Awesome completed job. The repairman was very competent and explained some things I could do to save the springs on my garage door.

I made an appointment for Friday 3/26 from 2:00 to 5:30 pm. No show!! Waited till 6:00pm and then called AHS. Was told the appointment was cancelled. I was was never Called nor emailed about the cancellation. I never canceled the appointment and waited 4 hours for nothing. Another company came out on Saturday at 1:30pm and replaced the sensors in 10 minutes. I want my money back!! Would never use these people and would not refer them to anyone.

AC garage Doors technician Garrett was kind, courteous, on time and knowledgeable.........give that man a raise!

They charged me an additional service fee after paying through home warranty. I was reimbursed for home warranty’s fees by home warranty; they did not answer calls from the home warranty.Next, I paid the day they came out to assess my garage. I was guaranteed parts would arrive and scheduled for installation within two weeks.It has been nearly five weeks and they have done nothing.When I called through the weeks, they told me they would call back and did not do it.Today, a manager called me and reimbursed me.

The staffing is amazing and super respectful! The pricing is amazing and they did an amazing job fixing the garage door ! I highly recommend them to my close friends and family !

Do not buy from them. Very unprofessional company. They no nothing of customer service. I bought my garage door..paid...over 6 weeks ago. They sent a person to take measurements 6 weeks ago. 6 weeks later...not 1 call. Unhappily we called them....they say oh um were trying to figure out how to put it in around the inside door. It does not take 6 weeks to figure out...or make a door.!!! These people were probably screwing off. After we called then they said theyd send someone out. Oh and it still going to take another 2 weeks before its installed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. use a reputable company. I will yell all people even at homedepot to stay away from them!

Came 3 days after our garage collapsed..showed up saying they didn’t have the tools to fix it and now won’t come for another 5 days. My garage remained open during this whole period. Will never recommend. Unprofessional and dishonest company.

AC garage door company one of the worst company I ever work with them they hire unprofessional people they don’t know how to deal with customer, I was waiting for him from 9 am to 5 pm and after all day waiting for him he refused to change the door opener for me even after I told him there’s a noise coming from the opener and another company confirmed that it has to be changed as its a fire hazard, since I have a home warranty they have to change it for you,he keep refuse to listen to me when I ask him to let me talk to his manager he act like he didn’t like my way talking to him then he left without any respect.
