Beautiful craftsmanship. Jay is excellent to work with. We did no change orders so our patio cover was installed EXACTLY like designed. The guys working on the cover were respectful of the gate being closed for the dogs. Good all around experience.

Less than a year after patio was put up a main beam twisted. Jay Carlton promised us he would fix it. Over a year and a half later he still has not fixed the problem. He promises and promises and does nothing! He never returns our calls and when we threaten legal action he chases me down in the Home Depot parking lot in Palmdale saying it will get done in the next few weeks. That was back in March, 4 months later he has not called or come by. We have left several messages for him. He asks us to call his cell number but he does not answer it nor does he return our calls.edited to update. Yes it was finally replaced, but only after we went to the California Licensing Board and they got involved.
