Quick experience getting my package on time. Ive only used this to send and recover one package but the workers were very kind enough to help me learn how to check my package and see if it has arrived and if the person has received it. Would recommend

Don’t go here take your business somewhere else went there in the morning, was waiting in line only one employee was doing all the work I asume she was a regular employee because she had a uniform the other lady wasn’t wearing a uniform I assume she was a manager or something she was wearing her normal clothes.She was a older African American lady very rude I guess since she isn’t a regular employee she doesn’t get to wear a uniform or get to do anything and that included helping customers..When It was my turn and asked a question since the regular employee was super busy doing everything else, The lady with no uniform asked what I needed and she came across very rude and unprofessional!!

Bad customer service!!! I went in and it took 10 minutes for someone to ask me what I needed without a greeting. They were not busy, slow day and the employee was unfriendly and just seemed like he didnt care to provide help. I left the store without doing business because of the lack of customer service.

Went there to drop off a package 2 employees where standing there one looked at me and started walking over to a different desk and looks at me so i ask are you open he never talk just nodded his head .Im standing there and he never said a word to me . I own a business and customer service is number one .he was a tall black man never said a word .Made me feel uncomfortable

Quality of service definitely lacking. I went in to get a stack of about 40 papers hole punched to insert to a binder. The papers came out totally mangled. The person attending me was either in a rush or did not bother to take any care into handling the task. Thankfully these papers were personal use and not for anything important, but I was still a bit stunned over the quality of the job.

A girl named Dasha was terrible!! Very rude and unprofessional! I have never had any issues till today. She is for sure new and needs major training!! She should find work behind a cubicle with no customer interaction!

Every time one of your employees consults the map of the US on the desk, it’s guaranteed that my package won’t arrive in time. Today I was willing to pay 3x the amount for ground (for two day) to ensure a package would arrive where I needed it and on time (your ONLY job, as far as I’m concerned) and the app is now showing that it won’t arrive until the next day. Well, no one will be there that day, they’ll be away and without what they needed to receive before they left.To be fair, I thing the employee was trying to save me some $, but that should never be their goal. The goal should be accurate delivery when expected.I will admit that almost everyone who works in the store is super nice but what difference does that make if they can’t provide what is needed?I have always promoted FedEx as a better carrier than the brown company, but now it’s no surprise to me that amazon wants nothing to do with your company. I will try to remember this experience and ship with someone else from now on if it’s critical that I can be giving a proper delivery date.Who knows, maybe the universe will throw a Hail Mary and it will arrive on time and we’ll both make out (I’ll update this review), but I’m not going to hold my breath.

Horrible customer service.Place empty still had me wait. Once they finally serviced me the person didn’t know how to scan packages so I couldn’t send out my return.Called to get help none was offered. Said the only way they could take a package was to scan it and they don’t know why the scanner won’t work.Places like this need to be shut down they help no one and take up resources that other real businesses need.Get new employees or move out of the area so a real business can move in stop taking up space.

Service was amazing and Fred was wonderful. It takes time to fill out the form and he shows an interest in the people he is serving while the form is being completed. He asks questions and finds a commonality. Then shows an interest in the customer due to the commonality. Makes the time pass quickly.

This place is usually pretty good. Nice friendly people. I would have given it 5 stars but I was surprised at my last interaction. I called and asked if they had a public notary. The person on the phone said they did so I showed up with a document to be notarized. I was told the notary wasnt in that day. That would have been good info when I called.

.Customer service by the manager was horrible. I went there couple days ago and got what I wanted returned today only to be treated as if I did not have enough money to pay... Really? I understand the entire Disney thing... However they were printed a couple days ago, the price I paid was way less than what you are charging me now.. $60.00 less mind you, and as a manager all you can say is thats probably too much money, excuse me but you should be a better sales person and give me other options in a nice way if you thought I couldnt afford it, and who are you to judge me based on my appearance? I am totally insulted!!!

Nice helpful employees. Needs more machines. I waited for 20 minutes to make 3 copies. They only had 2 b&w copy machines. Other than that they were good.

I didnt run into any of the problems the other reviewers seemed to. I personally had a great experience. They had four staff members, all of which were happy to help. One of them even walked me to the laminating machine, showed me how to use it, and helped me cut off the excess material. No complaints here!

Sometimes if you need assistance youll be waiting while but once theyre able to help you they really help you. The ability to make faxes copies use the computers to do whatever you need for now documents is awesome

Staff was very friendly and helpful to all the customers I saw pass through. There were only 2 self serve printers, which isnt many. The printing software is slow and clunky, but thats the same at all the fedex locations. Love the self serve ability, but thats a huge complaint of mine.

Went in for a simple lamination of badge cards. The guy had no idea what he was doing. He wanted to use a lamination pouch that had no badge clip hole. I told him, do you have a hole puncher for that type of clip? He said no only round. I said, thats not going to work. He said, sorry that all we have. I said how could that be? He said, I dont know what to tell you, people steal stuff. This guy had no intrest in helping the customer. Although it doesnt surprise me. Thats the general level of costumer service I get here. I dont understand, if your going to have this type of employees, why open a business at all. Bring on the rebots! Let do away with these sad sacks that hate customers.

I work in the Prop & Art Dept in the Film Industry, so Ive been a regular frequent Kinkos customer for years... actually from the very beginning of the company... and have used various Kinkos all over the greater LA area (Marina del Rey, Hollywood, Burbank, etc.) and this store (Palmdale) has the BEST Customer Service and Support Team of them all. Only thing I miss is the 24/7 hours they used to have before linking up with FedEx. Dont know who the people below spoke with, but Ive always been treated with respect and dealt with patient helpful people at the sales counter.

Employees stood nearby idly while I attempted to wrangle a large, heavy box through the swinging door without handicap access. The important discussion they were having? Griping publicly about their work environment. When I finally made it to the counter, I still had to wait for service. Lazy.

I find it in bad taste that timer that FedEx used was a very fast one, my timer showed a 30 second laps yet your system showed over a minute and then I was finished I tried to stop so the clock would stop but the system kept not allowing me to end an that was costing me money. I will not use your system in the future or recommend you.

Super slow service. FEDEX KINKOS Employees walk around in back and pretend you dont care while only one or two people work the counter. Its probably the boss or manager too who has yet to help a customer while i have visited. I have photos on my cell of an employee talking on the phone for 15 mins while i waited. They talked about the same thing over and over. I thought it was code for what are you doing tonight, where are we partying, whos all going? It Takes about 3-5 minutes per customer, wait times are crazy slow. UPS is so much faster and they have 4-5 registers. Never have to wait at UPS. I Never go to FEDEX unless i have to.

Sunday morning 0930 hours. 1 employee in store may be the manager. Gives an elderly black man condescending attitude about making copies on his own but since he was on his cell phone etc etc. Shut the f up and just do work. Then he refuses to take back my return item with prepaid shipping labels because the cardboard box they came in is falling apart. I say well can I just tape it? He says no. You need to buy a new box or put in a different one. I see why the previous reviews all said negative things about the manager and give this place 1 star.
