Mr. Alden was Outstanding!!! Got in touch with him about 4 months before arriving to Alaska! Mr. Alden was attentive to my needs, courteous, professional, and relaxed. He also got me into the perfect quad for my needs and wants by going through a list of items until we found the perfect one (2022 Sportsman XP 1000S!!)! Through the ordering, shipping, and delivering phases; he was always in direct and constant communication with me! I could not recommend anyone more highly to do business with and to ensure you will be taken care of well! Thanks Mr. Alden and HP Polaris!!! I’ll be back….gotta younger daughter wanting to start riding and you have some awesome Youth ATVs in stock I see!!!!

Great service and knowledgeable people. Kevin in service has always hooked me up with good advice that has kept my machine out of the shop. Probably saved me a month of downtime.

Short story: Kevin saved the day!!! Don’t go anywhere else for your Polaris parts needs!!!Full story: so Friday, 9/17/21, my buddy, Jake, called me a few miles short of Tok at 7pm. He told me they had three broken SxS’s 7 to 20 miles back in the woods. The 2013 6x6 had a broken radiator fan blade; the 2019(or so I was told) Highlifter front differential was blown and both rear axles were broken; the ranger 900 had one broken rear axle(he didn’t ask for parts for this one since he had 3 wheel drive to limp it out on.) He asked for two rear axles for the Highlifter and a fan blade the 6x6. Saturday morning I was at HP Polaris right when they opened at 10am. The parts counter was already occupied so KEVIN at the service counter recognized I was in a hurry and he started helping me. He had the fan blade right away. When he looked up the 2019 Highlifter he only had one rear axle in stock. He then called Willow and checked around the state, no other 2019 Highlifter rear axles available. He then asked me to confirm if the Highlifter colors were black and orange. I replied no and that I thought it was blue and silver. Thankfully my buddy, Brett’s, wife was able to find the bill of sale from Eagle River Polaris that had the year, 2017, and the vin number. This is crucial because the 2017’s had two different productions and there are two different rear axles. Kevin looked up the early production axles and found they had TWO in stock!!! AMAZING!!! So here’s the take away: because Kevin asked a simple question about the color of the Highlifter it saved me wasting an 8 hour drive to deliver parts to my buddies; it also saved them from getting back to the Highlifter, disassembling it and THEN finding out they had the wrong parts. THANK YOU TO HP POLARIS AND KEVIN...we are very grateful! PS: got them the parts mid afternoon Saturday. They made it out of the woods at 1am Sunday, back in Palmer by 6:30am in time to make it to church. All is good!

I bought a 2016 RZR Turbo from them and it’s now July of 2019. Over this duration of time, my experience with them has been five star! When I say experience, I mean from the initial purchase, to service work, to warranty work, to overall customer service. Everyone that I run in to that wants to purchase a Polaris and/or needs service, gets my recommendation to see Hatcher Pass Polaris! After owning three of my own businesses, my standards are quite high. I don’t give compliments or recommendations easily, it needs to be earned in my book. Hatcher Pass Polaris is an outstanding business that takes care of their customers!

So I spent almost 400 dollars getting a service done on my machine there. Upon riding it for the first time I noticed a vibration in the front. I pulled over and checked out the front tires and all the lugs were completely loose and almost spun off completely. I almost lost both my front tires going down the trail at 35 mph. After noticing that issue I decided to check my oil and well it barely read on the dip stick. And yes I understand it’s my responsibility to check those things before I ride...but after paying a so called professional service I figured all was well and taken care of. You don’t go under your car after a oil change from the dealer and make sure they tightened your oil pan bolt. I had trusted they did a good job. Now I have missing lugs and a stripped out stud from the rim being so loose rubbing on it. Idk what the hell happened in the service department but it’s apparent SOP did not get followed. Highly doubt I’ll bring my machine in for anything else there. Thanks for the horrible job.

I had 1st class service, a great experience with Hatcher Pass Polaris! I was having a minor issue with my ATV and they fixed fast and turned it right back to me. Thumbs up to Bernie and the service dept. for taking care of me and the ATV in a timely fashion. Wonderful place, good people and great service. I will purchase many more from here for sure, also thanks to the lady up front she was very nice and helpful. Love this place! Thank you again Bernie!!!

If you are going to buy a brand new machine, their customer service and sales teams are great very welcoming and answer any questions you may have. If you are there to have your machine worked on, I would recommend going elsewhere. When all was said and done it took a month to get back. After 3 weeks they said it was fixed so I drove all the way from Glacier View and when we got there the wiring was still messed up so they had to keep it longer. For any problems in the future I will be looking elsewhere.

Worst customer service Ive had, not willing to do a cost breakdown, treats you second class, and charges as if you were first class. After paying, they even replaced the wrong CV arm and it wasnt until I took it on a test drive in the parking lot that I realized it and they were willing to fix it despite their initial skepticism. Nice building, horrible service.

To start I wasnt informed hardly at all about costs or time. Instead I was told how many iobs were ahead of my small job. When I called the store to get a time of completion I was rudely pushed off with little to no explanation. I then called the Willow, Alaska store cause Id rather drive 56 miles round trip for better customer service. Its the reason I bought from Willow store originally. Anyways when I had called the Willow store the manager for both wasilla and Willow answered. She asked about my experience and explained to me that there are signs that state times and prices. When I picked up my machine after the work was completed those signs were obvious. I didnt realize I had to clear off the service counter of the papers on top to see the estimated wait time. I also didnt know I couldnt simply get an oil change. Not a service just a change. I ended up paying 210$ for a service on my machine that I have driven 16 miles. Moral of this rant is the customer service wasnt there. I wasnt informed of the time frame, what it involves, the cost and why it would be so high or why I cant get just a oil change like I can in my $50k car at the dealer. Horrible communication to the customer. I feel this store knows they have a monopoly on these machines in Alaska and their customer service has dipped in quality. After bringing it in for warranty. Im glad these only have a one year manufacturer warranty. I couldnt imagine going back to this store (wasilla) again and seeing what other surprise they can come up with.

I would drive to Seattle to buy a part before I ever do business here.....Last fall we were 30 miles deep in the woods in the middle of a hunt. The battery on my buddys Polaris wouldnt stay charged. We rode out of the woods, drove 2 hours to Palmer, and explained the situation to the guys at Hatchers Pass Polaris. We just needed the alternator tested so we could hustle back to camp and resume the hunt. The place was not that busy, but they were very unhelpful. We were told that for a complicated procedure such as testing an alternator, wed have to make an appointment for later. We were left to guess which component of the 4 wheelers electrical system was bad. We bought a battery from these guys and hustled back to camp. Turned out we needed an alternator.

(Deceived and insulted by sales department.) Drove from Fairbanks to look at a Polaris Sportsman 850 SP that was listed Excellent condition 459 miles. Also sales person said she New the person that traded it in and that he took care of his machine. Called ahead to have it cleaned and ready for purchase. Arrived and not clean, spider webs on it and looked like it fell off of a trailer or dug out of river. Horrible shape, controls wouldnt work. Seat ruined, damage in front rear and under carriage, nylon rope for winch cable, shocks were also shot. So deceived by sales department and waste of a 13 hour round trip drive. I hope Management, Owner, or Regional Director does something about this.

So I bought my first side by side from polaris back in 2012. They were great about getting me in my new machine. A year later I wanted someting faster, like the RZR. I wanted to save money and buy a used one. Found one at Eagle river Polaris. I have nevere had such bad customer service befor until I called those people. NO one absalutely wanted to help me. Made me so angry I decided to go back to hatchers pass polaris wasilla. I talked to Kris and Terry there in the wasilla store and they hooked me up right away. By far the best cutomer service I have ever recieved. Awesome people at polaris. From the parts, to the mechanics, and the sales, they are just awesome people to deal with. Customer service goes a long way in my book. These people at polaris have that. Anything you need they will get it done for you. Thanks polaris for wonderful years of dealing with you guys.
