What a amazing group of people. Roy is awesome and so is Dakota both full of knowledge. So after a week of thinking and asking Roy 100 questions I finally bought a brand new 2021 Low Rider S and traded in my 2020 Iron 883. They treated me fairly and I was very pleased with everyone. I would highly recommend going to see them. Lets face it guys its expensive to purchase a new Harley but when you get treated like family you cant really put a price on that. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Denali HD is staffed by people who not only do a good job, but are friendly and fun! I thoroughly enjoy stopping in to chat as well as buy parts and get service performed on the bike. Stop in if you get the chance...its worth the trip!

Young techs may not have the experience to do quality work.Regular service (which took almost twice the two hours they said it would take) results in constant oil drip on my floor…called them and was put on hold then told that he would call me back since they were busy on another line. They never called back so after 3 hours I decided to just show up. When I got there the service tech was playing with a wrench at the service counter looking at the computer monitor while chatting with the parts guy. I said I was waiting for a call back but never got one. Service kid says “we were busy” there’s like one other customer in the building. Never did this kid apologize for them not getting back to me. What does it hurt to apologize even if it wasn’t him? Matt: service manager (also young) seemed to want to make it right but initially tried to suggest that it was residual oil left from when they changed it. Ridiculous and a seasoned mech should know that. He finally came back with the idea the oil filter wasn’t on tight enough. We’ll see if that fixed the leak…will update-will add stars if that worksBad customer service, was told Harley Davidson was like a family but didn’t feel like it there. Counter people seem nice but I don’t need anything from a counter person so not sure how much that counts.

Fred is an amazing person. Thankful for all he shared about the bikes. His friendliness is infectious and he is the best!

Called ahead said we would be there a few minutes after closing time Asked if theyd ring up a couple shirts and hand them out. cat said no way She was staying open for us she also helped us pick out our shirts and had a cocktail and talked afterwards thank you so much

I could not find the part I was looking for here in Fairbanks so I called Denali. They had the pushrod kit I was looking for. The parts department had it shipped out the same day. These guys are the best! They sell way more than just T-Shirts. Theyve got a nice showroom full of amazing bikes. The people are always friendly, outgoing, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ive never been disappointed going to this shop. Fred has gone so far out of his way on more than one occasion to give us a hand; from making arrangements for a sick bike, to hosting events, to helping make the surprise of a lifetime happen and hell always greet you with a hug and a smile. Might be the worst place Ive ever been to. I test drove a 2014 Forty-eight. Loved it. Benji (the salesman) told me the bike was $8400. I went and got my loan and he calls me the day Im supposed to get the bike and he jacked the price up to $9400. The bike is only valued at $8200. He proceeded to tell me I would be paying extra because they had to do maintenance from its previous owner. Why would I pay someone elses maintenance bill? Stay away from this place, youll end up footing someone elses bill.

Ordered some parts to my 03 Softail. Took about a week to come in. I was notified via phone call that they had arrived. Experience was good, gals behind the counter were appealing to the eye as well as the variety of bikes they had on display. This shop was on par with the 30 or so HD shops I have visited across the country with a good selection of accessories and clothing.

Nice showroom but the staff didnt even acknowledge I was there...

I didn’t know exactly what type of bike was going to be right for me, but the staff was patient with me while I asked a billion questions and darn near test drove each bike. But I was able to find the one that fit me best with their help and I couldn’t be happier.

They get it right every time and their service department is awesome.

The best Harley dealership I have ever visited. The staff was very engaging and friendly from the moment I walked it. I spent a lot longer then I expected to as everyone took a few minutes out of their day to talk with me. I have ridden from coast to coast a couple of times on my Street Glide and I can honestly say I was surprised as to how much I enjoyed my visit to Denali Harley. Have you seen their game room, what a great way to pass the time when my bike was being worked on, they had, pinball, foosball, bumper pool, dart board, frogger, and more games, then complementary water and soda. I guess all of this was donated by Bulldog. The staff said he was one of their favorite and beloved customers that dedicated his life to military veterans. Well there you have it, if that is I could build a business around then I know we would all have as much fun as the staff at Denali HD says they have everyday. GodBless and BSafe
