Worst place ever to rent anything.Not professional at all Ive rented twice and was that a mistake they wont have your stuff on time and then try to charge you extra stay away from this place!!!!

I have gone here several times in the past. And I was tryinf to place a large order for my dayghters 15th birthday party. These ladies are the worst. Daisy especially cut me off mid sentence. Twice!!!! When I called to speak to the manger they said she wont be back for a month. Rude I do not recommend

Very rude ladies. I had my daughter with me and the lady working there kept following us around the store thinking my 4 year old daughter was stealing. She wouldn’t let my daughter touch anything without complaining to me. I didn’t end up buying anything and took my business elsewhere. I’ve never been treated like this and won’t ever return. What a ridiculous store.

Best store in the antelope valley for parties. I been going there for the past 8 years for my sons birthday party’s every year not changing it for nothing. If they don’t have the team I’m using they will order it and make it easy for me to get everything just in one place piñata,candy,invitations,tables,chairs,jumper,heaters,buffet trades, table cloth, centerpiece everything wow I’m so thank full making it easy for me every year and special for my son Thank you!!

This party store is horrible! I went on a Wednesday to pay off the balance for an event I was hosting on a Saturday. The lady informed me that on Friday the items would be deliver. So being that Friday the items were going to be deliver I adjusted my schedule for the day accordingly so I could be present to receive the items. It was 4pm Fri and nothing, I called them and told me that by 6pm the items would be deliver. 6pm came around and nothing. So at 7pm I called them back and the lady told me that the items would be deliver tomorrow morning. I asked her why would you guys say something and not get it done. The only thing she said was sorry and the items would be there at 7am Saturday. It was 7am Saturday and nothing... i called the place and some lady answer the phone being extremely rude and even threatening in coming over to my house to straighten things out and never showed up. Ps. We opened the pack of white table covers and one was burnt and the other stained. Never never again!Ps they also go by Yazmin Party Supplies.. Hope this review helps.

A very nice clean store .. you could smell the cleanness right when you walk in, very nice organize, helpfull on planning my party.was getting everything together and was very passion she was able to work with my budget im very thankful and i dont mind driving 20 minutes to shop in that store and rent their equipment im in love with everything service was perfect !!!
