Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Came in because I had paid about $100 to get some hats embroidered but they werent able to do it. I walked in and I wanted to verify if maybe they could do it since they had said they werent able to because they were missing information so RIA looks up my information she laughed and said we cant help you youre going to have to go to another company to get this done. She explained it was because she had spoken to a young lady and didnt like her attitude so they no longer wanted to work with me. That young lady being my illustrator for my logos, which I had no idea what happened between them because it obviously had nothing to do with me. Either way I was happy to take my business else where since they werent much help to begin with and from the start had bad attitudes. I asked for a refund and she said she needed my receipt. I didnt have it with me at the time so I said I paid with my credit card Im sure you can look it up considering she had just pulled up my file so she said ok and as were looking through our bank trying to find it she refuses to help and said I was going to have to go through corporate and she went to the back of the store to hide. There was two other employees that also didnt want to help. They claimed they had no idea how to look anything up. They proceeded to help other people while were just standing there with absolutely no help!!! Ria comes back out and we tell her we found the purchase and the date on our bank. Ria literally ignored us and mind you she is the store manager!!!!!!!!! So we go to her again and tell her if shes going to help us and she says give me your name and number and credit card information and Ill get back to you guys in a few days. WHAT?! How in the world does she expect us to give her our credit card information?! Seriously?!?!?!?!?!?!?! So we said no, obviously. We asked for corporate number and the district managers number and she refused to give us the numbers and proceeded to go to the back of the store again to hide.I just cant believe such a person would be considered a store manager when she has no concept of what it is to help people and obviously her pride is far more important than helping a customer who paid over $75!!!!! I have never experienced worse customer service than with Ria. What store manager screams at a customer and hides in the back of the store??????!!!!!! Not even that they wont help you. Theyll just try and steal your money and even get your credit card information. How shady was Ria for even asking that and saying shell get back to us in a few days.********** UPDATEWe actually found our receipt and went back to the store. Ria was still in the back hiding. We asked Esmeralda to help once again and she said she had to grab Ria while Jay makes a smart comment to her saying “is it less than 30 days old” my husband clarifies it wouldn’t matter since he never received a product. Ria doesn’t come out but she once again calls security for no reason. Security comes in and tells her we have our receipt and to give us our money back and Ria says she’ll do it but we have to leave “her store” security is confused because she obviously isn’t making any sense. Ria starts getting crazy with the security lady who was being professional just trying to resolve the matter and Ria gets in her face and starts to yell at her too. We then exit “her store” and about 5 minutes later Kenny comes out and says he will do the refund. He comes back out and gives us our money back and then makes a smart remark at my husband for no apparent reason. Ria is obviously unstable and lacks any sort of customer service. The whole team was just unprofessional. It was pretty disturbing to say the least.

I ordered this beautiful collectors edition Braves hat online and figured I could just pick it up at the store to save a little on shipping. It was a big mistake. I came in today 10/07/19 to pick up my hat and store manager Ria refused to release the hat to me even thou the credit card that was charged was under my name David Reyes. Unfortunately for some reason lids system automatically entered David Rodriguez name as person to receive the package. I thought at the moment of check out, that this was the store manager because I did not enter that, it just appeared. You can clearly see on these pictures that I David Reyes was billed for the hat and I even provided my id and credit card number matched the the last four digits in another email I showed her. Any person with common sense of the real world would realized that if this policy where true, anybody could just easily steal someones credit card info and order a bunch of stuff and then use their name to pick up the merchandise without any consequences. Although Ria enforced this policy it turned it out it was not true because i called customer service and had her and the CS agent on a three way call and Ria was asked to release the merchandise to me because I in fact was the person billed. In the end the Customer Rep Refunded my transaction and apologized but I was left disappointed because the hat is out of print. Not that it really matters, but Ria has discouraged me from spending any money in the past and in the future. In the end, I dont hope she is fired but I pray she is able to find a job she is truly happy in.(By the way I dont post 1 star reviews for fun, I love posting good reviews or speaking highly of everyone but Ive had multiple incidents over the last 2 to3 years. Most of them with Ria, and people need to be called out in order for them to be accountable. I love the hats lids has to offer but the bureaucracy involved in each transaction in my experience is comparable to the DMV.
Thier staff is very helpful and very friendly good place to shop for hats they also have a great selection of hats.
