I called just to get an idea of time frame for doing a last minute screen printing job by Saturday...she pretty much interrupted me explaining the short notice by saying its THURSDAY! Also asked if I had something in mind and I was leaving up to them...so you dont even have a design?.....then she had me hang on for 1/2 a sec and by the time that was over I was already turned off by just phone etiquette.
