Horrible, called and asked if they accept mass health due to three adopted children, ages 4, 8, and 14.The 14 year old isnt adopted, however he is still considered our child.I was told yes they do accept Mass health, but only if they would do the exam, that would be the condition in which they would provide these children with eye glasses.Secretary states that it is due to liability reasons, incase they prescription isnt correct.If Im not mistaken they wouldnt be liable for something they have no control over.I believe this is very poor practice, also a shame that they would deny children the right to fit, order and purchase something they truly need in their lives at this moment.Horrible just horrible practice.
