I had to share my wonderful experience with Palmdale Glass & Mirror. I needed an upper window replaced. I had heard good things about them and they came out and I was immediately impressed. My dogs got some loving and I got a beautiful new window. I highly recommend them.

I am SO happy I came across Palmdale Glass! They have been amazing from the moment I used them for my home that I started telling all my clients and colleagues about them! I am beyond impressed with the quality of work they provide. I am a Realtor and I have referred many of my clients to them and have never been disappointed by them! There service is EXCEPTIONAL, and I can say this from experience.Most recently, one of my clients bought a home last year that needed window replacement throughout the entire house. They were moving from out of state, during the pandemic, with two kids and one on the way. Needed to replace a piece of a window was super easy. Nice friendly staff and a great experience. Never knew it was so going to be do easy. I definitely recommend this place for your glass needs.

Great customer service. My husband and I came to the store looking for shower doors and we ordered (2) shower doors after Sarah helped us to choose the glasses with great design so we chose the Bamboo tempered glass for our master bathroom and Glue chip tempered glass for the second room. They came out beautifully and great quality after finishing the installation. Thank you so much to Eric Heino (Shower Door professional) and Mike (Shower Door Installer team) so we can have beautiful shower doors in our home. The company has excellent staffs, and professional team. My husband and I are so happy to chose this company.It’s the Best company if you need shower doors or doors for your home. Appropriate prices with high quality works!!!

They accomplished the task in a little over 10 day. so I give them two stars for that, the quality of the work is a little short. They did not even bother to clean up the parts before installing the glass or checking to make sure there was no loose parts, which there is. dont get ;me wrong they did the work, I just expected more from them for the price we paid. $$$$

Ordered a shower enclosure for a customer that originally took about a month to receive which was fine. Once the enclosure arrived it was the wrong size but this was not known until the existing enclosure was removed. So now customer had to wait a additional 2 weeks for correct enclosure to arrive and the customer had no use of the shower in that time. I had to of course compensate the customer for the inconvenience out of my own pocket and as the contractor this was very embarrassing. If it wasnt for the installers doing a good job this probably would have been a 1 star review.

The reps Brian Thomas and his companion they sent not only came on time this morning but did an excellent job. The front girls Sara and Sherry are courteous and helpful. I’m impressed with the service and quality of work they provide. Highly recommended!

My sweet 90year old aunt was in the fire zone and needed her windows done the worker shows up no helper says less work same price missunderstanding she wants to know why worker raises his voice to her being rude she says ok just do the job he gets in his truck burns out down the whole road without saying he wasnt doing the job we call the office and get hung up on maybe there having a bad day but things he said to my aunt are unexceptable very unprofessional

I highly recommend Palmdale Glass & Mirror Co. The office staff is very friendly, and Brian and Michael did a superb job in replacing the worn rollers on our sliding glass door. It opens and closes like a dream, making it seem like a brand new door! They completed the work in a short period of time, and the added plus is that they are genuinely nice people. So glad we went with this company.

Windows installed look very nice. Windows have kept us nice and warm indoors this winter. Had a few bumps, but owner fixed. Brian was the best employee I experienced throughout our install.

Fast service I think the price for my windows was decent

I have used Palmdale Glass for over 20 years. As a general contractor, I need a company that consistently does great work at a reasonable price. The owner, Hal. takes time with my customers to explain what they will get and then usually exceeds their expectations. I have purchased. windows, shower enclosures, mirrors and commercial glazing from Palmdale Glass and will continue to do so.

Had Palmdale Glass install a frameless shower door and a Milgard patio door. Everything went as expected, on time and all. I’m really enjoying our new master bath, our shower looks amazing. Our new Milgard door works and looks great, no more leaky door! Overall, a 100% job.

Sadly Harold the estimator is pretty arrogant. The installers were the best though. We wont go with them again due to Harolds attitude.

Brian just left (7-24-2020) from installing my broken window on the side of the house, he was very friendly and gave me some tips, (I’m working on my RV), and only took about 20 minutes to do the job.

More expensive but fast service.
