Went to the driving range with a few friends and then again with my little nephew. It is a beautiful course it looks like, I havent had a chance to play on it yet. I know the driving range is very nice. It was hot but enjoyable. Very friendly staff and easy to get to and find, slso not to expensive either. Very pleasant place to go and try to improve your golf swing. I highly recommend this place if you like golfing. I hope this helped have a great day.

Nice course for the money. Liked the layout and use of desert landscape. Fairways were in good shape considering the time of year (late July). Greens were well manicured and firm. 1st fairway can be difficult to find your ball if you short drive it because of all the range balls in the fairway. Hole 10 is deceivingly short and a drivable green. With a bit of wind to your back, you can easily hit from the blues into the group in front chipping on the green. If youre a long ball hitter, you definately want to wait until the group is on the green and possibly even off.Overall a nice course that is very playable.

Decent course. Unbelievably expensive considering you can play at far nicer PGA level club courses for as little as $13 (Ventura Municipal). Heck its only $42 for early bird to play full +7,000 yds at the Rose Bowl. I would love to play here more, but I just cant justify overpaying in the desert when I can drive 30 minutes and play nicer course for half the cost. Please adjust your rates to reflect the market.

The grounds were very nice. The reception room was okay. It was big enough. I just didnt care for the artificial flowers. The food was just okay...

Played here twice in super windy conditions. But I love this golf course. I wish it was closer to me but the 45-60 minute drive from North Hollywood is well worth it. Greens are nice and roll very true. I need to come back when the winds aren’t howling. It would be nice to see what I can score in a bit easier conditions. Definitely one of my favorite courses in the greater Los Angeles area. Highly recommend this place.

Pretty nice and modetatly difficult golf course. Well kept and pleasant experience. A very good time can better had at the 19th hole. American food with great service for sure. This time around, Wendy took great care of my group at the restaurant. Good times!

Great golf course with fair prices. Fairways and greens are kept in good condition, the course is challenging but still not too difficult. Food is delicious as well!

The course is wonderful. For mood November, its in great shape, especially for a public course. The fairways are wide enough for the average golfer and the variety of hole layouts lead to an enjoyable day. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the rates are reasonable. I look forward to coming back soon.

If you are looking for a great place to golf then you have to try Rancho Vista! The golf course is always in great shape especially the greens. Darren and the staff are amazing, always looking to help accommodate you. Always a great experience!

Nice course, but a bit pricey.

Went on Jan 1st and this course exceeded all expectations I had for a Palmdale course. It was in great condition for being the middle of winter in the desert, easy to tell the tee boxes were maintained regularly, fairways had most of the divots filled, and the greens played just right- not too slow not too fast. Pace of play was just a little slow but pretty much what you’d expect on a busy day. Still teed off on time and made good time through 18. Happy I got to play my first round of 2021 at rancho vista.

Nice course, just seems like they shud have a 9 hole package rather than only 18 as some of us cant do 18 but have to pay for 18 even if we only play 9??? Further, cant we have the option of just one cart for twosomes rather than paying for two we dont need?

Beautiful course...in great shape! It was 100° today and NO cold water anywhere!!! Yeah, I get it because of the Corona...but, for the money..put some ice cold water on the carts? Also, they want you to buy food and drinks on the patio, but not even a table/chairs for us to eat at? 6 feet apart? Come on now!.

Always have a good time here. The staff is helpful and the course is well maintained and challenging.

Beautiful day on the course.

Ive been the DJ for about a dozen weddings and private parties at this venue.......a large ballroom can be sized down into 3 small meeting rooms, depending on the size of your group. The outdoor gazebo for ceremonies is located just outside, and a their spacious bridal room is perfect for the bride and her wedding party to dress and prepare. Banquet manager Kelly is VERY helpful........

Tuesday is Ladies Day - $27 for golf with a cart. The course is in good shape. The rough is a bit thick which can cause you to spend too much time ball hunting. Food in the restaurant is quite good.

Great way to get outside while maintaining social distancing. Beautiful day, course is in GREAT SHAPE. Kudos to RV staff!!

I was there for a wedding. I heard the golf course is great to play on. I have been here before for events and the food was not very good. I was told there is new management so the food is better. It was not. Maybe in the restaurant it is good but to serve a hundred it becomes a struggle. The staff was great and service was very well.

Awesome Golf Course - Palm Desert Style Golf Course about 1 hr from LAs West Side

Food in restaurant for rehearsal dinner was good. Staff couldnt get our group served at the same time. Some where almost done eating before others got their food. Came back next day for a wedding. Food was good, service okay but room was HOT. Entertainment, Rat Pack Ricky was fantastic!

I went to Rancho Vista for the first time on June 29th, 2020. I was a walk-on and jumped right on the course at 2pm! I teeed off as a single and breezed through the course until I caught up to a couple making their way through on the 12th hole. Yes, there is no water, and things are different in response to COVID-19, but learn to adapt people! I have no complaints considering courses out in the San Fernando Valley area are always packed and do not accept walk-ons. Ill be back for more!

Interesting crowd hangs out here. I think clicky is the word. Not friendly to outsiders but the food is pretty good.

Sunday brunch is decent. Food is good. Atmosphere is nice with the pond and ducks to watch.

Golf was great dispite winds, ordered the 6 person bbq for $67 bur was a total flop. Ribs and brisket way over cooked, chicken was barely fare, bbq bean sucked. Only thing good might have been corn bread because of the honey butter and potatoe salad. No one wanted extras, not worth that orice

Food is usually great unless they are very busy usually tuesday and Friday nights. Always understaffed, only like 3 -5 people working when its completely packed with people and even on days there are events. They pay more attention tending to the event in the ballroom than the restaurant side. Takes forever to get someone to take your order, and once you order it takes an hr or more sometimes to get your food and drink. Orders have been wrong and plenty of times they have forgotten about customer orders all together and never received their food or drink. Spoke to the owner and he was very rude and no help at all. Used to love this place but would no longer recommend this to others.

We attended a 50th Anniversary and it was wonderful. Great service, beautiful scenery, the Chile rellenos were yummy. I strongly recommend this place for any SPECIAL celebration.

The staff has never been an issue, it’s the fact they have one person during happy hour taking orders for everyone. This place has gone down hill in the last year. I’ve had plenty of issues with the place and after seeing all the good servers leave, I don’t think I’m going to come back anymore. I’ve come to the restaurant for almost every weekend for a year because the food is amazing but no longer worth the wait times due to the lack of staff.

Dropped in here on a Friday night. A rock group was playing on the patio. The place had a nice comfortable feel. It was an eclectic crowd but mainly young. The sunset and waterfall was great as was the comfort food. The service could dial it up a half a notch or so. I would visit this place again.

Beautiful place for a wedding. I have been to several here, and they were all spectacular. Great location, plenty of parking, and decent price for a venue. The food is good and they will even do vegan options.

Best course in the area, well maintained for a public course. You can get around pretty quick, usually tee times/golfers not stacked too tight. All ways friendly, courteous people out on the course.

Great food and beautiful setting

If you want to enjoy a disgusting version of a BLTA, (bacon lettuce tomato avocado), then you found it. Instead of bacon they use pork belly which was about half an inch thick and mostly undercooked fat, almost threw up at the table. Then that is placed on some sort of sweet stale bread with wilted lettuce unripe tomatoes and avocados so thin you could almost see through it. Absolutely hands down the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life. Will never go there to eat food again! As if thats not enough I think they had one waitress working the entire floor. The girl was very nice but nobody had things delivered to the table and a timely fashion we had to repeatedly ask for things and it was simply because she was absolutely overwhelmed. Extremely poor management and quality control. And you want me to have a wedding there... Yeah right...NEVER!

Played this golf course for many years. It is well managed and maintained. Reasonable rates. Only negative is infrequent winds.

We love to go there every Mothers day, they have thee best brunch in the AV for Mothers day, we love how beautiful the waterfall scenery is and always take a family photo in front of it ..Also the best Golf Course in the Antelope Valley.

The Bar manger MARK and one of the waittress named Nicole are so rude. they charge their customers double because they know they are already drunk.

The Sunday brunch has gone down hill. Food sucks. Service was ok. They really need to add more items to the brunch. The clams and muscles were dry. Major improvement needed
