TERRIBLE everything is over priced you cant even get a good deal. The employees are also rude. The prices on ebay are better and you can shop from home. Looking for anything at a decent price dont bother going to this places just buy new or go online.

Do not go here to sell gold, they offered me $400 below spot price for an ounce of gold, pawn big offered me $50 below spot price

Ive been going to this pawn shop now for about 15-16 years, this shop and their other store on Ave I in Lancaster are A1 on my list of pawn shops, I have bought everything from jewelery, firearms, ammo to entertainment systems, and the staff over all are very knowledgeable and Courteous,

15 years Ive been coming here and they show no love. Couldnt sell me an item they where asking 129 for 116. Ouch all good hope yall ease up on the attitude.

Love this pawn shop. Ive visited all the other pawn shops in palmdale and lancaster and this is the only one that had what i was looking for and lot more variety of items than the other shops. Customer service is nice. I was helped when i had a question. When the associate walked away to get my item, another associate seen I was standing there and offered to assist.

Just another sleazy pawn shop, your better of selling your items online. They sometimes have deals on firearms, but dont expect any good deals coming out of this place anytime soon.

More interested in talking amongst themselves than moving along with assisting the customer. Then anticipating the customer not returning for the item and talking about buying it in front of said customer!

This place will attempt to rip you off... they offer HALF what the other shops in town will offer for your items

I suggest to people that pawn their stuff here dont! its a total red flag i pawned my system and it came back with scratches and soda can inprints top of tht i barely even used it so when i got it back there were msgs on it,highly recommend ppl not to come here nd the fat dude with spiked hair😂 is the one who cheats🖕 you heads up💯

This place place is BAD if you are trying to sell, they will rip you off if you dont know any better.

Really bad customer service take my advice and drive a little more to Ricks pawn shop in Lancaster ave I they are both under the same owner but for some reason the Lancaster one is way better more stuff and way better service!

Make sure you get your ID back because they will keep it and not tell you.
