversation too! The merch looks really good! You guys ARE the Best in the AV, not like those other guys.

The focus on actual “threaded merch”….like if your trying to start a clothing brand, any apparel, they got it! I’ll start off by saying no more, this is my favorite one stop & shop business. I had a last minute gallery event to attend and needed some shirts screen printed on the fly. Luckily a friend told me about this place in Palmdale of all places. Who would have known this gem is hidden here. I will say, I walked in, passed under the big blue threaded merch sign over the door, with the metal bell chyme greeting me as I opened the door, and felt welcomed for once, friendliest of staff.I didnt feel rushed to get an order in and get out. Such an anxiety relief! They actually sat down with me and addressed my concerns. Got help on my art files since they needed a bit of a facelift in my opinion. I needed it sooner than I had thought and fortunately it wasnt an issue or problem with them at all. My order was completed on time and it honestly came out beautifully done. Ill be proud to show these shirts off at my event. Im glad my friend recommended them. In my opinion great place, Ill be back and Ill make sure to let my community of artistic friends and designers know to come and do their merchandise here as well! Im following you guys on IG as well! Threaded Merch is really good! They produce really quality prints. We like use them for our business and you will always find some great value on their custom merch packages. You will find the best deals on their Instagram account, some deal you dont find on their website.

I called around before finding this shop and no one was as helpful or nice as Raul. After working with him I wouldnt order from anywhere else. He made the whole process easy and smooth, its nice to know there are people like him out there.Im assuming after working with him the other people who work there are great as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again. So friendly and positive even gave me alot of free great marketing advice that actually came in handy!Update:I ordered the 777 deal, 25 tanks, 25 t shirts, and 25 trucker caps for $777 dollars, super nice deal, not those itchie cheap shirts, really I think they are Nextlevel brand. I’ve been using Threaded Merch for years. Highly recommend them! During the covid quaranteen this shop still took care of us when everyone else dropped the ball and shut down with our orders on hold. You can tell the owner really cares about his customers, alot of passion in his voice when he speaks and never shys away from teaching you something and educating you on the clothing industry. I always feel like I get alot of value besides just buying merch, I feel like I am getting a 1 on 1 coach with every visit! Thank you Raul, and team!

Honestly one of the worst experiences with a company. Raul the owner posts on Instagram and Facebook multiple times a week, and failed to deliver my masks within 60 days and just didn’t respond. I called 100 times, and emailed 10 times. They just ignored my calls, and when they did pickup, Raul was not available and avoided me. When I kept calling he said the order was accidentally sent to another client, and they would reship it. I asked for a refund, and he said he refunded the order and it never showed up. Go with someone else who is reliable and cares about their customers. AVOID THREADED MERCH!! Look at the other reviews that Raul never filled and took their money. Shady, and over priced. Multiple people never received their orders!! One person spent $2500 and never received their order. BAD BUSINESSUPDATE: after leaving this review Raul contacted me and didn’t assume responsibility for the order never being delivered. I think the important detail to take away here is the fact the Raul will take your money and just not deliver the product. Assume responsibility !!!!! I am trying to leave as many details here because If your thinking about ordering with Threaded Merch, look elsewhere.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. DO NOT order anything from them. I placed an order in July for $2500 and still have not received my products. They do not answer any of my calls, emails or text messages. I’ve reached out on nearly every social media platform and all they do is ignore me. Complete fraud company with poor customer service. Don’t waste your money. *UPDATE you failed to send my other designs. I ordered 6 designs total and i am still waiting on the other two. And your shipping confirmation only proves this because the total weight of the box would be about 40LBS and not 34.70 LBS . PLEASE SEND THE REST OF MY ITEMS.

I dont any other print shop that takes so much time to talk with their customers and go the extra mile to help us succeed! They print our merch items, guide us, ask a million questions to get to know us better. I was amazed the last time I picked up my order, they took the time to do a professional shoot with our merch shirts, to post and tag us on Instagram and emailed us the images cleaned up so we can use them on our shopify store and social media marketing! AT NO EXTRA COST & I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR IT! They just did it to help us grow! Very impressive! Like the owner told me, The relationships are more important than the money! I see why they are successful! They give more than they take! Very rare indeed!
