I bought steam shower L523 from Aquapeutics 9year ago. I love all options this shower provide with: steam, waterfall, massages, lights, radio/MP3, telephone connection. All hydraulics and electronics works perfect. The service people are very nice and friendly. Ordered parts (if rarely needed) coming in time for the reasonable price (free at the warranty period). Thank you for selling me a good product.

Ive had my tub for several months and couldnt be happier. We had an issue with the faucet filler getting damaged in shipping and they sent us a replacement asap. Overall very pleased with the product and service. This tub is huge so offloading it from the truck was pretty interesting to say the least but the driver was nice and willing to go the extra mile.

Although we returned our shower, Aquapeutics was extremely accommodating, professional and understood our issues. They kept in touch and helped us through the return process with no arguments at all. Great customer service.

I bought a Steam Room shower from Aquapeutics in 2015. It has been a wonderful addition to my home. I have had a number of issues along the way with parts wearing out. Nothing that seemed out of the ordinary wear and tear, as I use the steam generator almost daily. This company is a joke. Trying to get ahold of someone to answer questions for the installation is utterly impossible. I cant comment on the quality of the product because I cant get it hooked up.
