Never worked out a day in my life, went in for some sort of pre-work out supplement, the cashier showed me a beginner powder that wont make me itchy, and wow, its amazing. It was also on sale. She was super nice, and recommend me a few options. Definitely going back when Im out

I truly wish I could put NEGATIVE stars on this review. I came to this store looking for an item that clearly stated it was in stock at this location on the website. When I asked the assistant manager, Erin, where it was, the careless response I received was “oh I don’t know.” I then asked ok, do you know when the product will be in? Yet again I was given the same “oh I don’t know.” When I explained the product was listed as in stock online she yet again answered with, “oh I don’t know why it says that.” It’s very strange to me that not only does the assistant manager have a DISGUSTING attitude, but she obviously knows nothing. It felt as if I was a burden to her asking a simple question. It’s very pathetic that as a customer service representative of the Vitamin Shoppe Erin had absolutely no desire to assist anyone. Every customer is a bother. I will never return.

Went in very unsure of the product I needed, being “new” to vitamins other than something at Walmart (LOL) but I must say, the girl Erin who helped me out was so knowledgeable and personable that it took any nerves and made it so easy to understand and get just what I needed!! I’m excited to go back and can only hope I catch her again to be able to assist me!!

Been Shopping at this place for many years, but not after today, if I could give zero stars as my review I would.The way they make their employees follow unproven scare tactics of beliefs is completely Rediculous. Talk about communism. I wanted to buy ALOT of supplements & vitamins today. I will not be returning & definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I will be definitely telling all of my friends about this experience.

What doesnt this place offer, they have it all and if they dont have what your looking for theyll make recommendations for other stores or offer to order online of you dont need sn item the same day. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they never try to over sale items like other stores. Great place!

I would give a zero star if I could. The Ppl hired in this place are a joke with no costumer service training whatsoever. The manager is a nasty woman with poor ppl skills that used insulting words to humiliate customers like me abusing her position of power. Instead of listening and solving the issue made by a careless staff member that overcharged me, she accused me of being the problem insulting with a threatening tone. Her justification was based on the poor argument that I had to look and count the items being charged. Really!!! I wouldnt mind doing that if the card machine was set up at a reasonable height, meaning reachable enough that I wouldnt be on my toes and extending my arms at the same time adjusting the card machine to a more friendly angle. How a costumer managed to see a list, count the items, being charged all at the same time when the credit/debit card machine is setup at their face level and aprox 10 inches away from the edge of the counter? Plus, the lighting reflection wasnt helping the visibility because it obscured the card machine screen. What a poor excuse for not taking responsibility of her personnels mistake. Is this a new customer service technique? Why do I have to adjust my hight to see clearly and without difficulty at the credit/debit card machine in the vitamine shoppe store, so I can avoid to be overcharged? Good job vitamine shoppe at hiring unprofesional, prejudiced and abusive staff toward minorities and short people. Vitame Shoppe, next time put a sign that said, if you are short and minority bring a step along. We are not responsible for overcharging you if you cant see clearly the credit/debit charging machine at a standard USA adult height.

Its annoying that you have to show them the prices on-line so they can match you at the store, many times products are on sale online but not at the store, so make sure you do your research before going in...

The windows from the outside are dark its hard to know if they are open. They do not have a open sign in the window I have mention it to them but the employees do not seem that interested or friendly.
