Listen, Rich knows his chainsaws and small engines. He is a little rough around the edges, but your not dating the guy... si who cares. Deal with it. He is there to help you and fix your saw and that HE WILL DO THAT!

Always helpful and quick to answer my questions. Has the items I need on hand and I like dealing with a local shop instead of a big box. That can set you up for any job you have going on from a small homeowner rehabbing the landscaping to logging out a new development.

They have nice saws but lacked the experience or knowledge to my mother who went there and purchased a chainsaw for me she came to my house with the saw manual,wrench and 6 bottles of 2 stroke oil no bar and chain oil. Like my mother knows anything about small engines or chainsaws for that matter. Idk maybe it’s me does anyone else understand why I’m SMH . WOW !
