At 3 o clock on a Wednesday when they were open and cars were there nobody was coming to the window. Eventually left.

Really bad, worst place ive ever been to! 0/5 would NOT reccomend. They have horrible customer service and burnt coffee.

I’m visiting from Portland Or and Fresh Start happened to be on my way. Besides good coffee (number one always) the service was friendly for my first visit so I returned. My 2nd visit the service was also very friendly, the coffee still good. After the 3rd time, the same, with different employees, I then began passing other roadside coffee shacks and even went a bit out of my way to return . That’s all it takes to get ALL of my business I guess. Be great and consistent. I don’t care so much about how long it took as I could see they were working hard to keep the coffee flowing. I should mention they have a happy hour! I’ll be sure to return on my next visit to Alaska.

February 12th @ 5:45PM I am served by a woman who didnt smile, gave short responses, constantly rolled her eyes at us, we asked for receipts & heard the woman complaining about us as she left the window open. Her coworker had to close it. Our receipts said Victoria & I will assume thats who helped us. I may never go back just because of that experience.

Updated 2019-I have been a fan of Fresh Start for almost 3 yrs. The staff their is why I enjoy it so much, they are so friendly; my Favs are Kimi, Kelsey, & Allie. And my go to drink is White Chocolate Mocha with Cheesecake flavor or White Chocolate Mocha with Peanut butter and Banana. They have punch cards too, for every drink bought you get a punch and after 10 punches you get a free drink & entered into their monthly drawing for a free $20 punch card towards fresh start.2017- My fav coffee shop. I go everyday sometimes more then once a day. The girls are very fast and friendly.

The best coffee shop between Palmer and Wasilla. Whenever I need a cold brew, and a fossil fuel donut. Fresh Start is my preferred choice!

Slowest coffee hut!!!! We waited last time 20 minutes, and drove away without being served. Tried it out today Monday the 17th, Waited over 15 minutes to be served with only one car was in front of us. Waited another 12 minutes to received an ice latte. Mind you there were 3 girls working in the coffee hut. Very, very, poor service.

This is my every day sometimes twice on Fridays coffee shop! Started going here as a convenience, it was close by my home, kept going bcuz they serve great coffee! I like getting an occasional ham and cheese croissant for breakfast too!

Always happy service with confidence in their quality drinks. Their new, larger building is at a better level for vehicles and has added room for some specialty dipped ice cream. Coffees, smoothies, ice cream, breakfast goodies, and even Kats awesome trail bites--all provided with great service.

Not at all the best coffee Ive ever had the workers were very absent-minded and forgetful I had ordered 3 cups of coffee and I had to repeat my order over and over again for the Bristol to get a correct and even then she still gave me the wrong kind of coffee and then threw a fit when I ask her to replace and make it again
